Dear , follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. *• Apply one teaspoon of honey for 30 minutes and wash it off . • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water .

How to avoid being black while swimming I mean to say what I should apply. please tell the best opinion as I am a model I don't want my career to be stopped.

Using sunscreen is a must. But using different types is of no help. Uv rays damage skin cells producing free radicals and a variety of effects like blemishes, pigmentation, darkness and dullness of skin. They need to provide protection from uva and uvb rays. A sunscreen of spf 30 at least should b used. Also, look for pa+++ on the product. Also, go for sunscreens with both physical blocks and chemical agents like avobenzone. Use a gel based sunscreen if you have an oily skin like sun cross aqua gel. Repeat sunscreen after every three hours, use even when indoors. Uv ray's enter even through your windows and car windshields. Use sunscreen before and after you go swimming. You can use make up or cosmetics over your sunscreen half an hour later. There are a lot of food which can bring back the glow in your skin. There, s more to them than just colours and being fruits and vegetables. They act at a molecular level to maintain the color, tone, texture of skin. Have plenty of fruits especially colored ones, blue and purple fruits like grapes, blackberries, blackcurrants, blueberries, plums, egg plants, strawberries, cranberries are rich in anthocyanin phytonutrients which is a potent antioxidant which repairs collagen and smoothes the skin. Tomatoes contain lycopene and they r the most powerful antioxidant which protects the skin from ageing effects like wrinkles, blemishes, pigmented spots, darkness and dullness. Among vegetables, cabbage, broccoli, brussels contain antioxidant glucosinolate which metabolises oestrogen and soften the skin and improve its texture and vascularity. Green tea with its epicatechin repairs damaged dna and thereby maintains skin structure.

Lybrate-user, weight loss is a sum total of balanced diet, physical activity and rest. Eat small frequent meals at 2-3 hours interval. Include fibre rich foods like leafy vegetables and fruits, whole grains like oats and barley, pulses and sprouts. Do 45-60 minutes of physical activity like walking/ jogging/ outdoor games at leat 4 times/ week. Taking adequate sound sleep of 7-8 hours is needed.

Sir I am 23 year young boy preparing for ssb interview. My weight is 50 kg and height 171 cm but according to army standards it should be 62 kg. I eat gram, peanut and pulses with banana and milk regularly. I also run for 1-1.5 km @ 8-9 min daily. How can I increase my weight and running distance and time to 2.5 km @ 14 min respectively.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

I am a 26 years old female . I have been having this issue of anxiety from past 2 yrs. I got married and live in a joint family. I also developed this tingling sensation on my left side which I believed was due to stress or anxiety. I am a very sensitive person and comments from people affect me. Eventhough my spouse takes good care of me I keep thinking about a few issues in the past and worry myself unnecessarily. I ve tried to stay positive. But I go back to getting anxious about the future. The tingling sensation is still there And I cannot seem to get rid of the negativities. I break things sometimes to calm myself. I ve consulted a neurologist but there is no nerve damage . I am taking nervijen but I keep experiencing the tingling or pain on my left side. Kindly advice on any medications.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

I was having a clicking sound while opening my mouth . My dentist consult me to restrict mouth opening and have liquid food and lite food. It is around 1 and half year now. I am having a strange kind of rash on the right side of face. It started around 8 years and since it always remains sometimes it increase and sometimes it is reduced little but never gets clear. Consulted few dermatologist and Rheumatologist. I am prescribed prednisolone for that and the dose keep changing according to the development of rash. I want to get rid of steroids. Can anyone help?
