Hye, wajan kam hona poshtikta ki kami ka asar hota hai. Aap theek see waqt waqt pe khaye. Ek waqt pe poshtik khana khaye. Thoda thoda samay samay pe khana le. Din mein 6 se 7 baar acche se pet bhar khaye. Bahar ki khane ki cheze kam le. Inse sirf charbi badhegi maas nahi. Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal doodh shengdaana khajoor lassi batata le. Chai coffee soda kam le, isse poshtikta nahi milti balke pet jaldi bhar jaata hai. Sahi samay pe sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan acche se badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 3 din zaroor kare. Wyaayam se maas aur wajan badhega aur bhook bhi lagegi. Sirf 2 ya 3 baar khane se kamjori hogi. Meetha khaana ho tho ghar pe banaaya kheer sheera lassi basundi le. Sirf dawa ya protein powder ya tonic lene se wajan nahi badhega. Uske liye acche se khaana aur wyaayam bahut zaroori hai. Nahi tho powder ka bhi asar nahi hota. Apne aap ko waqt de, wajan badhne mein waqt lag sakta hai.

Many people worry about bad breath, either their own or someone else’s. The advertising media have made much of the social stigma arising from ‘offensive breath’ to their own advantage. Bad breath or halitosis may indicate a dental problem, but this may not always be the case.

CAUSES
The odour may be caused by factors in the mouth or by changes occurring in other parts of the body.

Local factors:
· Decaying food particles on or between the teeth
· A coated tongue covered by growing microorganism.
· Unclean dentures
· Smell of tobacco
· Alcohol
· Gum diseases with pus production involved
· Healing wounds after a surgery or extraction

Causes arising away from the mouth:
· Head cold with infected nasal air passages
· Acute inflammation of air spaces present within the facial
bones (often filled with a great deal of pus )
· Tonsillitis.
· Many waste products are broken down from food and drink
are excreted through the lungs and this applies to alcoholic
drinks as well as pungent foods like onion, garlic etc.
· Diabetes in which the patient has a sweet acetone breath.

Dear you can follow these methods for relief from backache (back pain): * first correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back. You can use lumber belt for support. * do regular back strength exercises. Move your clockwise and anticlock wise. * do not sleep on very soft bed, sleep on slight hard cotton mattress. * do tadasana and bhjangasana for back strengthening. If you can not understand these asans you can consult me. Surya namaskar is also best asan in back pain. *do not take any heavy weight or heavy work. * if you are over weight then follow a good and effective diet plan to loose some kilos of weight. Whip one egg white until stiff and spread it on your skin. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with warm water. Do this twice a week. Whip one egg white, add the juice from half a lemon and mix it well. Apply the mixture on your face, leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water.

Apply herbal aloe vera gel on your face and use this face pack:-- orange and curd face pack: orange and curd mixture works well on dark damaged tanned skin. Orange has skin lightening properties and works well as a face mask. Curd works as the cleansing component on the skin and gives brightening glow to the skin. Mix dry orange peels with curd and make a fine paste. Gently apply this pack on your face and wash it with chilled rose water after 10-15 minutes. It makes your skin look fairer naturally.

Take some blood purifier syrups. You can use neam also. Take 15-20 leaves and make paste. Apply on your pimples. Leave for 20 minutes and then wash with cold water. Do not drink cold water & avoid oily junk foods. Eat fruits as much as you can. You can consult privately for more. I have acne pkg. You can try that also.

I'm suffering from bloating problem from last 3 years, I tried many gas relieving syrups and tablets. The problem is still there I focus on healthy food and good schedule but whenever I eat outside it make me either loose motion or constipation. So I want to know how to overcome these problems i. E. Hi lybrate-user, thanks for the query. As per your symptoms your are suffering from flatulent dyspepsia. To overcome these problem try these easy tips. 1. Eat more of fiber diet. Salads, fruits and sprouts will help a lot. 2. Keep a regular exercise schedule of min 20mins. This should include either fast walk or jog. 3. Do not eat at once. Keep a mini session at an interval of 4 hours. Do not increase the quantity of per day meal. Just break the meals in parts. 4. Drink a lot of water in between two meals. These will help a lot to get relieve from the bloating. But for food sensitivity I would suggest go for homoeopathy. We have good set of remedies for the food allergies. Feel free to ask more.

Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use Tea Tree face wash 2 times a day. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 1.Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. Green Tea can also be used as a toner once a day. 2.Diet – Most important thing is diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Reduce junk food intake, colas, alcohol and soda and consume whole grains. Keeping your digestive system healthy keeps your body and blood toxins free. Drink green tea, lemon juice, orange juice and food items containing Vitamin C as it is responsible for maintaining good skin health. Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. 3.Exercise – Exercises, yoga, suryanamaskar improves the blood circulation and balances hormones. They keep skin healthy and boost body’s immunity to deal with several issues and not just acne. Include it in your daily regime.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Dear Ms. lybrate-user, I can understand what you must be going through. The symptoms that you have mentioned definitely suggets underlying depressive disorder. The best way out is to seek psychiatric treatrment for the same. Treatment with medications and psychotherapy will help you get better. So, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest and initiate treatment. In addition, you should start exercising daily. Daily exercise helps in feeling better. Also, start venting out your feeeling and emotions with some one close. I hope that you get better soon. Best wishes.

Give up sugar and sweets if not done so far, only healthy fats like a katori of assorted nuts to get good fats + proteins. Lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits but eating according to constitution e g it is not a must to eat sprouts if it leads to distention. Clear soups of pulses like moong, kale chane. Besan is good and it can be mixed with wheat flour to add on proteins and to reduce calories. Fresh juice of a lemon + 1 spoon of honey with warm water, if taken on empty stomach does reduce weight, bad fats and sugar in blood. Calories of honey can be compensated by taking 1 chapati less. Reduce carbs anyway but do take whole fruits, never mind the sugar content in whole fruits, look at the fresh vitamins & minerals. No juices or fizzy drinks. Light exercises loke walking helps the heart and burns extra sugar. Level of sugar is on borderline at 140 for fasting, upper limit is 120- it means that you are already taking good care of him. Keep it up and be careful about other factors responsible for a good heart- no smoking or exposure to pollution, no bad fats like transfats even occassionally for a party.

I took I pill in d month of nov. After 15 days my periods came. Then exactly after 1 month, periods came but starting 2 days flow was very very less but on 3,4,5 day it was too much. My question is is it due to I-pill? My not taking I pill regularly, its after 1 year I think I took.
