I am 55, free of diabetes, high blood pressure and thyroid. I have neuropathy on the sole of my legs. There is poor sensation. If I walk more then there is pain. I am being Ropark XL 2 along with Tryptomer and Duvanta 30. This I am taking for last 70 days. I also exercise moderately. However, there is no relief in my neuropathy.

There could be other causes of your symptoms. It could even be a blood supply issue. You will need to be re evaluated for the symptoms. Curtailing smoking /tobacco/ alcohol if any will help.

You might be suffering from cervical spondylolysis in simple words cervical. Pain radiating to the fingers could be due to disc bulge on the nerve root. At the age 40 cardiac problems are highly unlikely but it's always better to screen for cardiac issue you can get an ecg or an echocardiogarphy done to rule out the things.

there is no specific “diet” that people with rheumatoid arthritis.but certain foods can help control inflammation like sprouts, pulses, fish, fiber rich foods etc. Yes you can do yoga.

What should I do?
This is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain ie. Due to the nerve compression. Cervical spondylosis – chronic condition with radiating pain As your rightly said you have to go for traction and also you can do IFT. Please consult the near by therapist for quick relief. Since you have pain for more than 10 years it is suggestible to go for cervical muscle strengthening exercise. Use collar will definitely be helpful for him to maintain the good posture. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm.

I have little amount of pain in my middle back between two shoulder blade and upper part of neck. Also when I try to squeeze my shoulder blade I listen some type of joint broken sound coming from my middle back. So what should I do now? Is there any medical emergency or something serious? • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Your weight must be 60 kg. You have to lose 25 kg it also region for knee pain so you must lose at least 15 kg. I know it is not easy but not impossible. Use these steps to reduce weight: 1. Morning and evening brisk walk like jogging for 2km. 2. Avoid oily, fried, ice cream, dairy products and non vegetarian. 3. Stairs climbing also good exercise. 4. Check your weight after 1 month.
