Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

You need to take a high protein, high calorie balanced diet chart. To gain weight you need to gain your muscle mass and also fat mass inside the body with a healthy ratio. For this purpose you need a protein rich foods and also good fats in your diet. Not only diet will help you to achieve this but exercise is also very important to gain weight. Do not gain weight by eating only junk foods, soft drinks and uncontrolled lifestyle. You need to mention here your height and present body weight.

Hi , we have excellent medicines in homoeopathy to stop hairfall. Take coconut oil and lemon juice in equal quantities, apply to the hair, leave 15-20 mins and wash with lukewarm water. For best results do this one weekly 2 times along with medicines. How long are you suffering from this problem?

Nagamaji, Diabetes mellitus is a disease occurring due to deficiency of insulin or resistance to the action of insulin or both. If a person has been diagnosed to have diabetes, then treatment is a must. Only diet control and exercise are not going to be helpful. In fact drug plus diet and exercise are necessary. A person with diabetes should avoid sweets, direct sugar and jaggery, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Also avoid red meat and egg yolk. Should consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads, permitted fruits (100 g a day). Always use whole grain flour avoid refined foods. Caloric intake should be based on Ideal Body Weight, sugar levels and extent of daily physical exercise. For preventing back ache there are specific exercises for back muscles including some stretching routines or asanas, which should be practiced. Knee pain if it is due to osteoarthritis better to consult an orthopedician.

Certain tips given below will help you reduce the excess fat. 1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.

Please give me a good solution for my penis problem. When I am sleeping on bed my penis become harder. If I come down from bed and by standing trying to fuck. I can't" my penis becoming loose. If I again sleep on bed and doing like massage for 30 secs with hand it's become harder But when I standing from bed down. Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. SIZE, THICKNESS AND HARDNESS OF PENIS never matters in a sexual intercourse. Love and passion matters and determines the sexual pleasure. Usually, in flaccid condition, the size will be less than 2 inches. Average size of erect penis is 4 inches. But even a two inch erect penis can satisfy any woman across the world just because, woman sexual nerve endings which are the reason for pleasure for women, are available only up to two inches from the opening of vagina. Therefore, please don't worry. You can improve the size of your penis by massaging it with olive oil and doing kegal pelvic strengthening exercises. I suggest sex therapy and counseling. Take care.

These are the causes of hair loss Or hair fall •Acute illness (Typhoid, Malaria, Viral Fever) • Stress • Due to medicines (Anticancer drugs, Radiation therapy (• Due to under nutrition • Use of chemical products (Hair dyes, Hair gels, Bleaching) • Due to pollution For prevention of hair loss follow these instructions: • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall and whitening of hairs, Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * You can take Vitamnin E supplement (100 mg capsiles) daily and tab. Boitin only under the supervision of nearest physician. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.

If your symptoms are most just before your periods possibly you are suffering from pre-menstrual tension .I would advice you to join a Gym or do Yoga regularly specially second half of cycle. Also try using low dose oral contraceptive pills like femilon for the next 6 months and see if it helps.

Dear lybrate user, -You can use olive oil as it is high in monosaturated fats which are heart healthy, then comes mustard oil which is also good & has beneficial effects -whichever oil you use all have fats & are high in calories so if you are to reduce weight you can use only one teaspoonful a day.
