For a healthy lifestyle Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Do surya namskar. Nd take aloe vera juice with luke warm water. Do brisk walk. Take vegetable juice. Don't skip your breakfast. Take one fruit daily. Avoid sweets, potatoes, white rice, mango, banana, sugar. Take green tea without sugar. Take black tea without sugar.

I am 6 months pregnant I am suffering from frequently stomach pain how can I get rid of pain.
It is called as round ligament pain. It occurs because herr ligaments gets stretched by growing uterus, and with brisk movement or getting up it produces pain. If pain is severe one can take tab. Crocin or parcetamol for pain relief. In the meantime it is better to have per vaginal examination by a gynecologist to check whether you are not going in labor.

You seem to have Minimal Soft tissue derangement Apply Towel soaked in Luke worm water for 30 seconds 5 times twice daily If no relief must Consult Orthopedic Surgeon.

Hair fall is related with certain disturbance in the body. There are various reasons for getting hair fall. Nutritional deficiency, stress, acute illness like malaria, typhoid, jaundice, chronic disorders like diabetes, thyroid can trigger the hair fall. It is important to understand the cause and then treat it. Hair is made up of proteins, minerals and iron. Sprouts, beans, nuts are excellent source of protein. Green leafy vegetables are good for hair. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Consult trichologist for further treatment.

Sleep has some type I tell you 2 type 1.beta sleep = in which we are in dream if you take this kind of sleep it will not good even you take 8 hr 2.delta sleep=in which we sleep very deeply if you take this kind of sleep then 4 hr is also sufficient 3.if genarly you ask me we should 3 hr or 6 hrs or 9 hrs because our sleep cycle is complete in every 3 hrs so you should tkae sleep ik this then only you feel energetic.
