My mother's sister is suffering from great pain in her legs or I may say her knee caps we tried everything we can do and also used many medicines and pain relief gel but didn't got any improvement. What should we do to get rid of this?

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Climbing stairs too much or walking too much or standing for long hours, all will overstress knee joints but immobility also damage joints. So if stairs are used within limit will not harm

Walking kijiye phle edii rakiye fir panjaa rakijiye 6-9 kaadaam chalet huye apni walking ki capacity incress kijiye daily 1000 kaadaam ap chaliye …deep breath lijiye pani jada se jada pijiye ……. Long sitting, standing, clambing avoide kijiye I hope ap jaldi ache ho jayege thnx.

check your BP. Check your eye sight. take rest and proper sleep. take crocin pain relief one sos for severe headache.avoid stress. inform if not ok.

Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. D = apply moist heat pad to affected joint and muscles. Best wishes.

First of all check kft test if you seen heigh value than reduction of salt, pickle, sauces, chutney, papad, yellow butter and lemon or coconut water. These all food stuff will helpful for dropping swelling.

It might be of gait pattern of your abnormal shifting of body weights while on walking or moving or condition called poly arthritis do have hot water and cold water fomentation thrice a day 6 days if still pain persists do consult musculoskeletal physiotherapist or orthopaedician asap
