TRY some home remedies for soft and fairer skin - 1. Lemon is known to be a superior bleaching agent and scrubbing about half a lemon on your face regularly will help lighten your skin tone. This is one of the simplest yet effective home remedies for fair skin. 2. The juice of one potato can be squeezed and applied to your face; do it regularly and you will notice a gradual change. 3. Apply the pulp of a mashed tomato on your skin; not only will it lighten your skin tone but it will give it a pink glow too and makes skin soft 4. Mix equal quantities of honey and lemon juice and apply it on your skin to make skin soft 5. Another great natural way to get fair skin is to mix a tiny amount of cinnamon with about half a teaspoon of honey and apply it on your face. 6. If you have oily skin and want to lighten its tone, then applying a mixture of cucumber and lemon juice on it works wonders. 7. Curd is rich in lactic and zinc acid, both of which have natural skin lightening properties. 8. If you want to lighten scars on your skin then applying fresh coconut water on them really works. 9. A tiny amount of saffron mixed with olive oil is a great natural remedy to make your skin fair. 10. This effective fairness mask requires you to mix a spoonful each of almond oil, lemon juice and milk powder. Apply the mask on your skin and let it sit for about 15 minutes before you wash it off to get soft skin 11. If you have dry skin and want to lighten its tone, applying a mixture of honey and cucumber juice on it will make it fairer. 12. Another great way to get fair skin naturally is to apply the white of an egg on your face at least twice a week. 13. This skin lightening face pack requires you to make a mixture of tomato, curd and oatmeal and apply it on your face. 14. Take a ripe tomato, mash it and add a few drops of lemon juice to it. Apply it and watch your skin tone lighten gradually. 15. Another great way to make skin fair and soft is to apply a mixture of milk powder, papaya, honey and milk to your face. Acne: Causes & Ayurvedic Treatment

Acne is bothersome. It not just is painful, but can also ruin your looks. No matter what hairstyle you make or how much make-up you apply, acne on face will leave its mark all over to bring your confidence down.

It is a condition that affects many people including teenagers and women. It is characterized by red eruptions that are usually filled with oil, secreted by overactive oil glands in the hair follicles.

Causes of acne are:

  1. If one or both parents have acne, their children have high chance of suffering from it as well. Genes influence the sensitivity of your skin towards hormones, such as androgens and progesterone that trigger acne. They also influence the production of anti inflammatory chemicals in the skin and skin's response to bacteria.
  2. Cell phones gather all kinds of dirt and bacteria and are a big cause of acne on the chin and around the mouth. Wiping down the screen of your smartphones every day with alcohol or cleaning wipes will keep your phone and your face clean.
  3. Malfunctioning of hormones even after the age of puberty can lead to acne formation in both males and females.
  4. Food items rich in carbohydrates can trigger acne. Dairy products could also worsen the condition.

Ayurvedic treatment aims to eliminate the problem from its root.

  1. Herbs like lodhra (symplocos racemosa), manjishtha (rubia cordifolia) and kushta (saussurea lappa) are known for their properties to reduce acne.
  2. Turmeric (curcuma longa) and chandana (santalum album) are also effective in treating acne.
  3. The application of jaiphal (myristica fragrans) and khas-khas (vetiveria zizanioides) is believed to provide satisfactory results.
  4. Neem (azadirachta indica), guduchi (tinospora cordifolia) are known for their blood purifying properties, which can lessen the occurrence of acne and pimple in the long run. If you wish to discuss any specific problem, you can consult an ayurveda.

Simplest way to avoid this junk foods specially road side, when you know the foods which is taking either is beneficial or harmful for your health. You already leave the taking harmful foods. Another way to see the process of preparing these food, how to prepare its then you interest eating these foods left. My advise to see once how it is prepared. Now your oily skin apply cucumber juice over face for 10-15 minutes after that wash it with water only. Do not use any face wash. Apply vico turmeric cream after wash.

Hi. If you can follow few basic things then you will get better results in a short period of time, 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day, 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal, 4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 5) avoid late night sleeping habits, 6) avoid coffee and tea, 7) eat 30-40 black currant and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals A) take 30ml of rubyclin liquid before meals, B) take 1 TSF of HARIDRA KHAND after meals, C) apply paste of MILK and fine powder of turmeric on face, two times in a day. D) apply paste of lemon juice and onion, in the root of hairs, with gentle massage leave it for 15-30 minutes, after that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurved). Do all things for 30 days, gives you good result, THANKS.

Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use Sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with Mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.

Use sunscreen of herbal contents. Moreover stop using chemical cosmetics. Apply fuller's earth while washing instead of soap. On drying, wash with cold water. Apply raw milk and pure kesar dissolved in it and a pinch of'varnya' herb combos such as daruhridra, haridra, chandan, raktachandan, chhadchhadila etc. For getting combo pl consult.

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Hi, Believe me, if you are genuinely happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.

Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1.Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2.Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3.Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5.Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6.Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7.Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

It can be determined only on examination. It can b an infection or an allergy. Avoid tight undergarments. Wear loose cotton underclothes. Keep the private parts dry. Remove any form of moisture that accumulates. Change underclothes regularly. Reduce weight. It could b tinea. Tinea is due to a fungal infection which grows in hot, humid, wet environments. You need to use antifungals.
