Hello air fall is common now a days. Due to stress and eating habits.
And some illness, like anemia, thyroid and hereditary problems.
Take following homoeo medicine.
Acid hydroflouric 30 (30 ml sbl company). 1 drop 3 times per day x 14 days on tongue.
Do not take anything 15 min before after medicine.
ALSO
use arnica montana Q 30 ml + 100 ml pure coconut oil mix and use before wash twice weekly.
Use arnica homoeopathic shampoo take plenty water 3 to 4 liters per day. Eat proper food, carbohydrate, protein, minerals, fruits.
Avoid outer food consult me if you want 100% result.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Hairfall can be due to many reasons, like excessive pitta in the body or sinus problem or loss of asthi dhatu. So proper treatment is necessary according to symptoms. So please see some ayurveda physician near you personally. Till then you can try these home remedies. 1) start taking 1 amla everyday. 2) Apply paste of trifla, bhringraj & methi seeds on head before washing & wash after 1 hr. 3) Increase the qty of milk & ghee in your diet. 4) Have a good sleep. 5) Go for shirodhara, a panchakarma treatment for reduced stress & better hair growth 6) Reduce the amount of salt & spices in your daily diet 7) wash hair with trifla & neem kadha 8) Make a Hair pack mixing fine powders of triphalā 50 gm, nāgaramothā 10 gm, methī seeds 40 gm and mehendī or hīnā (Lowsonia inermis) powder 150 gm in water and apply from the root to the tips of the hair. This pack is kept for about 2 hrs and washed clean. 9) Take 1/3rd cup of aloe vera juice daily 10) Alcoholic drinks have animosity with good hair so you should better avoid it.

Migrane can be managed with lifestyle changes and medications, try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation may help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. Place an ice pack wrapped in a cloth on the back of your neck and apply gentle pressure to painful areas on your scalp. It is very important keep a headache diary. Continue keeping your headache diary even after you see doctor. It will help you learn more about what triggers your migraines and what treatment is most effective. A dose of riboflavin in appropriate dose as prescribed by me, also may prevent migraines or reduce the frequency of headaches. Coenzyme q10 supplements may decrease the frequency of migraines, magnesium supplements may also be used to treat migraines do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

You need 6-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. But it is better to sleep in the night instead of day because it disturbs the normal bio rhythm of body

..Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. ..Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed. ..Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. ..Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning to reduce headache. ..Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cumin on a sliced banana. Eat at night regularly. .. Follow up after 3 days for herbal medication.

I am a 31 year and my height is 150 cm, vegetarian. Over last 3 years during pregnancy and post pregnancy I gained weight and now I am 65 kgs. Which is 15 kgs overweight I guess. I started gym training for last 2 months. After doing hell lot of workout I am not losing even a single kg but just a few inches. I guess diet can be a problem. Can you please suggest.

Trying hard. But maybe methods are not correct. 1. Workouts need to be intensive. Out of 60 mins, 40 should be cardio and 10 for strength and 10 for abs and stretches. 2. Cardio means Treadmill at 6-8 kmph or Cycling at 30 kmph. 3. Maximum calories are burnt in cardio. But my observation of people doing gym is they spend max time doing crunches /sit ups thinking that will melt the belly fat. 4. Visit YouTube and see '7 mins workouts' 'Skinny Jeans workout' 'Hiit workouts' by Fitness Blender / Popsugar Fitness. 5. Those are the type of workouts you should be doing. 6. Also diet is important. Diet does not mean dieting. 7. It means eating nutritious and natural foods. 8. Simple foods. 9. Cut down oils and sugars. 10. Drink lots and lots of water. This will work. This will help you lose about 2 kgs a month. In six months you can reach your target weight. You can connect privately after changing your approach if you see some changes in 3 weeks. All the best.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart

It is very appreciable that you have your own business at this young age. At your age, it is likely that you might take undue risks or take impulsive decisions which might land you in financial trouble. To avoid this make a systematic plan for you daily activities related to business, have a goal for every month and try to achieve it. Most importantly have a realistic goal. Take small and firm steps towards your goal. Also have some contingency plans ready, in case there is any set back. Please remember there will be set backs in life, don't lose courage, take situations head on, try to explore more options to come out of a tricky situations. Understand your capacities and take risks or burden accordingly. If required seek advice from experienced elders at home.

Good Afternoon ~ Social Anxiety Disorder is the extreme fear of being scrutinized and judged by others in social or performance situations: Social anxiety disorder can wreak havoc on the lives of those who suffer from it. This disorder is not simply shyness that has been inappropriately medicalized. Although they recognize that the fear is excessive and unreasonable, people with social anxiety disorder feel powerless against their anxiety. They are terrified they will humiliate or embarrass themselves. Symptoms may be so extreme that they disrupt daily life. People with this disorder, also called social phobia, may have few or no social or romantic relationships, making them feel powerless, alone, or even ashamed. Hi lybrate user, while undergoing spa therapies also, choose the best one&enquire abt the concentrations n contents of those conditipners&applications. Now @home, you can try applying al9vera gel (of possible fresh) over scalp for 20-30 min.&take headbath, which works as a good conditioner you can also try applying curd soaked with few fenugreek seeds&male it like a paste &apply over scalp. Do the same as above. Defntly the above measures will help you to get smooth, spft hair, if you follow it regularly.

Try to be in the moment, if you think about the future you will feel anxiety as you do not know what will happen then, if you go back to the past you may feel depressed by some of your choices. Rather than this live in the moment (the day) fully do your best with the time you have. The future will take care of itself, you also cannot do or un do the past. This is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head.
