seee........... truly speaking............ donot believe these protein powders and all............ the are not good for health............. and the donot give proper solution............. i advice you to consume honey on empty stomach .. daily earl in the morning.. do yoga............ avoid junk food have food according to the timings.... do not skip meals dont have heavy dinner......... better to have chapathiiiii........rather than having rice......... complete dinner before 7 pm

For most adults, seven to eight hours a night is a good amount of sleep. Sleep with your head slightly raised. Add an extra pillow or prop up the head of your mattress. Or elevate the entire head of the bed a few inches. This helps prevent fluids from accumulating around your eyes as you sleep. Reduce allergy symptoms. Avoid allergens when possible. Try over-the-counter allergy medications. Talk to your doctor about prevention strategies if you develop under-eye reactions due to hair dyes, soaps, cosmetics or other allergens. Medication: Take Apis Mellifica 200/ twice daily for 3 weeks. But the result varies depending on conditions like whether the swelling is oedematous in nature, or there is collection of fat, or there is lax tissue, or if this is a hereditary feature or has some underlying medical condition.

Stop tobacco of any form, drink water before meal not upto 4hr after meal take sucral-o suspension begore meal four times with aciloc -rd twice daily before meal for 15 days. If not ok consult gastoentrologist.

For gaining muscle mass Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Good chance the mes will work but very good chance that her period cycle will get disturbed as she took two emergency pills, which cause lot of menstrual disturbance.

Please note the following for your condition: • Avoid big meals late in the evening. You need three to four hours to digest a big meal. • Spicy or sugary food, even at suppertime, is usually a bad idea. Spices can irritate your stomach, and when it tosses and turns, so will you. Having a lot of sugary food—especially chocolate, which contains caffeine—can make you feel jumpy. • Try a soothing aromatic bath before bedtime. Add 5 drops lavender oil and 3 drops ylang-ylang oil to warm bathwater and enjoy a nice soak.

Sir. I underwent open heart surgery at my 62 years of age i. E. In the year 2000. I was alright and take ecosprin 150 every day. Recently I observed that when I take my food or tiffen, I feel some pain while walking even a bit distance. This remains for half an hour so then I will be alright. Please. Advise me the reason for this and any suggession by way of medicine etc. Thanking you sir.

Dear , chest pain occurring on walking is definitely angina. You should start taking tab angispan tr 2.6mg bd, and tab nikon 5 mg bd and see if the pain improves. If it does not improve, get a coronary angiogram done, there could be new blockages.

Hair growth: fall ratio is 80: 20. Twenty percent of our hair are always in fall phaseso loosing 50 to 100 strands everyday is normal. This will fall when you are oiling, washing and combing. If the hair comes out even on slightest touch or if you notice hair fall on pillow then it is considered as hair fall subjective even reports are not good. There are many reasons for hair fall. Nutritional deficiency, stress, thyroid problem, diabetes, dengue, malaria are few common reasons. Hormonal imbalance also has effect on hair. It is important to eat food which is rich in minerals, protein and iron. Oiling 3/week and washing 3/week is also important.

Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8. Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9. Be patient with yourself Hoping to gain weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Even if you follow all the advice that is there, you may end up gaining just 1-2 kilos in a month. Every body is different, and just because you are not seeing results in terms of weight gain, you shouldn’t feel discouraged. Living healthy by eating the right diet will make you feel better and more positive about life and increase your strength. 10. Believe in yourself.

You are not really depressed; you are just angry and feel let down. The solution is really very simple: break the relationship with the liar. But the more complicated fact is that everybody lies at least four times a day! lying is quite common and so it is important to accept this fact and learn to live with it. Don? t take it too personally. You must learn to also believe some of what you hear, and know to discern the difference between lies and truth. Many times you have to leave it to the individual to learn lessons from their lies. When people lie one major fallout is that others will not trust them. If you lose the trust of people, what is left? it is important for you to be honest as much as possible. Sometimes you can tell people, and if they accept they can indeed reform but if they don? t, then you have a problem on your hands. Then it is better to quit the relationship.

DEAR Lybrate USER. This problem is due to irritation and inadequate nutrition of the brain. So follow few basic things …. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of water during meals …. 2) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal… 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods… 4) avoid coffee and tea… 5) try to sleep upto 10.30 pm … 6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning… A) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals… B) take 250 ml of fresh butter milk during meals. C) instill 3-4 drops of CHANDANADI TAILA in each nostril at the time of sleeping…… Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

Hi . Hair fall is a multifactorial problem. It has various facets to it. It isn't a onestep overnight solvable issue. It improves over time. You neeed a thorough evaluation. Consult to assess and evaluate. Meanwhile, have plenty of water, pulses, meat, milk, fish and greens.
