8 Things Men Need For A Better Sex Life

Regardless of a man?s age, even occasional erection problems are very common, and can be triggered by many different, and surprising, habits.
So, in addition to talking with your doctor about specific health issues you may need to address, what are some everyday things that men need to do for a healthier erection, and a better sex life?

Stop smoking.

For men under the age of 40, smoking is the biggest cause of erectile dysfunction. That?s because maintaining an erection requires a healthy blood supply, and nicotine causes your blood vessels to contract (which causes the penis to shrink). The longer you?re a smoker, the more difficult it is to treat or reverse erectile dysfunction.

Exercise

Regular exercise is a must for both your heart and circulation ? and because of that, it?s also an important way to prevent ED. Regular exercise can improve blood flow to the penis, as well as to the rest of your body. Not to mention, working out increases your energy, lowers blood pressure, reduces stress, helps you sleep better, and makes you feel (and look!) more attractive ? which are all helpers in avoiding erection problems.

Don?t drink as much.

Sure, kicking back with a little liquor is a great way to de-stress ? but in large amounts, alcohol is a depressant. That means the more you drink, the more likely the alcohol will lead to erectile dysfunction (depression is one of the biggest causes of ED). This effect increases as you get older, so older men who are at greater risk for erection problems should take steps to limit the number of alcoholic beverages they consume. Talk to your doctor to find out if you should aim for less than the two-drinks-per-day maximum that?s often advised for men.
Eat better.

A number of studies show that obesity, high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure are linked to erectile dysfunction. Since a healthy diet is one of the best ways to protect against these diseases, it makes sense for your sexual health to eat healthily. What foods should be a part of your ED-prevention diet? Lots of fruits and vegetables, plenty of fiber, and very little saturated fat. If you?re struggling with your weight or cholesterol, ask your doctor for help.

Protect your penis.

Although the penis is not a bone, it can fracture. When the penile chamber that fills with blood during an erection ruptures, it fractures the penis ? and this can be a major cause of erection problems. And if you don?t seek immediate treatment, penile fractures can lead to scarring, deformity, and erectile dysfunction. So think twice before having over-the-top, acrobatic sex (especially if the woman?s on top). If a penile injury occurs with bruising, pain, or swelling, call your doctor or go to an emergency room.

Brush your teeth.

Turns out, erectile dysfunction and chronic gum disease share many of the same risk factors. In one recent study, 80 percent of men who had severe erectile dysfunction (caused by poor penile blood supply) also had chronic gum disease. Keeping your mouth healthy with flossing, brushing, and regular dental visits is one more way to keep your sex life in tip-top shape.

Stress less

Stress and anxiety are frequent contributors to erection problems. That?s because stress causes your body to release stress hormones that are good for your ?fight or flight? response, but bad for your blood flow because it causes blood vessels to contract. To prevent ED, find ways to reduce stress (without resorting to drugs, cigarettes, or alcohol, of course)

Sleep.

Fatigue can be hurt your sex life ? so getting plenty of rest is always a good idea. But if you?re struggling to get a good night?s sleep and feeling drained throughout the day, you could have a condition called sleep apnea (which is signaled by very noisy snoring and periods of interrupted breathing). Studies show that men with erectile dysfunction are more than twice as likely to have sleep apnea.
If you find that these daily habits aren?t enough to help with your erectile problems, talk to your doctor and make sure there isn?t something more serious going on ? remember that some issues can?t be fixed by just waiting it out, and doing nothing can actually make the problem worse.

Socially not easily angered but when little sister or family does something like even talking rude to me I become too much aggressive and I even hit my sister hard. I can not bear her not respecting me and speaking. How to control my anger. After shouting or hitting her I myself cry and spend the remaining day being sad and try to make her happy but in that spur of moment nothing calms me down. Please help me.

I will give you some information regarding the anger management disorder. I am however unable to prescribe medications or give you specific advice regarding counseling or therapy in your situation as it would be considered confidential and private. Anger is a normal, healthy emotion, but when chronic, explosive anger spirals out of control, it can have serious consequences for your relationships, your health, and your state of mind. With insight about the real reasons for your anger and these anger management tools, you can learn to keep your temper from hijacking your life. Understanding anger The emotion of anger is neither good nor bad. It’s perfectly healthy and normal to feel angry when you’ve been mistreated or wronged. The feeling isn't the problem—it's what you do with it that makes a difference. Anger becomes a problem when it harms you or others. If you have a hot temper, you may feel like it's out of your hands and there's little you can do to tame the beast. But you have more control over your anger than you think. You can learn to express your emotions without hurting others—and when you do, you’ll not only feel better, you’ll also be more likely to get your needs met. Mastering the art of anger management takes work, but the more you practice, the easier it will get. And the payoff can be huge. Learning to control your anger and express it appropriately can help you build better relationships, achieve your goals, and lead a healthier, more satisfying life. Myths and facts about anger Myth: I shouldn’t “hold in” my anger. It’s healthy to vent and let it out. Fact: While it’s true that suppressing and ignoring anger is unhealthy, venting is no better. Anger is not something you have to “let out” in an aggressive way in order to avoid blowing up. In fact, outbursts and tirades only fuel the fire and reinforce your anger problem. Myth: Anger, aggression, and intimidation help me earn respect and get what I want. Fact: True power doesn’t come from bullying others. People may be afraid of you, but they won’t respect you if you can’t control yourself or handle opposing viewpoints. Others will be more willing to listen to you and accommodate your needs if you communicate in a respectful way. Myth: I can’t help myself. Anger isn’t something you can control. Fact: You can’t always control the situation you’re in or how it makes you feel, but you can control how you express your anger. And you can express your anger without being verbally or physically abusive. Even if someone is pushing your buttons, you always have a choice about how to respond. Myth: Anger management is about learning to suppress your anger. Fact: Never getting angry is not a good goal. Anger is normal, and it will come out regardless of how hard you try to suppress it. Anger management is all about becoming aware of your underlying feelings and needs and developing healthier ways to manage being upset. Rather than trying to suppress your anger, the goal is to express it in constructive ways. I hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day!

I have milia (white pimples on face) especially on chicks I wna rid from thm. Plzzz help me.
I am 19 years old.
A facial sauna is useful in treating milia and unclogging pores as it helps loosen and remove dead skin cells and debris. Soak a clean towel in hot water and wring out the excess of water. Place the towel on your face for a few minutes and then remove it. Do it daily for 7 days at least. If you don't get the desired results, you may come back and consult me.

General Physician,
I am have problem of - Dark brown bloody vaginal discharge. Missed period. Frequent urination.
Sometimes, when an egg is released during ovulation, a little bleeding occurs. This blood mixes in with your normal vaginal mucus, so your discharge might be a little or even a dark brown. Endometrial tissue: In some cases, this discharge is just old tissue that did not pass during your last period.

How to Get Rid of Age Spots: Identifying and Treating Melasma

How to Get Rid of Age Spots: Identifying and Treating Melasma

Melasma is a condition in which dark and discoloured patches appear on the face. It is also commonly known as chloasma when it is found in pregnant women. This is a condition that can be found in women more commonly than it is found in men. Let us cast a glance on the symptoms, causes, as well as the ways of identifying and treating this condition.

Identifying Melasma

Typically Melasma is characterized by brownish coloured patches that may appear on the cheeks, forehead, chin and even the bridge of the nose. These patches are usually symmetrical on either sides of the face. They appear blotchy, of irregular shape and their colour can vary from light brown to dark brown. They may occasionally occur on other parts of the body that are left exposed to the sun for prolonged hours, on a regular basis. These symptoms can help you in identifying the condition, in which case you must immediately see a dermatologist who will help in formal diagnosis and immediate treatment.

Causes

Several causes have been proposed for Melasma. Sensitivity to estrogen and progesterone are found in some cases especially during pregnancy or in women who take birth control and other hormonal pills for any other ailment. Constant exposure to the sun can also alter the cells that create and control one’s pigment - also known as ‘melanocytes’.

Diagnosis

The diagnosis of Melasma is done with the help of physical examination. Thereafter, the doctor may perform the wood’s lamp examination where a light is held up against the skin to look for the depth of involvement. A biopsy may be conducted for more severe cases by taking skin samples.

Treatment

Most women report that Melasma disappears on its own. These patches slowly fade once the pregnancy control pills and hormonal therapy stop. The dermatologist can also ask you to use a good sunscreen and .certain medicated creams that can help in fading the patches to a great extent. Also, chemical peels and microdermabrasions are other mild procedures that can be carried out in such cases, to exfoliate the top layer of the skin.

In resistant cases of dermal melasma, Q switched Nd YAG laser can be done. One must remember that these ointments and procedures will not guarantee that the condition will not recur in the future. Melasma can be treated effectively but often requires maintenance to prevent recurrence. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dermatologist.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: Take Mag Phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the LUMBAR SPINE. Heat and Ice Packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.
