सर्दियों के मौसम में में खांसी व मोटापे से बचने के लिए निम्न लिखित पदार्थों को अपनी डाइट में शामिल करें;-

सर्दियों के मौसम में में खांसी व मोटापे से बचने के लिए निम्न लिखित पदार्थों को अपनी डाइट में शामिल करें;-
1.दालें एवं मोटा अनाज जैसे जोआर, बाजरा, मक्का,इत्यादि -
ये आपको प्रोटीन, विटामिन्स, मिनरल्स के साथ साथ रेशा भी देते हैं तथा इनको खाने से अधिक समय तक पेट भरे रहने का एहसास भी होता है। ये मेटाबोलिज्म को तेज़ करके शरीर को गरम रखते हैं एवं मोटापा कम करते हैं ।
2. अदरक, लहसुन, दालचीनी, हल्दी व लौंग:-
अदरक व अजवाइन के साथ उबला हुआ पानी पीने से न सिर्फ जुकाम खांसी में लाभ मिलता है बल्कि इनके औषधीय गुणों के कारण शरीर में सूजन भी कम होती है एवं मोटापे को कम करने में भी मदत मिलती है।कुछ शोध के अनुसार अदरक में उन एन्जाइम्स को बढ़ाने का गुण है जो जो लिवर को खून साफ़ करने में सहायता करते हैं और यही गुण अदरक को एक गुणकारक घरेलु औषधि बनाते हैं जो रोग प्रतिरोधक शमता बढ़ाती है । यूँ तो कच्ची अदरक ज़्यादा गुणकारी होती है पर इसके तीव्र स्वाद की वजह से इसे सौंठ के रूप में या भोजन और चाय में डालकर भी लिया जा सकता है।
3.बादाम,अखरोट, और अलसी के बीज:-
प्रातः काल में लेने से शरीर को एसेंशियल फैटी एसिड्स (अच्छी वसा) तथा मैग्नीशियम एवं विटामिन E मिलता है जो स्वस्थ्य के लिए कई तरह से लाभदायक हैं ।
4. गर्म पेय :-
टमाटर, मकई या सब्जी का गर्म सूप, अदरक की चाय, कहवा ,इत्यादि न सिर्फ मेटाबोलिज्म को बूस्ट करते हैं बल्कि विटामिन व एंटीऑक्सीडेंट्स का भी खजाना हैं ।
5:-हरी चाय:-
ये एक शक्तिशाली एंटीऑक्सिडेंट है और इसे में मजबूत एंटीवायरल और जीवाणुरोधी गुण हैं। हरी चाय के एक दिन में लगभग दो से तीन कप पीने से प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली मजबूत रहती है। हरी चाय में उपस्थित एंटीऑक्सीडेंट सर्दियों के दौरान ठंड और फ्लू के खिलाफ लड़ने में मदद करते हैं।
6. गाजर:-
इसमे उपस्थित बीटा कैरोटीन (विटामिन A का प्रिकर्सर्) की वजह से ये ठण्ड में शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता को बढाकर इन्फेक्शंस और फ्लू से बचाती है।इतना ही नहीं इसमें उपस्थित रेशा इसे एक बेहतरीन सलाद बनाता है जो वजन कम करने में भी सहायक है ।
7.मुशरूम्स को भी इम्युनिटी बूस्टर्स के रूप में जाना जाता है। ये बहुत ही पौष्टिक एवं प्रोटीन युक्त होते हैं।
8.मोसम्बी, नारंगी,अमरुद जैसे फल:-
ये फल प्रकृति ने ठण्ड में इसी लिए प्रदान किये हैं ताकि इनमे उपस्थित विटामिन Cशरीर को इम्युनिटी प्रदान कर सके और शरीर को सर्दी जुकाम से बचा सके ।
नोट :- कुछ लोगों को उपरोक्त फलों से एलर्जी भी हो सकती है अतः वे इन फलों का प्रयोग चिकित्सक एवं आहार विशेषज्ञ के परामर्श से ही करें।
9.दही एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रोबायोटिक है जो आमाशय के डाइजेशन की शक्ति को सुधारती है साथ ही प्रोटीन से भरपूर दही स्वस्थ्य वर्धक है .
नोट:- अस्थमा के कुछ मरीज़ों मेंठण्ड के मौसम में दही लेने से नुक्सान होने के लक्षण सामने आते हैं अतः वे दही का प्रयोग चिकित्सक एवं आहार विशेषज्ञ के परामर्श से ही करें ।
10.शहद पर हुए अनेक शोधों से पता चलता है क़ि एंटी ऑक्सीडेंट्स व एन्जाइम्स से भरपूर यह गुणकारी रस अगर उचित मात्रा में (१ चम्मच ) कुनकुने पानी के साथ लिया जाये तो मोटापे को कम करता है साथ में ठण्ड व ज़ुकाम से भी बचाता है ।
उपरोक्त खाद्य पदार्थों को अपनी डाइट में शामिल करें और ठण्ड का भरपूर मज़ा लें।

Take more liquid and green food with exercise daily, good sleep and wakeup early morning. Homoeopathic medication take sbl dibonil drops available in liquid form, one should take 10-15 drops of dibonil liquid and mix them in water regularly half an hour before meals. It should be taken maximum three times daily for 10 days.

Make a paste out of all of cucumbers and tomatoes and apply as a face mask. Leave it on for half an hour and wash it with some cool water. Follow this method two days at a time every week and observe the results.

For confirmation of pregnancy do pregnancy test. Its a kit available in all medical it's a best way to your pregnant or not. White discharge in female is the most common problem, it is becouse of bacteria or fungus infection.

Thumbsuking is a symptoms of anxiety. Just try to identify the situations in which you involve in the habit (mostly it may be either anxiety provoking situation or situations of either excitement and boredom) and take conscious efforts not to do it. If you consistently follow the pattern along with other anxiety reducing techniques you will be able to quit the habit.

Belly fat is due to deposition of fatty tissues on the abdominal area. The depostion of fatty tissue on belly are due to * long time sitting jobs * lack of physical activities * intake of high calories food 1. To get the flat belly, fist take the food having high fibers contents such as fruits, leafy vegetables, oats, corns. Avoid refined carbohydrates & foods having rich fat. 1. Work out for atleast 1 hour in whole day. You can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes or 5-10 minutes running. 2. Practice the spefic exercises that directly stimulate the belly muscles to burn the belly fats. Such as - lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. 3. Do surya namaskar yoga everyday. 4. Eat foods on the time of taking foods like only 3 times or 2 times a day. Do not take food again & again in 1-2 hours. 5. Do not skip the breakfast any day. You can take some dry fruits and skimmed milk in morning for better result. 6. Avoid food containing animal fat such as butter, cheese, eggs, chicken, fish. Instead of them, take plants derived fat such as soya milk, tofu, mustard oil.

Hi lybrate-user, some tips to lose weight are 1.1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.

Apply Homoeopathic - Thiosinaminum Ointment to your scar in a thin layer or else you can use Thiosinaminum Q few drops mixed in a glycerin solution on scars that are visible (as it is less greasy, so is more easily absorbed into the skin. Also take Thiosinaminum 200 orally once a week for 2 weeks, to dissolve large, extensive scars. The oral dose supports the action of the topical application. Do not take this oral dilution without consulting me again!

I understand you are taking those medicines for type-ii diabetes. There shall be no harm in the long run. Medicines undergoes series of tests on different subjects for considerable long period of time to detect the effect or any adverse effect. Then human trials are undergone. When safety is proven beyond doubt, medicines are allowed for human consumption. So don't worry. Take medicines under your advice and guidance. Don't ask to every doctor you get scope to ask or come across. You shall become confused. Ultimately you shall be looser.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so very less chances of growing further! but then as well you can take homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). 1. Do not wash your hair daily. 2. Give you head hot oil massage - mix of olive, almond, coconut and sesame oil. 3. Eat food rich in proteins 4. Apply some natural herbs like bringraj, amla and shikakai 5. You can apply raw amla juice daily 6. Use apple cider vinegar to maintain ph levels of scalp 7. Keep your head covered in sun and pollution.

Hello lybrate-user, first of all as a doctor I would like to get rid of your bad habit of consuming nicotine. That's highly poisonous, you are reducing your own life span by consuming if each day. As per the treatment part I would like to take nux vom200 (6 drops three times for two weeks) I would like to add one more information for you. The digestion of drugs usually takes place in liver. Once the liver loses its capacity we cannot make it over again. Better get rid of your bad habits. Try to be engaged with different works do yoga and meditation. You will be alright soon. Dear Lybrate user it is Vidagdha ajirna avastha according to Ayurveda science. Take boiled water in normal room temperature which should be reduced upto 1/4th proportion. For one week when will feel hunger take lite food like Boiled Mung, Daal+Rice, Mung Daal khichadi, seasonal vegetables soup etc. Don't take Sprouts, Curd, Junk food, Spicy food.
