I am 20 years male. And I am having a disease called pilonidal cryt I just wanted to know what are the risk on this disease. And should I get it removed. I am still studying in college. And its my final year.

It is very important to take care of the skin in every season, but the problem of the skin arises most of the time in cold weather. Because cold winds that run during this time steal the moisture of our skin and make them tender, due to low humidity. In winter season it is very important for us to take care of our skin. If you do not take care of your skin immediately then the skin loses its softness or moisture by becoming rigid, lifeless, and lethargic. The effect of the same would be the start of pre-maturing aging on the skin. The effect of cold winds is seen as a stiffness on the skin, but more than that, it also affects the first layer of skin i.e. epidermis.
When epidermis gets compressed then our cells break down and appear in fine streaks and appear on the skin. We call them the fine line, which will further turn into wrinkles. Because of this, the impact of weather and age is first seen on your face. If we pay close attention to skin care, then this problem can be dealt with.
To reduce these effects and make your skin young and smooth you need more skin care. In this article, winter skin care tips are given that you must follow-
1. Wash your face and bath with lukewarm water
Do not take hot shower in the winter even with oily skin, take bath with lukewarm water. Keep in mind that whenever you wash the face, do with lukewarm because the moisture of the face decreases with hot water. Therefore, to maintain moisture, use lukewarm water only.
2. Select moisturizer carefully
Some moisturizers contain petroleum-based ingredients that can actually dry your skin in the winter. Therefore, you select the moisturizer that is oil based. By which moisture will kept remain in your skin.
3. Protect your skin
It is very important that you cover your body in the cold weather. Do not forget to use gloves and scarves to avoid cold winds in winter. Make sure to use sunscreen lotion before leaving the house which keeps you protected from the harmful UV rays.
4. Use moisturizer
It is very necessary in the winter that you moisturize the skin daily so that your skin becomes soft and smooth. Pay more attention to the open areas of the skin. Take special care of hands, feet, elbows and knees as it loses moisture faster than other parts of the body. So use a little moisturizer daily, so that the moisture will remained.
5. Exfoliation is necessary
Do not forget to exfoliate your skin in winter. Exfoliation helps you remove the dead cells of the skin correctly. Keep in mind that the substance used for the exfoliation is good for the skin.
6. Keep the body hydrated
We often drink less water in winter, and the tea or coffee intake more to warm ourselves, but we must know that our body needs adequate water to be hydrated. So take plenty of water. To keep the body hydrated from the inside in winter, consume water content at maximum amount.
7. Change the cleanser
