You are best off joining a Gym and exercising regularly and following a strict diet plan . Please reduce all high calorie fried and sweet foods. Increase the amount of proteins and fibres instead like brown bread, roti, dal, green vegetables, low fat yoghurt, fish, chicken, pulses .

Alcohol increases desire but decreases the performance. Regular use of wine cause many neuro-chemical imbalances in body including decreasing levels of vitamin b6 - b 12. Besides this, it causes lots of harm to our mind and body. It affects our central nervous system, liver, cardiovascular system, reproduction etc. So you should be strongly determined to leave alcohol. You should consult a local psychiatrist / de addiction center for further counselling / detoxification/ and maintenance of abstinence.

I go to bed very late at around 2 am, when I woke up in the morning @9 am I found heavy stomach, I have to go twice to bathroom to clear stomach. She is not pregnant as she already had menses after the sex which you had 4 months back. 1 week delayed menses lasting for 2 days does not need any treatment. Stress and hormonal changes can make menses come like this. There is no need to take any pregnancy test in future, and relieve her of this stress. Menses will start coming normal. Sometimes, when woman think they r pregnant, bowel movements can be perceived as some noise in the abdomen. All this is normal and does not require any tyreatment.

It can be because of Varicose veins in left leg,a venous doppler of lower limbs can help diagnose the condition.

Medicines won't work well in these cases. Take adequate water, sleep shud be good, spend less time on laptops/mobiles, use a medicated sunscreen. Last but not the least consult a dermatologist. U might need fillers.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. * you can take guggalu tablets of himalaya company 1 tablet daily for atleast 3 months but only under the supervision of ayurveda expert.

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Thuja 1m 3 doses. 1 acid phos q 10 drops in half luke water. 2 syzygium jambolanumq 10 drops in luke warm water. 3 sanicula q 10 drops in luke water 10 drops daily twice aday. And biocombination number 7. Remove sugary things and do exercise, yoga daily.

This is called dysmenorrhea some females get it with different intensities you can take tab meftal spas for it as and when required also give hot fomentation to lower abdomen or whichever part is paining like legs lower back etc.

To remain healthy and fit, you should follow 3 steps in your life 1. Balanced diet 2. Early morning brisk morning walk for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after dinner 3. Drink 6-8 glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced diet= 60% carbohydrates + 20% fats + 20% proteins 1. Carbohydrates: our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: banana, milk, sweets, sugarcane juice. (b) slow carbohydrates energy sources: beans, bread, cereals, potato, pulses, rice. 2. Proteins: essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. Hence, a person requires protein intake every day. When the body does not get enough carbohydrates to fuel itself, it falls back on protein bank. That is why people who follow starvation diets or go on fasting lose muscle tissue. (a) major protein sources: egg white (white portion), milk, soybeans/soymilk, fish, cheese, tofu. (b) other protein sources: beans with wheat, nuts, curd, yogurt (dahi). 3. Fats: required and healthy when taken in small amounts. Excess fat leads to weight gain, increase in bad cholesterol (ldl) and heartproblems (a) major fats sources: egg yolk (yellow portion), avocados, whole milk, butter, cheese, nuts. (b) other fats sources: corn, vegetable/olive oil, biscuits, flaxseeds (san beej). 4. Vitamins and minerals: critical for normal functioning of organs and processes within our body. They do not provide energy directly but work behind the scenes to break down food into energy. 5. Fiber: it helps retain water and in making our stools softer to avoid constipation. Intake should be 25 to 35 grams a day. 6. Calories: a measure of how much energy food or drink contains. On an average, a man needs around 2, 000 calories a day and a woman 1700 calories a day to maintain his weight and good health. Number varies by person depending upon weight, age and how active the lifestyle is. 7. Guideline: each day have 3 main meals, 2 snacks, 5 pieces of fruit and at least 1 glass of milk. 4. Bramari pranayam or bee breath 1. Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. 2. Place your thumbs in your ears, your index fingers above your eyebrows, and your remaining along the sides of your nose. Keep each pinky finger near a nostril. 3. Breath in deeply through the nose. First, feel the diaphragm move down, allowing the lungs to expand and forcing the abdomen out; then feel your chest expand with your collar bones rising last. 4. Use your pinkies to partially close each nostril. Keep your lungs filled. 5. Breathe out through the nose while humming. Note that the humming sound should originate in your throat, not as a result of your partially-blocked nostrils. 6. Repeat twenty times. Starting from 5 times in nut-shell, think good, eat good, sleep good andby adopting these 3 point in your life you will remain fit as ever.

We need more information about fever and concomitant sign and symptoms for correct diagnosis and cure of underlying cause. Let me know more about your health & illness  like cold, sneezing, cough (if phlegm white pale green thick or thin), headache, eye pain, change in skin colour or Eruptions, tongue coating and colour, change in motions, pain abdomen, vomiting, nausea, pain chest, sweating, appetite, change in taste, Thirst, any weight loss, frequency of urine and any pain during urination, body ache & medication in last few days etc. And follow as below: Take Liquid Diet if you have loose motions:(ORS water, Coconut water, Sour Milk {Chhach - Lassi}, Green Moong Dal Liquid). Otherwise take semisolid food and plenty of fluids.
