No, it is not normal, periods last for 5 days only. Get her checked for anemia- blood test for cbc get an ultrasound of abdomen to rule out any reason for prolonged periods. Take her during middle of cycle when eggs are visible also on day 10-12. Get back with reports for more guidance.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it doe s not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference?

He needs to take a soft light diet non spicy eat frequently after two hours eat more vegetables and fruits avoid milk and milk product and oily foods eat ginger juice with honey.

Take protein diet (soyabean, paneer, milk, egg. Important for healthy hairs. Avoid outside junk food and soft drink. Avoid too much use of table salt. White hairs associated with hyperacidity so treat accordingly. Head massage with homoeopathy oil very important.

You can take lukewarm water with lemon slice on an empty stomach in the morning. Take small amount of foods frequently instead of 3 big meals. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice, eat whole fruits, vegetables, whole wheat, whole bread, grain, brown bread etc. You eat protein for weight loss. Eat egg white, fish, cottage cheese, soy milk, soy product etc. Drink lots of water. Use lukewarm water 5 mins after meals. Regular exercise like yoga, swimming, skipping, plank, push ups, sit ups etc.

Penis or testicle size is genetic nature and we cannot make it change to bigger one . Size does not affect fertility or masculinity

Wash your face 4-5 times a day with himalaya or clean and clear face wash. Apply berberis aqua cream 3 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy, oily food. Take good sleep. Revert after 15 days.

Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fruits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

For gaining weight, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad, After dinner you can take 2 dates / 2 figs with a cup of milk. Exercises To Gain Weight and Get Enough Sleep And Very Important Keep Yourself Motivated.

I had a back pain 7 years back I had gone for surgery of lower disk. Now I am suffering with legs pain. And my seat musles pain. What is remidi. What sort of. Care I have to take.

Numbness & /or pain in leg is due to pressure on the nerve. This could be due to lumbar spondylosis with nerve root compression. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos you will need other supportive medicines also. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated. Do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

It seems that for one or the other reason you are accumulating stress and in that stress your behavior is less than what you expect. This could be due to some change which happened recently in your life or might be due to our modern life style which causes this stress. It could also be due to change in your life. And you might not know what direction your life might take turn if you have finished your study and either looking for a work or life partner or some profession course. Or it could be for any other such reason. When we are stressed it is natural for us to feel lonely, feel sad and down and at times feel irritated, frustrated and get angry. As we take time out to do so many thing in our daily life we also need to learn how to take care of our inner self. How to nurture and grow our true self. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. Hibiscus leaves or flowers well, this is the best ayurvedic home remedy for hair loss. Hibiscus flowers and leaves can be very helpful in preventing hair loss and to promote hair growth. Hibiscus flowers are used as an effective cure for split ends and dandruff as well. Heat 12-15 hibiscus flowers in 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Strain the solution and collect the oil. Apply this concoction to the scalp and hairs, leave overnight and wash in the morning. To use the hibiscus leaves, grind them into fine paste and apply the paste to the scalp and hairs. Leave it on for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Rinse off with plenty of water. This controls the hair loss automatically and promotes hair growth. Hibiscus leaves for strong and long hair.
