An intact hymen does it prove virginity neither does an absence prove loss of virginity. Hymen may get to enjoy due to physical exercise also. So that should not make you worry about your virginity. As long as you did not have penetrative sex, you can all yourself a virgin

Natural method of treatment. 1.Prepare coconut milk by grinding grated coconut and squeezing its milk. Apply coconut milk to your scalp by using hair brush. Cover your head with a towel and leave it for 20 minutes and rinse your hair with cold water. Do it once a week. 2. Extract pulp content from the stalk of aloevera plant and rub to your hair which is washed before. Massage the pulp into your scalp in circular motion, leave it for 15 minutes, rinse it with cold water do it thrice a week preferably in the morning after taking head bath. 3. Boil 10-12 dry neem leaves in water, wait for the mixture to cool, rinse your hair with this mixture after shampooing (protect your eyes while rinsing to prevent burning sensation). Repeat the process once in a week. 4. Steep 2 green tea bags in hot water and wait till water cools down. Remove the tea bags and use the solution to rinse the hair and massage the solution over your scalp after shampooing it. Do it twice a week. 5. Slightly warm 1-2 tablespoonful of coconut oil. Gently apply the oil to your scalp and hair root for 30 minutes. Leave it for 30 minutes and wash it off with cold water. 6.Take 2-3 lemon, cut the lemon and prepare lemon juice. Strain the juice into a bowl using muslin cloth and mix it with warm water. Wash your hair, pour the mixture over scalp and massage hair for 5 minutes. Wash it off with cool water. You can repeat the process 1-2 times per week in the morning after taking bath. 7. Boil some curry leaves in your hair oil and apply it on scalp. Massage for 15-20 minutes twice a week. 8. Consult trichologist (hair specialist) for further advice and treatment.

Hello. Naturopathy believes that Mother Nature has every remedy for our problems, it believes in preventing the problem instead of just curing it. I am suggesting you some simple lifestyle changing tips that will not just make your body proportionate and give you a desired shape but will also help you obtain a healthy body. You can come over it very easily due to your determination. Make sure you are walking at least 5000 steps every day. It is strongly recommended that you start with a jogging regime. You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course meals of the day. It is said that the best time to consume dinner is before sunset but it is not usually possible in today’s scenario so it is advisable that you don’t eat anything heavy after sunset and you may have a glass of milk before you sleep, this will surely help you to lose your weight. Sleep for minimum 6 to 8 hours. Lack of sleep is also a leading factor of weight gain. Avoid processed food, sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi). This process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your weight issues. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at pH7 (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but normal). Another advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. Thanks.

Hello, For your problem exercise is the best solution. Ask him to start doing physical activity like walking. Start with 10 min and can continue it to an hour. This helps with his fatigue and low B.P. Regarding diet, make sure he is taking 7 -8 servings of fruits and vegetable. Give him only brown rice or millets for main meals. Snack on fruits and nuts. Avoid non veg, and wheat . This should help him. Stay healthy stay fit☺

1. Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, cauli flower, spinach, bean, carrot, mushroom, onion, garlic, fruits like blue berry, banana, pomegranate, dry fruits like walnnut, almonds soybean oil, egg, fish sardines/salmon, darkchocolate, oats, cereals, 2. Drink plenty of water, pomegranate juice, green tea 2-3 cups /day without sugar/ milk (contains anti oxidant like flavonoid and helps in improving sperm quality, but in high doses may affect sperm quality. 3go for regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight 4. Stop smoking, tobacco and alcohol consumption 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, physical and mental exertion. Take adequate rest 6. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 7. Check for blood testosterone and if it is less, you have to take testosterone supplement.

If you had periods, then chances of pregnancy should not be there but some times even while pregnant, some ladies do get little bit of bleeding. If you are very apprehensive, simply get a pregnancy test done.

It can impair fertility. Causes- hormonal problems, overweight, thyroid, prolactin, pcos, premature ovarian insufficiency, uterine problems etc. Protective measures- control of weight, diagnosis and treatment of the underlying cause.

Normal age for fixed orthodontics is 12-13 yrs but in some cases myofunctional appliances are required somewhere between 8-10 yrs of age. Ideally I think orthodontic assessment should start at the age of 8-10 years.

PIMPLE Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin C (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin E on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin E to a scar will help it heal faster. Hair fall can occur due to various reason like stress, thyroid dysfunction, nutritional deficiencies, dandruff etc. To prevent so have food rich in protein like milk and milk products, vitamin E rich like nuts. Include more of fish, fresh citrus fruits. Keep yourself hydrated. Avoid much of oily greesy food.

I am 42 years old male. Last week, my BP shoot up 150/90 in second time (first time shootup BP150/100 before four years back but did not took medicine and after excise my BP was normal 120/80). Dr. advice me test, In report my Uric Acid Serum level was 7.84 and Total Cholesterol level 263, Triglycerides 184, HDL 57, VLDL 37, LDL 169 and CRP (HS) 4.2. Other KFT, LFT, Lipo protein (a), Calcium, phosphorus, ECO and Hemograme are normal. Dr. advice me table TONACT 10 mg for cholesterol for 3 months and cardace h 2.5.
