For making hair grow fast, strong and thick follow these instructions: • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. • Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * You can take Vitamnin E supplement (100 mg capsiles) daily and tab. Boitin only under the supervision of nearest physician. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.

Excessive sweating 1. Anxiety, nervousness 2 obesity, diabetes, thyroid problem, tuberculosis, gout, head injury 3. Alcoholism or due to effect of some anti hypertensive and psychiatric drugs 4. Investigate yourself to rule out these diseases 5. Avoid anxiety, nervousness, tea/coffee, alcohol, spicy food, chocolate etc 6. Try some anti antiperspirant lotion or roll on. 7. What Is Early Childhood Development?

The early childhood period is considered to be the most important developmental phase throughout the lifespan.  This period focuses on the physical, social/emotional and language/cognitive domains of development of a child, which have direct effects on their overall development as an adult in the future.

Physical Development: Physical developments of a child are associated with the motor skills and physical growth of the child. As a child grows and his or her nervous system become more mature, the child becomes more capable of performing increasingly complex actions such as walking, running, balance, and coordination which involve the larger muscles like arms and legs, as well as, some more intricate skills such as drawing, writing, grasping objects, throwing, waving, and catching, involving the smaller muscles in the fingers, toes, eyes, and other areas. Physical growth follows a directional pattern, such as the body's core, legs and arms develop before the small muscles in the fingers and hands.  The muscles in the center of the body become stronger and develop before those in the feet and hands. Development goes from the head to the toes.

Cognitive Development: Cognitive abilities are associated with memory, reasoning, problem-solving and thinking that continue to emerge throughout childhood. There are four Stages of Cognitive Development:

Language Development: It is the most remarkable development in children. According to several researches, it is found that language development begins at fetal level, as the fetus is able to identify the speech and sound patterns of the mother's voice and by the age of four months, a child can distinguish between sounds and read lips. Infants are able to differentiate between speech sounds from all languages; however, around the age of 10 months they lose this ability and begin to recognize their native language only.

For prevention of hair loss follow these instructions: •Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. Lastly, The last step is crucial as it seals in the nourishment. Try making this mask at home. In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. Leave the mask on for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. For relief from dandruff: Apply curd on the scalp for atleast 15 min twice in a week and sit in sunlight.

Muscular endurance are week due to stiffness ya lack of exercise. If stiff then do stretching or muscle relaxant medicine and after this start strength exercise like gripping exercise.

Your weight is too much as compared to your age. Please start dieting. Do not eat oily, fatty, sweet food. And exercise daily for atleast one hour. You may also need some medication. In case of some underlying disease.

Hi, For 4 weeks of pregnancy, the normal range is 5 – 426mIU/ml and for 5 weeks it's 18 – 7, 340mLU/ml. So, it is normal, fine in pregnancy. (Kindly share this report with your gynaecologist who will correlate with your clinical findings).

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

You are also suffering from primary pulmonary hypertension. Meet your cardiologist and check if you would benefit from seldinafil citrate tablet. People with pph are known to have comorbid anxiety disorder as well. It is better to continue with the same medicine if you are benefiting from it.

You do not value the person you are. This is the reason that whenever someone says something ,you feel they are trying to insult you or point out your mistakes. To begin with - make a list of your good qualities - appreciate yourself for what you can do for yourself and others. whenever you have tears in your eyes and are about to cry - ask yourself - what exactly is hurting me? Others are not always right. Evaluate yourself what others are saying about you - if what they are saying is right , try to change your habits . If you do not agree with what they are saying about you , you need not even heed to it - dhyan mat do . Set yourself some goals - work towards achieving them - this will help you feel confident about yourself.

There is nothing like best. Medicine which suits you is the best for you. Allopathy, ayurved both systems have medicine for diabetes but for that you have to meet any ayurvedic doctor personally. Till then you can use tab. Saptarangyadi (tapowan pharma) 1 tab twise a day as a maintanance dose. And you muat check your sugar level every two days if you are not taking any alopathy medicine along with saptarangyadi.

Normal hemoglobin level for women is 12-14.5 gm/dl. So your hemoglobin level too low. Take iron rich foods like liver, red meat, oyester, shrimp, spinach, almond, lentil, fortified cereal. Take lots of citrus fruits. Take b-complex, folic acid rich foods like green leafy vegetables, sprout, liver, rice, dried beans, grain, peanut, banana, broccoli, fortified cereal. Take beetroot juice, apple. Along with these eat more food more often. Take plenty of protein foods. Use nutritional supplement. Use healthy fat like fish oil, olive oil, canola oil. Drink lots of water. Do regular exercise for better health. Quality sleep.

Though, it is possible to increase height after the age of 18 years, extra effort is required in order to reap positive results since the development of the body slows down gradually. It?s a well-known fact that nutrition is imperative for further growth and development, most importantly for natural height gain. In addition to this, a number of other factors should also be taken into consideration to trigger height growth after attaining the age of 18. Here are healthy ways on how to increase height naturally after 18. Minerals like calcium, manganese and zinc aids in building bone tissue, improving blood circulation and boosts height growth naturally. So have broccoli, cabbage, spinach, prunes, peaches, grapes, bananas, pumpkin, carrot, peanuts and legumes. You should include vitamin A rich foods like spinach, beetroot, carrots, chicken, cantaloupe, papaya, peach, milk, apricots, tomatoes and peas. Exercise is a vital factor in increasing your height. Simple exercises like skipping, hanging from an overhead bar and stretching the body by standing on your toes should be part of your daily workout routine. Additionally, sports activities like basketball, football and swimming are also beneficial for increasing height. Yoga is also very effective and is considered to be one of the best exercise to increase height after 18 years. Yoga can?t change your genes but it can give you a good posture. Spine lengthening and good posture forms the core of yoga. Doing the mountain pose, will help to strengthen and lengthen your spine and give you a good height. Suryanamaskar or Sun Salutation is a great way to increase height and stay fit. The twelve poses are done in a cyclic manner to strengthen muscles and improve posture. If you don?t have too much time on your hands, you can just practice Suryanamaskar for 10-20 times each day. Trikosana or triangle pose is great way to achieve good height and body balance. The parivrittatrikosana or reverse triangle pose also helps in gaining height. Vrikasana or tree pose help in getting balance and harmony. Tree pose also helps to stretch the muscles of the body. You can also practice breathing and meditation to calm your mind and de-stress. Since a mind free of depression and stress helps in proper growth. Water flushes out toxins from your body and aids in digestion. Therefore, at least drinking 8 glasses of water every day is recommended for a better health any queries inform me..
