1. Stay away from Dust and Pollution. 2. Increase your immunity, eat plenty of Fruits and vegetables. 3. Kee Hydrated. Drink plenty of water and soups. 4. Exercise - Make it a habit to exercise or run for 45 minutes daily. This will improve your immunity. 5. Green Tea - Drink green Tea and coffee, They contain flavnoids and will. The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools  -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing

Brain hemorrhage is a very serious conditions it can not be treated at home it has to be treated in hospital intensive care unit of hospital. Or you may be having migraine which is very intense throbbing pain in one side or both sides of headeche asociated with nausea vomiting and senstive to light and sound. So accordingly it should treated. Accordingly.

At the head of the penis there are glands producing fluid, also called smegma, which allows the foreskin to move over the head of the penis easily. When the head of the penis isn't regularly cleaned, this fluid accumulate and expel an unpleasent odor. This can be easily remedied through good personal hygiene. Smegma isn't harmful and can be easily remedied through good personal hygiene. In general it isn't necessary to contact a doctor. Contact a doctor: when it hurts to retract the foreskin when the complaints persist despite thorough personal hygiene good personal hygiene is most important with smegma: when cleaning the head of the penis retract the foreskin fully clean the penis with clean water and clean hands don't use any soap when cleaning the head of the penis afterwards use a clean towel and put on clean underwear if let to accumulate, it will get hardened and even forms chalky deposits and makes the prepuce skin hard and non retractable so continue to clean it everytime you go for urine.

For headache take tablet paracetamol 650 mg eight hourly and I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and take a flow of steam (of plain water only) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required.

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Sleep is the best reliever of all stress and physical pain. Not only is it important to get sleep, but also to sleep soundly and without any disturbance. The quality matters. Here are a few tips to get better sleep: 1.It is important to maintain the same sleep schedule every single day. This helps to naturalize your body clock and get the best quality sleep. 2.Switch off all mobile phones, laptops and other electronic devices. Their artificial glow not only hampers your eyesight, but also prolongs the amount of time your body takes to relax and fall off to sleep. 3.If your back pain causes you to continually wake up in the middle of the night in discomfort, then sleep with a pillow or cushion between your legs so as to straighten out your back and relieve pent up stress. 4.The importance of your pillow can never be stressed upon enough. Your pillow should be not too fat, hard or soft. It should just about support the natural curve of your neck, so that it is perfectly aligned with the centre of your body. Correct sleeping postures are extremely important. 5.Make sure your room is nice and dark so as to stimulate the secretion of a hormone called melatonin that is regulated by light exposure. Darker the room, greater melatonin, making you more sleepy. 6.Those who exercise regularly and well are known to be fitful sleepers. Exercise well before bedtime. If required, do some light yoga or stretching exercises that promote sleep. 7.What you eat throughout the day makes a difference to the quality of your sleep. It is important to be self-disciplined to sleep well and hence be a healthy individual. Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. Hi lybrate-user. Masturbation is normal and it does not cause ed. Teenagers who have just begun having erections have the most spontaneous erections and they also can have another erection immediately after a discharge of semen. This gap between two erections is called" refractory period" and this increases as age increases, and experience of sex increases. At masturbation though you are not having" sex with a partner" still the body perceives it as an act of sex, and hence the penis gets accustomed to your touch and feel. Excessive masturbation does not make anyone impotent. Sperms are being produced daily in a man's body. Masturbation is just a natural way to discharge the sperms, at arousal. Even animals are known to masturbate. So its very natural thing to do. As one keeps on mastruabting over years, the novelty of the masturbation and feelings is reduced, hence it does not cause instantaneous hard erection. But that does not mean it is a problem. Erection of every man goes on reducing as age advances. One does not need a rock hard erection to have sex. A firm erection is enough to have sex. So do not worry. May be when you will be with a real partner, your erection will be better. The gap between the erections can not be reduced as it is a naturally occurring thing. Learn to use your masturbation to prolong your ejaculation time. Hi, take tab. Dolo 650 mg 1-1-1 after food for 1-2 days. Keep recording your temparature. If it is too high, do tepid sponging. Wear loose cotton garments. Drink plenty of fluids. Consume light and easily digestable food. Drink boiled and cooled water.
