Mr. Lybrate-user knee joint problem at your age be recovered totally. It may be due to over exertion or injury. Take milk both time morning and evening. Apply medicated oil like maha-narayan oil/ panchaguna oil and do hot fomentation with help of hot water bag. Give some rest to your body. Resolve constipation or any other digestive problem. You can take panchakarma treatment like patra- pottali seka etc. Consult for proper medication.

Hello do cold fomentation for 15-20 min thrice in a day. Avoid using computer, take rest for 5 min after working for 1 hour. You can use thin pillow while sleeping. In pain free range do neck exercises. Maintain proper body posture while watching tv/studying. Revert me after 7 days. Thanks.

I am working in IT. I have back pain since last 3 years. I have tested positive for Vit B12 and Vit D defficiency also. Pain is felt in both the legs also.

Dear, Firstly it is ok to have sounds coming from the normal shoulder also if it is not associated with pain. I think you had a dislocation of the shoulder (and not clavicle). If the sound not bothering you, just neglect it, but do not try to produce the sound voluntarily. If it is causing you any pain or discomfort you should get an MRI done and consult a shoulder surgeon regarding that. Do get back if you have further queries. Always happy to help.

1.It could be a tension headache due to stress, strain,depression,agitation, Hypertension or migraine. 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, take adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. Consult Neurologist to rule out other causes of headache 7.consult me for further advice

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. When one starts running, it should be a gradual process. By that I mean increase the distance and speed gradually so that your legs and joints get used to the process of running. Plus always do warm up before going for a run for about 5 to 10 minutes. Similarly after the run you will have to do certain stretches and cooling down exercises. Best is to take rest for a few days and start again. If needed see an orthopedic who also knows about running. Otherwise, he may advise you to stop running. Best is if you have a sports medicine specialist contact him. Thanks.

If you are able to walk, then there are less chances of fracture. If you can't take weight on leg, then x rays will be required. It may be sprained ligament which commonly occurs in such conditions.

Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Apply volini gel. Do earn fomentation. Avoid forward bending. Use firm mattress. Avid soft mattress. Do neck and back exercises in pan free period.

Low backache is common during pregnancy because of lumbar lordosis. Keep your posture correct. Check your s. Vitd3 and calcium levels. If they are low your gynaecologist can prescribe supplements. Avoid travelling and exertion.

Intramural fibroid that you have is very small and will not cause any pain. You need to remove them if they are large .If you can send the full report it will be fine Often a concern and some advocate the presence of echogenic fluid or an accompanying abnormal endometrial thickness as an indication for endometrial sampling.

Go and your x ray done for lower back. And do some light stratching and strengthening exercise for back muscles. Do isometric back do not band forward and lift heavy weight.
