Take tablet ibuprofen two times a day x2 days. Caldikind plus once a day for 10 days. Omni gel local application. Get an xray of spine upper and lower share your reports if you don't fell any relief.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone.

Hi initially take following precautions 1) stop normal physical activity for couple of days. 2) apply hot fermentation 3) do not do activities that involves heavy lifting or twisting of your back for few days 4) after 2 to 3 weeks, slowly begin to exercise 5) avoid wearing high heels and lifting heavy bags. Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold fomentation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumbar support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same, you need specific treatment plan according to your symptoms.

Muscle balance will help prevent knee misalignment. Typically recommended are non-weight-bearing exercises, such as swimming or riding a stationary bike, isometric exercises . Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Alcohol. Avoid alcohol consumption. Do pranayama early morning.

Get your bone density checked. Get your hb blood sugar and uric acid levels done. Till then take tablet cipcal 500 twice daily, cacirol sachet once a week dissolved in milk or curd take milk and curd regularly keep yourself physically active, go for a walk.

Standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and. Put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

This is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Hi, I see that you are a little overweight accordance to your height and age. Try to reduce some weight by doing some changes in your diet. Mean while when you are lifting any heavy objects try not to bend your back directly and lifting the object. Whenever you are lifting any weight you have to bend your knees, do not bend your back this will reduce the pressure on your back.

Dear you can follow these methods for relief from Backache(back pain): * First correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back.You can use lumber belt for support. * Do regular back strength exercises.Move your clockwise and anticlock wise. * Do not sleep on very soft bed ,sleep on slight hard cotton mattress. * Do Tadasana and Bhjangasana for back strengthening.If you can not understand these asans you can consult me. Surya namaskar is also best asan in back pain. * Take calcium rich diet and calcium and vitamin D supplements regularly . *Do not Take any heavy weight or heavy work. * If you are over weight then follow a good and effective diet plan to loose some kilos of weight. You can consult me to get a diet chart.

Dear lybrate user, backache after 2 hours of sitting signifies either of 2 condition. First which is more likely is due to disc herniation, where sitting leads to increase in pressure at nucleus pulposus of disc, causing irritation of nerve of this material and hence pain or second which is less likely is facetal arthritis caused due to loading of posterior compartment of spine during sitting. In any of 2 condition you need to consult either orthopedician trained in spine or interventional pain specialist for clinical evaluation and appropriate treatment. Hope it helps.

There is no long time effects associated with taking ADHD medication and spine block may work for six or more months and hashimotos thyroiditis is an auto immune disease and we have to treat it symptomatically

Get a mri done to pin point the cause and site of pain. Meanwhile go for ayurveda's panchkarma therapy - we have many option for you - kati basti (specialised panchakarma procedure for backpains), localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax your back muscles and give strength to your nerves and muscles of back. Also start some yogic exercises - tadasana, dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. This will greatly help. Please avoid pushing / pulling heavy objects, long sittings, long two-wheeler drives. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.
