Please note the followings in respect to your queries: 1. Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. If you have any medical disease that needs to be treated. Find a great personal trainer and yoga instructor to keep you consistent. Take Five phos - 4 tablets twice daily.

I am 25 years old, and last year I was 88 kg I joined gym, lost 12 kg working out for 2 and half mnth. After leaving gym I was 76 kg and thereafter you got acidity and anxiety an now my weigh is slowly decreasing. My present weight is 71.8.I did all my blood test scan and all reports are normal. Now I got anxiety and looking at my weight dec I am in depression. I am taking medicines like zicam, doreme, Scelepra and clofranil. Does anxiety and depression reduce weight?

Your knee pain is due to old ligament tear which causes early osteoarthritis (OA) of knee. There is no magic drug to reduce your weight without exercise and diet chart! Cut down on your calories, burn calories as much as you can and consult a Rheumatologist for your ligament injury and assessment of OA.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

-Dolo-650 mg twice or thrice daily can be taken to lower a fever . -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -Fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food..

Dear lybtateuser, - Your diet should be well balanced containing foods from all the food groups & vitamins & minerals - have more of fibrous foods like fruits & vegetables, beans, legumes, whole grains like whole wheat bread /chapati, brown rice, oats, corn, sprouts - for proteins have eggs, non -veg like fish, chicken, milk & milk products, tofu, a handful of nuts , butter milk -healthy fats like fish, mackeral, tuna, salmon, skinless chicken, olive canola oil, walnuts, avocados, flax seeds - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - include carbohydrate food with a protein & fat in all your meals to provide you with energy & keep you full during your office hours - for a detailed diet plan consult a dietician on forum,.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

If it was reduced properly there is no issue. You can check for any problem in union of the broken bone. If it is get advice from orhto doctor or physiotherapist.

Before going to gym u should take carbohydrate rich diet because carbohydrate is the best source of energy.bananas have carbohydrate but not that much.u should take some energy drink mixed in milk.milk will also give u the required calcium

I am 41 years female and have pain in buttocks and legs since three months. Mri shows disc bulging. I am taking medications pregabalin sr and physiotherapy swd, ift, 3 excercises. 1. For increasing weight. First we have to work on your digestive system. It will do aam pachan and will increase your digestive power and appetite. 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day. 4. Eat healthy n light food. 5. Drink plenty of fluids. 6. Avoid constipation. 7. Walk 1km daily in evening. 8. Follow up after a week, will start medication which can increase your weight without any side effect. Keep drinking every few minutes a small amount of water. Don't let dehydration set in and thirst set in to drink water. You can be assured that your water intake is good if your urine is colour less.
