u can take toned milk as it is devoid opf the excess fatty contents..but taking full cream milk and that too if u r fatty is not advisable as the milk is rich in fats

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help. So first concentrate on making your diet right.

Hello, you can start having ecovalley green tea -2 cups everyday. Go for dandelion mint variant, it hepls toreduce abdominal obesity. Follow low fat diet & incease protein gradually.

Hello Mr. Lybrate-user weakness could be because of any of these lack of exercise. Lack of proper sleep over weight weather high temperature low bp low hb diabetes lack of adequate food, water intake. Try to rule out above causes if any. Rx sogadeberina sharabattu 10ml _0_10 ml with one cup water b/f if non diabetic ksherabala taila e/a _ massage 10 mins before bath for 2 weeks.

Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8. Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9. Be patient with yourself.

You can taje protein shake regularly to increase your muscle mass. But only protein supplement will not help you to gain muscle mass. Along with that you have to take a balanced diet chart according to your age, height and body weight. Diet and exercise both are important for weight gain. Eat good quality protein food in your daily diet.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21 yrs. Of age in males and 18 yrs. In females, so you do have 2 yrs. More to grow further! medication: start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -sleeping is the time when your body grows, get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. Aa-always stand straight instead of hunching your back. (you can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).) get back to me after 4 months for further guidance. Dear user, you have to improve your overall health with the help of exercises and good nutrition. Start with brisk walking daily and suryanamaskar. I am giving you some good diet items to include in your diet. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. For loosing weight I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Hello! to be fit take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. You need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, excess sugar n sweet items.
