According to who, bmi is one of standard ratio for height and weight. It should be between 18 to 25 for normal body. Above 25 are calculated in overweight. Your bmi is near 19. You are healthy.

Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (BMI) of under 18.5 a weight 15% to 20% below that normal for their age and height group. Low weight may be due to improper diet, reduced assimilation from intestine, illness, metabolism, genetics etc. Thus first we have to rule out any such condition, with this have a healthy diet with more proteins (legumes, eggs, fish, lean meat, vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water and go for regular exercise. A homoeopathic constitutional treatment will definitely help you a lot.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Dear lybrate-user, your weight is less as compared to your height and age. However, you can get your daily diets planned according to your food habits, lifestyle, blood group & medical history, if any. You have to increase your daily calorie intake. Try to eat after every 2 hours. Include milkshakes, paneer / aloo parathas, cheese sandwiches, dry fruits, have rice as well as chapattis in your lunch / dinner. Drink atleast 3lts. Of water daily.

Hello you can take any multivitamin and multi-mineral tablet of any brand as they are more or less same.just consider three points. 1) skip products marked for stress,weight loss,heart health or other health conditions. 2)Pick a brand that packs no more than 100% of Recommended Daily Allowance. 3)Multivitamin and multi-mineral tablets are not a replacement of a balanced diet.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management

For increasing your chest Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit and I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months

Hey start doing surya namaskar, make sure you have no worms in your stomach, eat ghee with your meals, drink 2.5 water litre daily but make sure you don't drink water after your meals give a gap of 90 minutes. Sleep with head in south direction. Also take ashwagandha twice a day with milk, preferably cow milk. Surya namaskar is compulsory for you, if you will not do then the other remedies will not be that much effective.
