First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation. Tell ur height

Hello both the issues can be solved by increasing intake of protein and stop over styling of hair and do not use any strong synthetic shampoo make an effort to eat eggs, lean meat, paneer, cheese, soya, nuts, milkshakes etc.

Water intake should be according to the your work if you lives in ac then water intake should be less if you lives in dry weather of telangana then water intake will be more so water intake changes person to person according to their weight daily work living area etc Take sip by sip of water when body demands you in the form of thirst Fix no of lit is not universal law For more consult privetly

Hello. How to improve my health. And body tell me how I get weight and get muscular body.
For weight gain & improved health, muscular body: 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals containing foods rich in nutrient & calorie density like paneer paratha, cheese-potato sandwich, dates-almonds milkshake, peanut chikki, til ladoo, banana kheer, atta halwa/gond ladoo, thicker atta-maida rotis with ghee, rice with ghee, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder, homemade cereal malt with milk & sugar, premix with soup, fruit juice, sugarcane juice, dry fruits, soyabean cutlet/roll, fruit lassi, egg curry/omlette/egg scramble/french toast, fatty fish, chicken 2. Drink 3 litres water daily (but not with or just before meal) 3. Avoid junk foods & empty calorie snacks 4. Enjoy meals in a peaceful environment without distractions 5. Eat fast & in bigger utensils 6. Practice strength exercises to increase lean mass- bench press, push up, squat, etc.

You must take alfafa tonic for one month thrice a day with banana shake in the morning grapes juice in the lunch and mango shake. In the evening and date milk at night. Eat rich food but in small qty.

A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Eat diet that is rich in protein. You can eat boiled grams, pancakes made from soaked and crushed grams. Carbohydrates sugars will increase the blood sugar levels, so consume them less. Take optimum amount of good fat also. Like ghee pufa mufa rich oils, altogether 2 teaspoons a day. Exercise daily that will decrease insulin resistance of body cells.
