Kindly show me photograph& the x rays of the affected part.(knee) rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. I work out daily but still my weight is not loosing, I have just lose 1.5kg in 3 months what should I do.
Few tips to lose weight are as below: 1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.

Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). take 1 tsf triphala churna daily....n practice yoga daily twice..drink plenty of fluids...eat protein rich diet....Add 2 boiled eggs in breakfast with diet.

Dear lybrate user, Apply raw Amla paste on your scalp twice a week for two three hours after that wash your hair with mild shampoo. Also you may take seasame one tsp daily with water for one month. But before taking this treatment I want to some more details from u like sinus cold dandruf, colouring of hair use of different shampoos. Call back.

Hi, after hysterectomy for benign indications the majority of women report improvement in sexual life and pelvic pain. A smaller share of women report worsening of sexual life and other problems. The picture is significantly different for hysterectomy performed for malignant reasons, the procedure is often more radical with substantial side effects. A proportion of patients who undergo a hysterectomy for chronic pelvic pain continue to suffer from pelvic pain after a hysterectomy and develop dyspareunia (painful sexual intercourse). Medication: ask her to take homoeopathic medicines - avena sativa q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water and five phos. - both 3 times a day for 3 months. Revert.

Mitral valve prolapse will need surgical intervention. I have not heard of any tablet of magnesium. Most of the greens have it, and every multivitamin tablet has this vital mineral and bananas is a good source besides giving potassium, another mineral good for heart and entire body.

1.Wash hair sparingly and use a good-quality shampoo. Washing hair too often can leave hair dried out, leached of its natural oils, and may damage your hair. Aim to shampoo your hair at most every other day or even only twice a week. 2. Try shampoos that do not contain sulfates or parabens. Sulfates are the chemicals that make shampoos lather up. Parabens are preservatives that cause irritation and eye problems after prolonged use. Both of these chemicals aren't healthy for you or the environment so try to use shampoos with natural cleansers 3.. Use conditioner that matches your hair type, length, and treatment damage. A good rule of thumb is to condition every time you shampoo your hair, although very processed or dyed hair probably needs a little more love than natural hair 4. Be careful about using hair care products with too much protein. Too much protein can leave your hair feeling desiccated and brittle. While protein is the building block of healthy hair, use conditioners that come with balanced ingredients. 5. Rinse your hair with vinegar before shampooing, twice a year. Doing this helps to make your hair look shinier and cleaner; plus, it treats dandruff. Use 1 part vinegar (preferably organic apple cider vinegar) to 3 parts warm water, then rinse and wash your hair as normal. 6. Moisturize your hair. Use five oils: almond, castor, olive, coconut and lavender oils. Mix together equal proportions of each. Alternately, use egg oil. Apply to the hair and leave in for four hours prior to showering out. Repeat twice a week. 7. Eat healthily. Give your hair the right amount of vitamins. Since hair is made of proteins, eat a balanced diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet will ensure hair that looks and feels better. ? Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C. This vitamin strengthens hair. In addition, iron helps transport oxygen to blood vessels, zinc grows and repairs tissue, and omega-3 fatty acids grow healthy hair. ? Give your hair some time to show new brilliance. What you eat will not have an immediate difference on the hair you already have, but it will help with hair that is newly growing. ? 8. Remove stress from your life. Physical and mental stressors will keep your hair from realizing its full potential. Stress can cause hair loss, so try not to let stress overcome you. This means finding healthy emotional outlets for your stress: yoga, biking, meditation, or other forms of exercise all work well.

tell me ur height n weight...n any other problem with it.... 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity.

ADD THESE FOODS: Beverages - Get ready to start drinking a lot of water. Invest in filtered water and avoid tap water if you know your local supply water comes from poor sources. Also, drink 2-3 cups of green tea a day for its high antioxidant profile and more than a handful of health reasons. Chuck the killer fruit juices and soda! Boneless chicken breasts – if your budget permits, aim for free-range chickens (organically raised) as the most superior choice. If you can not afford these regularly than go for the grain-fed, store-bought type because they carry minimal body fat. Cooking oil - only buy the ones made from olive oil or Mustard oil. Dried fruit - this is a great source of easy calories. Just a small handful of some dried fruit has the same amount of calories as a large apple. If you’re trying to gain weight, then dried fruit can work to your advantage. Just don’t eat the extra sweetened ones loaded with hydrogenated oils as an additive. Eggs - Omega 3 eggs should always be chosen because they are laid by chickens that were fed a diet rich in ground flaxseed. Fruit - Always go for an assortment of colors and make sure your fridge is always stocked with fresh fruit. Always aim to shop for seasonal fruits from a quality perspective and cost perspective. If you can, go for local and organically grown produce. Examples are apples, grapes, bananas, kiwi, papaya, guava, Pears, strawberries, mango, oranges, Kinoo, and pineapple. Extra virgin olive oil - 100% dark extra virgin olive oil is loaded with antioxidants, is an easy source of calories and can be used with salads and sauces. Use very MINIMAL amounts for cooking. Green tea - go for the one without any extra flavoring or fillers. An organic green tea without any extra herbs is the best. You can add a teaspoon of honey later on to improve the taste and reap some additional benefits of Honey. Grains - Here is some safe ammunition on the grain side: Oats (not the instant oatmeal loaded with sugar, whole flaxseed, Brown rice, Wheat, Corn, Millet (Bajra) etc. Apart from the above, you can take a weight gainer supplement for some duration (2-3 months).
