Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. Take homoeopathic medicine weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and revert. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

I would suggest you to do start doing flexion regime exercises .n I would suggest you seek a consultation of physiotherapist /orthopedic near by you also .by clinically examining one can reach for conclusion. I am 57 years old. My right breast was removed because of a small lump in2006. I have no sugar or bp. Since todays slight swelling on my right shoulder nearer to neck slight reddish colour .masauged with zandubam now and observed that both sides swelled little bit and the neck seems little bit shrinked. Caffeine can cause hair loss and on the other hand, it can also halt hair loss. Everyone has a different body and such foods react in a different way. It is always safe to try something that is healthy and side-effect free. Your hair needs protein, you should increase the intake of iron, vitamin a, vitamin e, omega 3 biotin, zinc and slenium. Foods like dairy, egg, greens (spinach), citrus fruits, fatty acids, carrot, sweet potato. As for caffiene, 200 mg of caffeine a day appears to be safe for most healthy adults. That's roughly the amount of caffeine in two cups of brewed coffee.

You have itchy nipples, gynaecomastia, low sex drive, depression, mood swings and slow beard growth. Don't worry. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. First you loos your weight by supplement then it will gain again after stopping supplement so I suggest avoid it. You should maintain input output ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories and more than that calories you must burn by exercise. Only this way to reduced to loos weight. Avoid rice in dinner. Have a dinner at 7.00pm. Have a green tea every day. Start barley soup at dinner. You will get barley any general store. Calories calculator you can download from google. It will make you help definitely. Weight will reduced for long time. It will help to reduced weight.

You have hyperpigmentation. You have pigmented spots post acne. Follow this - 1) use frequent washes of face by triclosan and zinc oxide soap (acnil, acnelak) 2) topical treatment - morning times use aha glow face wash then sunscreen lotion (suncote, sunkare, or melaguard). In the night use lightening creams i. E. Kojic acid with vit c or combination of hydroquinone, tretinoin and momentasome gives very good results.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

For a teenager it will be very wrong if you put her on some diet. She is growing and developing so you must see to it that she gets all the nutrition she needs. Let her eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise in the form of any sport she likes. Ie gymnastics or cycling or swimming will really be helpful. Switch off tv and computer while eating. Practice what you preach so be a role model for her and yourself try to follow discipline too. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. And right now we don't want that at all. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Pimples develop when sebaceous glands, or oil glands, become clogged and infected, leading to swollen, red lesions filled with pus. They leave scars degrading the skin texture and appearance To treat these: 1) maintain hygiene- wash your face twice daily with mild soap preferably dove or baby soap. 2) Wash Pillow Cover and Towels Regularly: Dirty pillow covers and dirty towels aid bacterial growth, leading to breakouts. It is very important to wash pillowcases, bed sheets and towels at regular intervals. It is also a good idea to frequently wash all makeup brushes and sponges to minimize the changes of spreading bacteria. 3) Keep your hands away from the skin. Do not rest the chin or cheeks on your hands or dirty surfaces, as this will cause bacteria to spread. Do not pop, prick or squeeze a pimple that would further spread the infection and cause scarring. 4) Aloe Vera- Rub aloe vera on pimples or pimple-prone skin. Aloe vera helps remove oil from the skin and makes it soft and healthy. 5) Ice- Apply ice over the affected area and get rid of pimples quickly. Ice freezes the skin pores and removes excessive oil and dirt that has been trapped in the pores. Ice cubes also reduce swelling and also smoothen the skin. 6) Applying honey over the face helps prevent pimples as well as treats them. Consult a dermatologist if it prolongs for long.
