Take panchnimbadi churna 1-1 tsf with water twice a day. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part.

The prostate gland, an essential part of the male reproductive system grows throughout your life. As you grow older, it becomes imperative to keep this organ healthy.

Here's what you can do to maintain a healthy prostate:

1. Workout to stay fit - Exercising regularly and maintaining an optimum weight can help to keep your prostate gland at an optimal health. Several types of research have revealed the beneficial aspects of exercising. It's said that physically active men are less likely to suffer from enlarged prostate if they performed a physical activity of low to moderate intensity. Likewise, physically active men who ran for 90 to 108 minutes are 20% less likely to develop erectile dysfunction.

2. Eat fruits and vegetables - Including fruits and vegetables in your diet can help to maintain a healthy prostate. Guava, papaya, tomato and watermelon are some of the options that spell good for your prostate. Vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli and Brussels sprouts should also be included to boost the health of the gland. Ideally, you should have about 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily.

3. Have more soy products - Eating more soy products like tofu, soy flour, soy nuts can help to keep cancer of the prostate at bay. A study published in the British Journal of Urology International revealed that men who had soy products saw a 40% decrease in their risk of developing an enlarged prostate.

4. Have selenium-rich foods - Having foods rich in selenium (a powerful trace mineral) like tuna, eggs, cashews, onions, garlic, etc can reduce your risk of developing prostate cancer.

5. Say yes to healthy fats and no to trans and saturated fats - Choosing healthy fats like avocados, nuts, and olive oil can aid in boosting prostate health. Problems with the skin during the teenage years are very common. Although skin issues can be really stressful, the right skin care treatment can help in controlling the problems you may face during this time. Here are some of the skin issues that you may face at this stage of life and ways to prevent them:

1. Oily Skin: Oily skin is a very common occurrence during teenage years. To a certain extent, oily skin may be due to genetics but for some, it may be due to hormonal changes that cause excess oil to be produced on the skin surface. In order to not inflame the skin further, individuals with oily skin shouldn't overly scrub their skin as well as not use harsh cleansers to clean the face. More importantly, when you do use a cleanser on your face, you should only do so two times a day. If you go overboard, it would only do more harm than good.

2. Acne: Whether it is blackheadswhiteheads or spots filled with pus, acne affects about 80% of teenagers at some point in their lives. Teenagers are more prone to this problem because the hormone levels during this time are especially high, resulting in an increase in the magnitude of sebaceous glands and the oil that is produced. When too much oil is produced, this, along with dead skin cells block, the follicles, giving rise to acne. There are certain ways in which you can prevent it from occurring, such as always having a bath after any strenuous activity, not picking or touching the problem areas and washing acne-prone spots only two times a day.

3. Excessive Sweating: Excessive sweating is another major cause of concern for teenagers. The problem can be due to two different conditions - stress or hyperhidrosis (a condition wherein you sweat excessively on a daily basis). Wearing clothes made from cotton, using antiperspirants as well as avoiding drinks and foods that may cause episodes of excessive sweating are some of the ways in which you can keep the problem in control. If you wish to discuss any specific problem, you can consult a dermatologist.

Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 ? a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet (for glowing skin): -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Diet (for acidity): As long as you are consuming a healthy, nutritious diet, you can be assured that your body?s pH levels are within limits. However, this can be a problem for people who are not used to eating healthy and are used to ingesting large quantities of food with a predominantly acid content. Such individuals need to clearly identify the foods that are acidic in nature and restrict their consumption. Here is a list of foods that are acidic in nature followed by a list of foods that are alkaline in nature. Practically it is not possible, nor healthy, to consume just alkaline foods. However, if you do suffer from high levels of acid in your blood, you should make an effort to ensure that most of your food choices come from the list of alkaline foods. Acidic Foods to Avoid Meat. All forms of animal protein are acidic in nature. Most American diets involve large helpings of meat, and this is one of the reasons for the burgeoning obesity and ill health. Try to gradually cut down on your consumption of meat. To make up for the protein deficit, you should look to vegetable sources of protein that are alkaline in nature. Dairy Products. Dairy products such as butter, processed cheese, and ice cream are also acidic in nature. To get your daily intake of calcium, it is a good idea to opt for a chilled glass of skim milk instead. Vegetables. Vegetables such as legumes and beans are also acidic in nature. Lentils, corns, winter squash and olives also increase the acidity of the blood. Grains. Many of the whole grains such as wheat, rye, barley, and oatmeal are also acidic in nature. However, the nutritional benefits of consuming whole grains far outweigh the effect that they have on blood acidity Fruit. Most berries, plums, prunes, and currants are also acidic in nature and should be avoided if your body?s acid levels are high. Beverages. Beverages such as beer, coffee, and sodas are also acidic in nature. Alcohol and tobacco. Alcohol and tobacco are not only bad for you, but they also increase the acidity levels of the body and should be avoided. Miscellaneous. Some other acidic foods to avoid include sugar, mustard, vinegar, sunflower oil, olive oil, sesame oil, canola oil, and peanut butter. Alkaline Foods Protein Sources. As all animal sources of protein are acidic in nature, it is important to seek vegetarian protein sources that are alkaline in nature. Some of the best vegetarian sources of alkaline protein include tofu, whey protein, millets, almonds, and chestnuts. Vegetables. Other vegetables that are alkaline in nature include alfalfa, beet, broccoli, carrots, cabbages, celery, cauliflower, cucumber, eggplant, garlic, peas, lettuce, mushrooms, onions, peppers, pumpkins, spinach, tomatoes, and wheat grass. Fruits. Most fruit are alkaline in nature, except for the fruits mentioned in the list above. Do note that even citrus fruits have an alkaline effect on the body. Miscellaneous. Other alkaline food sources include stevia (a sugar substitute), fresh juices, water, spices, herbs, and ginger. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night.
