Feeling sleepy is due to more quantity of food than normal if we feel fresh then only food quantity is preferable for us more quantity not suitable for sleepyness drinking coeffee is not suitable.

Hello According to height and weight your BMI is 19.5 means normal if you like to increase you increase 4 to 5 kg weight and than maintain your weight. Some weight gain tips :- 1) Take more calories, protein and fat rich foods. 2) Drink lots of water. 3) Add some fresh juices in your diet chart. 4) Do some exercise. 5) Don't drink water before meals. 6) Take green tea. 7) Take whole grain foods. 8) Take healthy fats and oils. 9) Maintain your daily meals timing. 10) Get qualityful sleep. Some foods for weight gain :- 1) Avocado 2) Banana 3) Dark chocolate 4) Olive oil 5) Fresh cream 6) Milk 7) Honey 8) Granola.

I am 26 years old and preparing for civil services exam. During my study phase I become so much low like I become unconfident feel headche many times. Even my sleep is reduced I am unable to sleep properly my memory is getting week and it looks I am also taking stress due to this. What is the reason for this why I feel so and hiw I can remove this from my mind so that I can prepare well also whole day I feel laziness and results in loss in appetite too. I think that you are lacking in confidence and that pressure is leading to an anger related depression. If you are doubtful about yourself then do group study with a friend or some colleagues. If there is any weakness in certain disciplines take some tutoring help. Even if you are good, it will help to have someone monitor you. Lack of sleep will cause you more distress and therefore more of poor memory. You should meet with a counselor and talk about your feelings. You will feel a lot better and a lot of things will improve. You must eat well, especially breakfast: whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, eggs, fish, berries, avocado, and reduce fat in your diet. Use either olive oil or coconut oil for the cooking. Exercise and meditation are also excellent.

Psoriasis is a common skin problem. It occurs equally in men and women, at any age, and tends to come and go unpredictably. It is not infectious, and does not leave any scar on the skin. Include protein rich diet. Protein help in building muscles as well as burn body fat. Moderate amount of carbs should be taken after workout which can include sweet potato, brown rice, oatmeal. Eat healthy fat such as raw nuts, olive oil. By combining protein, good amount of green leafy vegetables with the good carbs and healthy fat, your body will turn into athletic body. You are so late in consulting me Arjun.We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed.

You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. Comprehensive exercise & diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

Hello, such kind of circles or rashes are common due to condition related hives. It is advisable to avoid extreme of temperature along with any out side food or preserved food. In general this can be easily controlled by certain medications for few weeks to months of time taken continously. All the best.

Hye, Thanks for the query. To stay fit and healthy you need to eat as per what your body needs. Try to avoid long gaps in between meals. Do not fast for long hours. This will help avoid binging in the next meal. If you want to adopt a healthy diet includes a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy products, and lean protein including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds, and healthy fats. Include foods you can find in your local grocery store  — rather than specialty non local foods. Local and seasonal foods always give us the right nutrients. Do consider your health risks if you have any when choosing foods. Stay away from calorie-laden, fatty and salty convenience and highly processed and junk foods.  Experiment with quick and healthy cooking techniques, such as baking, grilling and sauteing. Learn important food safety tips. Avoid unwanted stress. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Sleep well and drink plenty of water.

Avoid medicine if you r under stress then tk rest and do meditation and physical activity if that is not then a check must by physician. For back pain do heat fermentation and stretching exercise of spine.

It is absolutely wrong and not advisable to take any antidepressants without consulting a doctor, preferably a psychiatrist. This is just because it may do more harm than good. Certain antidepressants may precipitate bipolar mania, psychosis, electrolyte disturbances, or even epileptic fits if taken in conditions which are contraindicated. So it would be a humble suggestion to avoid any such feats.

Don't worry further follow some tips 1- leave masturbation if do 2- do not watch pron movies. 3- take nutritious and healthy diet 4- avoid fast food, spicy,and oily food. 5- may take ayurvedic medicine for strengthening your sexual strength to a grater level. 6- do abdominal crunches, leg raises ,push ups 20 nos each and yoga. 7- add up salad as staple in your food.
