Hi Dipak... The pimples or acne are a kind of skin disease and occurs because of altered internal system of our body and not just external skin. So treating it with local application like cream and face wash will never help... It needs proper internal treatment preferably homoeopathic... You can consult me through lybrate... Till then you may start with Berberis Aquifolium Q 10 drops TDs..

Hi Lybrate-user, Tanning is a common problem with Indian skin as we have less tendency to have a skin burn and our skin is rich in eumelanin. You can increase your intake of vitamin A (beta carotene), vitamin C and antioxidant rich food. These can be found in foods like papaya, mango, walnuts, tomatoes, lime, oranges, green tea. I would suggest you avoid sun exposure between 10 am and 4 pm. The right way to apply sunscreen is 1 tsp for face, one for each hand, 2.5 tsp for each arm 5 tsp for back. And you need to repeat it every 3 hours irrespective of the spf of the sunscreen. Also you need to focus more on boot star rating or PA index of sunscreen as the UVA is responsible for tanning.

Daily shedding of upto 100 hairs is normal" excessive hair fall can be due to male pattern baldness, physical illness or mental stress in the past 3-6 months, low serum ferritin or nutritional deficiency, certain medical conditions like thyroid and other hormonal disorders. So appropriate blood tests for ruling out above conditions may be done if indicated. Take a nutritious and protein rich diet (pulses, milk products, eggs). Avoid routine application of gels or frequent blow drying of your hair. Use a sulfate free shampoo for your hair twice a week. Biotin containing hair supplements can be taken for 3-6 months.
