Ruling out of anemia also important in your case. However, your symptoms are not directly related to anemia but in your age groups gals its a common problem and presents with similar non specific problems. Let me know how is your appetite and periods (means is there excess bleeding?). Get done with blood hemoglobin investigation to diagnose anemia.

7 Best Homeopathic Remedies To Treat Rheumatoid Arthritis!

MD - Homeopathy, BHMS

7 Best Homeopathic Remedies To Treat Rheumatoid Arthritis!

Rheumatoid arthritis is a disorder of the joints characterized by swelling, inflammation and pain in the joints. This disorder is an autoimmune disorder, wherein the immune cells of the body start to view the tissues of the body as a potential threat.

Homeopathy treats this condition very effectively as it focuses on treating the cause of the disorder. The remedies in homeopathy moderate the overactive immune system and thus help in reducing inflammation in the bones. The homeopathic practitioner starts the diagnosis by enquiring about your medical history, symptoms, working environment and provides treatment accordingly.

The various homeopathic remedies that are used to treat rheumatoid arthritis are:

  1. Calcarea carbonica: Arthritis that leads to formation of nodes in the affected joint, accompanied by symptoms, which aggravate during damp weather, is very effectively remedied by this particular homeopathic medicine.
  2. Arnica: Arnica is a homeopathic remedy that is used to treat symptoms of chronic arthritis where you experience a sore feeling on a regular basis. The symptoms tend to worsen if you touch the affected area.
  3. Bryonia: If you have a throbbing pain in your joints, then bryonia is recommended. The symptoms tend to worsen in cold weather.
  4. Calcarea fluorica: This remedy is recommended if the pain tends to improve with the application of heat. The symptoms include swelling of the joints and formation of nodes. It is especially used if the arthritis develops after an injury.
  5. Kali carbonicum: If the joints are extremely stiff with the pain aggravating during the early morning hours, then this remedy is prescribed. It also helps if the symptoms tends to worsen in damp and cold weather.
  6. Pulsatilla: This remedy is prescribed in cases where the intensity of the pain keeps on fluctuating and also if the pain is not localized. The symptoms tend to worsen in warm conditions and improve in cold conditions.
  7. Rhododendron: Rhododendron is recommended if the symptoms of arthritis tend to flare up and aggravate in cold conditions. Generally the pain increases during the early morning hours or if you stay stationary for a long time. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Homeopath.

I am 55 year married male. Since last several years, after shower, my fingers and palm of both hands (front and back) becomes very dry and it shows white patches. After applying coconut oil/body lotion/etc, it matches the natural skin colour as patches are gone because of application of oil/lotion/etc. Also, my skin colour is very dark below my finger nails (till the end of fingers and knuckles) compared to rest of the skin. Pls suggest me some solution for this. Thanks.

You could be suffering from eczema. However, I can not confirm me without seeing the photos of the area. If you have eczema, it is important to take good care of your skin. Take warm (not hot!) baths on a regular basis and immediately applying moisturizers afterward will help keep your skin moist. •Moisturize every day. •Wear cotton or soft fabrics. Avoid rough, scratchy fibers and tight clothing. •Take lukewarm baths and showers, using mild soap or non-soap cleanser •Gently pat your skin dry with a soft towel – do not rub. •Apply a moisturizer within 3 minutes after bathing to “lock in” moisture. •When possible, avoid rapid changes of temperature and activities that make you sweat. •Learn your eczema triggers and avoid them. •Use a humidifier in dry or cold weather. •Keep your fingernails short to help keep scratching from breaking the skin. •Some people with allergies find it helps to remove carpets from their house, and give pets dander treatments.

I have a back pain in last 3 months I am so suffering for these. I am 30 years old.
Have if got any relief.
This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappels which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. Back pain. Sir, I lost my tibia and fibula of left leg on 27 mar 18. About 6 to 7 cm bone are missing during open fracture. Tell me it is recoverable or not. What is recovery time.

Post Graduation, Masters in Orthopaedic surgery
Orthopedist, Nadiad
Yes of course it is recoverable. If your skin conditions over leg is good than it can be done in single stage platting with massive bone graft. N if it is not than multistage treatment required. Prior one takes around 3 month to walk. And last one ll takes around 6 month to walk.
