We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks.

Wisdom teeth usually make their appearance between the ages of 17 and 21, though it's possible for them to push through earlier or later. Referred to as your" third molars, these four teeth begin to push through the skin like any other tooth, which can cause pain or swelling. However, wisdom teeth are much more likely to grow in at an incorrect angle – even sideways – causing impaction that can radiate this pain or swelling to the teeth in front of it. In such cases extraction of the 3rd molar is advisable.

Hello, follow the below treatment before going for surgery :- Gums become so tender and pus oozes when you press the gums, this is the main symptom of Pyorrhoea.Loosened teeth roots. Sepsis of digestive tract or liver disorders, if pus persists for a longer time. Take BC No. 18, 5 tabs thrice daily. Take single dose of Merc sol. 200 Ch , 5 drops . Home remedies :- Guava: Unripe guava is rich in Vitamin C and is a styptic agent. Chewing raw guava arrests formation of pus in gums and is an excellent home remedy for Pyorrhea. Lemon is rich in Vitamin C. Lemon strengthens teeth and helps in preventing inflammation of gums. Regular use of lemon is an excellent home remedy for Pyorrhea.

• Eat a healthy, balanced diet and avoid eating strongly flavoured or spicy food. • Cut down on sugary food and drink, as it can increase the amount of bacteria in your mouth. • Reduce your alcohol consumption. • Stop smoking. • Cut down on coffee. • Drink plenty of water to help prevent your mouth becoming dry. • Chew sugar-free gum after eating, to stimulate the flow of saliva. This will help clean away any remaining food particles. • Don't use toothpaste to clean your dentures, as it can scratch the surface and cause stains. • Clean your dentures thoroughly using soap and lukewarm water, denture cream or a denture-cleaning tablet. • Use a separate toothbrush to clean your dentures. • Make sure you visit your dentist for regular check-ups. Having regular dental check-ups will ensure that any plaque is removed from your teeth, particularly in areas that are difficult to reach. • Your dentist can recommend the best way to clean your teeth and gums, and point out areas you might be missing. They can also identify any signs of gum disease and ensure early treatment. • Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. • If your bad breath is caused by a gastrointestinal problem, such as an H. pylori infection or gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD), you may be referred to a gastroenterologist. • Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth. • You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person.

What is your age? for mal aligned teeth there are many treatment options today. This depends on the case severity, patients requirements, duration of the treatment etc. The very basic treatment is metal brackets. If you don't want metal there is ceramic braces. Both work same with only difference in looks. Duration in these treatment varies from 1 year to 2 average. You need to visit every month for activation. Other is clearpath aligners which are invisible, take lesser time lesser visits and you can follow a virtual treatment where you can see your results even before the completion of the treatment. You can write to me privately for their charges. Metal braces are most economical. You can send me your pictures for proper treatment plan.

A crown (cap) getting loose is usually not a major issue, as it can be readily recemented. However, if it keeps getting loose repeatedly, there might be something wrong with the tooth preparation or the crown design, or both. You do not need a repeat RCT for a loosened cap, unless the tooth is otherwise symptomatic. Please visit your dentist so the situation maybe remedied. Often, all you might need is a simple recementation of the cap, which is a simple enough thing to do. Do carry your cap with you for your dental appointment.

This could be of any mouth ulcers or generalised inflammation of the mucosa. After the dental check up try not to eat spicy and oily foods.

Sir, if the problem is still there, that means cause is also there. Please read the causes and evaluate yourself for the problem. There have been myriad other reported causes of oral halitosis-. Deep carious lesions (dental decay)? which cause localized food impaction and stagnation recent dental extraction sockets? fill with blood clot, and provide an ideal habitat for bacterial proliferation interdental food packing? (food getting pushed down between teeth) - this can be caused by missing teeth, tilted, spaced or crowded teeth, or poorly contoured approximal dental fillings. Food debris becomes trapped, undergoes slow bacterial putrefaction and release of malodorous volatiles. Food packing can also cause a localized periodontal reaction, characterized by dental pain that is relieved by cleaning the area of food packing with interdental brush or floss. Acrylic dentures (plastic false teeth)? inadequate denture hygiene practises such as failing to clean and remove the prosthesis each night, may cause a malodour from the plastic itself or from the mouth as microbiota responds to the altered environment. The plastic is actually porous, and the fitting surface is usually irregular, sculpted to fit the edentulous oral anatomy. These factors predispose to bacterial and yeast retention, which is accompanied by a typical smell. Oral infections oral ulceration fasting stress/anxiety menstrual cycle? at mid cycle and during menstruation, increased breath vsc were reported in women. Smoking? smoking is linked with periodontal disease, which is the second most common cause of oral malodor. Smoking also has many other negative effects on the mouth, from increased rates of dental decay to premalignant lesions and even oral cancer. Alcohol volatile foodstuffs? e. G. Onion, garlic, durian, cabbage, cauliflower and radish. Volatile foodstuffs may leave malodorous residues in the mouth, which are the subject to bacterial putrefaction and vsc release. However, volatile foodstuffs may also cause halitoisis via the blood borne halitosis mechanism. Medication? often medications can cause xerostomia (dry mouth) which results in increased microbial growth in the mouth. There are a few systemic (non-oral) medical conditions that may cause foul breath odor, but these are extremely infrequent in the general population. Such conditions are:[22][23] fetor hepaticus: an example of a rare type of bad breath caused by chronic liver failure. Lower respiratory tract infections (bronchial and lung infections). Renal infections and renal failure. Carcinoma. Trimethylaminuria (" fish odor syndrome"). Diabetes mellitus. Metabolic conditions, e. G. Resulting in elevated blood dimethyl sulfide.[8]

For healthier teeth, flossing daily in a sawing motion is highly recommended. Take the floss to the point where the teeth meet the gums.
