Tail bone pain also known as coccydynia is due to trauma or repeated microtrauma. Esp in people with prolonged sitting jobs. Dear lybrate user. You should use doughnut pillow (tyre tube line for sitting) and sitz bath daily. Follow these measures for 1 month. If no relief, then consult a pain physician where you might be advised ganglion impar block take care.

Hello, in that case your husband is the father of your child as you were already 4 weeks pregnant on august 28th and the encounter with the new guy was only in september.

I am taking 5-6 hour night sleep but not getting proper energy and my muscles also not increasing though I am taking exercise every morning.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To build muscles & to increase stamina have a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products like yogurt, paneer, cheese, butter milk, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals & also have as a snack in between meals to boost your protein content - do regular exercise such as jogging, swimming, play a game, do moderate weight lifting 2-3 times a week for 10-15 min, also do pushups, pull ups, squats, crunches to develop your muscles & strength.

I am taking rozat f and hosit for high triglyceride 456 Cholesterol 255 VLDL. 91.2 LDL Cholesterol 167 ESR. 24 And Telista 40: for high bp. And Thyrox 50: for hypo thyroid T3 2.55 T4. 1.36 TSH. 3.46 Just want to know for how long can I take these with out side effects Can I do something to lower the cholesterol levels. Any precautions I need to take. thank you.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Hello. We can't make the grey hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature greying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. daily once for 1 month (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert me back.

Sometimes I feel alone in the crowd and forget how to react, maybe it is psychological problem but can anyone give me advise how to get over it? Feeling alone in the midst of company is a problem of social development. Do you love your own company? Lonely people, first of all, do not love themselves, which can be difficult to love others normally or to get others to love them back. Large crowds can be intimidating, and that is understandable. Facing them to give a speech or having to deal with an unruly mob can be even more frightful. This problem that you ?forget? how to react means that this fear is causing you quite a bit of disturbance. This usually has to do with your self-esteem or how you feel the others rate you. It is indicative that your own assessment of yourself is poor or is comparatively inadequate. Feeling inadequate is just that: it is a feeling, it is not necessarily true. Do some personality development work with a counselor, or attend these classes to shape your persona and improve your image and esteem. This will go a long way to get out of this quandary you find yourself in. And do not live by the opinion of others too much, unless there is a genuine concern about yourself. This way you may lose your identity. I will not be surprised, if that is an issue too.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

Discharge from vagina is not a sign of pregnsncy. Pregnancy is only diagnosed if you miss your periods.
