Take plenty of fresh fruits and green vegetables daily, avoid spicy and fried articles.
Light exercise is beneficial.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest 4.avoid stress and anxiety 5. If no relief, consult doctor

I am male aged 22. I am working out in gym for almost 1hour a day in the morning. Is it good to have a shower with warm water or cold water? What diet is to be maintained?

As far as taking a shower is concerned it depends on your personal habits whether to use hot or cold water. Whatever you eat you should see that it is rich in essential ingredients mainly proteins, vitamins and good fats. Fresh fruits and vegetables are recommended.

It is normal to lose about 30-80 strands of hair in a day. The common reasons behind hair fall are lack of essential nutrients in the body, improper and unhealthy dietary habits, hormonal imbalance, certain medications, dandruff, alopecia and other scalp disorders, stress and tension etc. Natural oils such as coconut, olive, jojoba, almond etc. Can be used to massage the scalp for countering hair fall. Gently massage the scalp prior to head bath twice a week. Also check hemoglobin for anaemia and thyroid status with serum tsh. Have more proteins and trace minerals like copper, zinc, selenium in diet. Start taking a hair nutrition supplement. Keep stress away with regular exercise, yoga, meditation. Get the underlying scalp condition like dandruff treated.

Hello lybrate-user Your hair fall is recent onset which means it can be controlled in a short period of time. Please note that supplements show their effects only after about a month or two of their regular intake when their desired blood levels have reached. Also there could be another cause for your hairfall such as improper diet, scalp infection, recent illness, stress, lack of sleep, thyroid disorders or use of hair gels etc I suggest you start homeopathic treatment which will help control the fall and improve health in general. Increase protein intake in diet such as sprouts, curd, paneer, egg, fish, chicken etc be gentle with your hair and avoid vigorous massage or rubbing towel after bath. DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 30ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVAM and 30 ml of water and 10 gm of jiggery after meals. B) take 2 tablets of vasantkusumakar rasa early in the morning on empty stomach with 1 tsf of honey…. C) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and garlic juice on the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda)…… do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective. Consult to me for further suggestion. THANKS.

Apply hair oil which contains Arnica and Jaborandi. It will make your hair healthy. And try to wash hair every alternate days. Take care. :)

hi,From your question I could understand that you want to increase your body weight and muscle. We can increase our body weight by taking any foods but it should be healthy. So you should follow a healthy food and lifestyle. So you should include a balance diet which contains fats, carbohydrates and more proteins. Take food 4 or 5 times in a day that include snacks, drink lots of water and try to get proper sleep of 8 hrs continuously. Also make sure that you are doing some physical activities like regular exercise or involve in sports and games. I can suggest you ayurveda medicine if you consult privately.

To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Combine these dietary changes with 1 hour play/walk / exercise.
