Establish regular sleep hours. •Minimize distractions. •Your eating habits can influence your migraines. •Be consistent. Eat at about the same time every day. Don't skip meals. Daily hair falling problem, my hair are falling over 30 to 35 hairs daily. Please Give me a solution.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Hyderabad
Daily hair falling problem, my hair are falling over 30 to 35 hairs daily. Please Give me a solution.
Taking care of your hair *take nutritious healthy food *have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. * have adequate rest and timely sleep. You may have limitations because of your profession, but stick to it as far as possible. *use warm or cold water for bath and not very hot water. * hard water is harmful. Boiling will reduce hardness. * when the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. * use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair. *your usual hair dye has large doses of ammonia, which changes hair texture, dries out the scalp and almost leads to hair fall. Hair growth is dependent on several factors. We have good treatment in homoeopathy without causing adverse effects. These medicines are given internally and they improve the system to promote healthy growth of hair and prevent hair fall.

If your child is allergic to some food item or dust you need to take care and avoid these which might be reason for her cold and cough. You can start her with sitophaladi churna, mix a pinch of powder in one teaspoonfull of honey and give daily at bed time.

Hi, Glow is something which comes from within, so “Be happy and make others happy!” Follow this in your life and you will see the difference as natural glow comes from within! Management: Include healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises. All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4 hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. Lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon, orange, gooseberry, etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, can notaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce. If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this 2-3 times a day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.

Hello there, for cough, take 2-2 teaspoonful of pranacharya kasantak by mixing it in hot water twice daily. Sitopaladi, praval and tankan bhasm churna taken with honey can also bring relief. Consume this 3 to 4 times a day for relief from dry cough; you can also drink tea with basil leaves or add ginger and black pepper in it. Salted hot water gargling also helps. And stay away from cold drinks and don't take milk when having cough.

I'm diabetic for the past 15 years. I get fatigue in the morning and yawn too often. What could be the reason.

I'm diabetic for the past 15 years. I get fatigue in the morning and yawn too often. What could be the reason.
Mr. Prem kumar, if diabetes is not in control then early fatigue or tiredness occurs. Yawning is a reflection being overtly tired or having had sleeplessness. If diabetes is in good control then fasting sugar should be around 100 mg and pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c%<7. If this achieved all your symptoms will go away.

Fresh Aloe vera just break off a small piece of one leaf, peel away the outer flesh to expose the gel, and massage gently into your skin. For best results, let the gel soak in for at least thirty minutes before washing it off Cut off a few thin slices of cucumber, and lay them over your scarred skin. After about thirty minutes, discard the cucumber slices and rinse your face with cool water. Dab lemon juice over scars with a cotton ball and let it dry completely. Then rinse your face with cool water and follow up with a natural moisturizer. Repeat this treatment once every two or three days. Cut thicker slices of potato and apply the juice by massaging them over scars. For best results, leave potato juice on your skin for at least fifteen minutes before rinsing off with warm water. Puncture the end of a VITAMIN E gel capsule and squeeze the contents onto your fingertip. Apply the oil directly to scarred skin Apply egg whites on the scars using a cotton ball and leave it on overnight to get the best effect. Should drink plenty of water, as it helps in flushing out the toxins from your body and revitalizing it Applying ice to the face helps tighten pores and to reduce secretion of acne-causing sebum.

Hi this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

I think your having curly hair, you got it genetically, you can manage them temporarily by applying hair oil 2 hrs before head bath and using conditioner after that regularly.
