Low energy level and sleepiness maybe a result of low motivation or lack of interest in what you are doing. Another reason can be too sedantary lifestyle. Lack of exercise may lead to lethargy. Forgetfulness is also due to lack of interest and/or disorganised work style. Get some exercise. Drink lots of water. Avoid junk food and fried food. Prepare your'to do' list, first thing in the morning. Set timeframes for the tasks. Take a short break when you feel sleepy, in which you should have a glass of water, stretch a bit and then get back to work.

Hello lybrate-user, discoloration, uneven skin tone all ruin your complexion. This is known as hyperpigmentation in medical terms. It’s a condition caused by increased levels of melanin, the pigment in the body that determines skin color. They are usually common in people who have acne and develop black spots when acne resolves. It is also caused due to sun exposure, certain over the counter medications, hormonal imbalances and certain food groups. There are a wide range of treatments for hyperpigmentation. The success depends on the cause of the hyperpigmentation. Strict sun protection and use of sunscreen are required in order to prevent worsening and recurrence of hyperpigmentation before, during and after treatment. Visit a dermatologist in your area so that he/she can access the extent of your hyperpigmentation and make a customised treatment plan. The treatment for black spots could include topical medications, use of serums according to your skin type and cosmetic procedures such as chemical peels & laser pulsed light therapy. Please visit good dermatologist.

Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (Self-Monitoring of Blood glucose – SMBG). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of Fasting sugar (FBS) and 2 hours after food (PPBS), & HbA1C (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ Insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & life style. For diabetes, hypertension (high BP) and many long-term illness control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. For giving you regular follow up you ask me with all details like your daily eating pattern and medicines you take. I assure you a proper guidance. If you keep in touch personally. My teeth in zig zag in shape and my teeth are suffering from cavity what will do for it.

BDS
Dentist, Hyderabad
My teeth in zig zag in shape and my teeth are suffering from cavity what will do for it.
As for the teeth which are not straight, it's better you opt for 1 orthodontic treatment (alignment of teeth using clips a. K. A braces, especially if you are in the age group of 16-27 for really good results) 2 smile designing (specialised prosthetic designing of the teeth to accomplish the perfect smile, the advantage being a really quick treatment time compared to orthodontic treatment) as far as the cavities are concerned, if they are not too deep and the associated teeth aren't paining at any point of time, you may go for restorative treatment by 1 temporary cement 2 permanent cement 3 laser cement in the case that the associated teeth are sensitive, or the cavity is deep, you may need to opt for a root canal treatment.

How I do to control starting asthma problem.

Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian (RD), PGDD, Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S), General Physician
Dietitian/Nutritionist,
Do you have family history of asthma? the right medications for you depend on a number of things, including your age, your symptoms, your breathing triggers and what seems to work best to keep your breathlessness under control. Preventive, long-term control medications reduce the inflammation in your airways that leads to symptoms. Quick-relief inhalers (bronchodilators) quickly open swollen airways that are limiting breathing. In some cases, allergy medications are necessary.

Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.
