Does your fore skin retract properly this may be causing the pain does it take long for your sperm to come normally there should be no pain on erection as this is a normal physiological phenomena see a surgeon to get your fore skin examinedr.

How to Deal with Back Pain

Whether you're old or young, male or female, having a backache can be a real pain! A number of factors ranging from osteoarthritis to muscle strains can be attributed to back pains. No matter what the cause of a backache, a combination of core strengthening exercises, activity, and physical therapy can help lessen the pain.

A backache can be caused by something as simple as bending the wrong way. Hence, the first step towards dealing with a backache is to pay attention to daily movements. If you have to lift something heavy off the floor, bend your knees and let the weight of your load fall on your legs instead of it falling on your back. Here is more on how you can fight back pain with a bit of effort:

1. Light exercises
Simple, light exercises are the most effective ways of dealing with back pain. The key to exercising your back is moderation and knowing your limits.

2. Brisk walk and yoga
Regular brisk walks and yoga exercises that strengthen and stretch back muscles are effective ways to reduce and prevent back pain.

3. Right posture
Exercise can also help reduce excess weight that in turn helps reduce backaches. Slouching not only causes a hunch back but also aggravates back aches. Hence, maintain a right posture to take the pressure off nerves and lower back pain.

4. Proper posture while sleeping
A good night's sleep can also help soothe inflamed back joints and repair strained muscles. Pay attention to your mattress and ensure that your back is flat when you lie on it. Sleeping on your side can also help deal with the back pain. Consider resting your neck on a pillow, to keep your spine aligned while you sleep.

5. Hot & cold therapy
Experiment with hot and cold therapy before picking one of them to deal with your back pain. While applying ice packs on your back can help reduce inflammations, hot packs work better to reduce cramps and muscle spasms. Whether you use a hot pack or a cold pack, do not leave it on for more than 20 minutes.

6. Natural supplements
Natural supplements such as flaxseed oil, calcium, magnesium and vitamin c are helpful when dealing with back pains.

For short-term relief, you could also try over the counter pain relievers. However, do not let this become a long-term habit, as your body could get dependent on it. Other potential side effects could include stomach and liver problems. Hence, if your backache does not subside on its own, it is best to consult a doctor before treating it yourself.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

A) take 2 tsf of SHATAVARI KALP with 250 ml of lukewarm water, in the morning instead of break fast…B) take 60 ml of triphala juice along with 15 ml of honey and 1-1 tablet of VASANTKUSUMAKAR RASA and MOUTIKYUKTA KAMDUDHA VATI at night before sleep…. I almost 36 years old. My weight is almost 100 kg ans waist size is 38. I eat a lot and eat any thing. I am vegitarian. Your BMI is 43.1. You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 4 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. Go for an hour long walk every day. If you don't loose weight soon you will develop diabetes and high BP. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Dear this is due to the dryness of the mouth and nose first you get checked your thyroid status and ct nose and start getting yourself hydrated in this dry weather, take good amount of semi solids like shakes lemon juices, sugarcane juice, and lassie curds any of milk products like cold coffee, hot coffee, this will definitely benefit you. Hello Lybrate user- Ayurvedic concept of pcod (poly cystic ovarian disease) is somewhat different than modern concept, it generally occurs due to irregular food and daily habits done specially at the time of menstrual bleeding period. Pcod effect the ovulation process thus makes it difficult for the female to conceive and get pregnant. Some general tips to avoid pcod are- a) Avoid spicy food fast food during the bleeding and take fresh Indian food. B) Use wet sponging instead of taking bath on those days. C) Avoid running, skipping and other exercises on those days. D) Use Dashmoolarishtha 2 tsp twice daily with water ten days before menses.

Hello shannaya, Pcos is a very common problem now a days. Basically it means there is a problem with ur egg development in the ovary. In normal ppl every month the ovary produces one egg but in your case that egg is not developing properly resulting in small multiple cyst like structures in ur ovary. The first line of treatment is diet modification regular exercise n weight loss.!!so she'd a few kilos n see the diff!!

It may be tempting to eat fast food, but greasy foods are among the worst culprits for hair loss. Omega-3 Fatty Acids Good for more than your brain, omega-3 fatty acids nourish your whole body. The essential nutrient reaches both the hair shaft and the cell membranes in your scalp, nourishing the follicles and promoting healthy hair growth, Plus, they add elasticity to your hair, preventing it from breaking off and ending up in your shower drain. But get this—the body can't produce omega 3-fatty acids on its own; whatever you eat is what your body gets. So dig in! The foods to eat: Flaxseeds, walnuts, salmon, tuna, kale, Brussels sprouts, rapeseed oil. Zinc Boosting tissue growth and repair, zinc helps keep your scalp and hair stay healthy.
