Generally piles are not so serious and go away on their own after a few days. But they should not be ignored as they can lead to life-threatening conditions such as colorectal cancer. Piles can affect anyone at any age but they mostly affect elderly people, pregnant ladies, and those with spinal cord injuries. Symptoms include blood or mucus discharge after a bowel movement, pain during defecation, red and swollen anus and formation of a hard lump of coagulated blood called thrombosed external hemorrhoid. The good news is that piles at their initial stage can be cured at home. The piles home remedies given below are effective in the treatment of piles. Dried figs: wash 3 to 4 figs and soak them in a glass of water overnight. Eating this on an empty stomach early in the morning and then at night will definitely relieve the pain and swelling of inflamed hemorrhoids. And medicenes are abhayarista and chitrakadivati. You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Use home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity.

Hello sir, I agreed with the lybrate-user. Kalyani's advice but I want to add one more important point in that and thats 1) try to avoid long standing position as much as possible 2) use the compession stockings 3) use the pneumetic compressive therapy if available at your near by physio centre.

If you have fatty liver than you should eat boiled food , no ghee, butter, oil, spices. HAve plenty of fluids. No maida items and colas. Have thin veg. soups, fresh fruit juices.

Hi to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Chemical Peels - What To Know?

A lot of teenagers face common skin problems such as acne, which leave behind scars that appear worse with time. There are many products available in medical stores to treat acne, but not all are effective. With advancements in the cosmetic industry, it is now possible to improve the appearance of the skin on the hands, neck and face. Chemical peels, where a chemical solution is applied to the skin, are used for this purpose. The chemical solution exfoliates the skin and it eventually peels off. The old skin which is wrinkled and less smooth is regenerated and the skin is now smooth and flawless. The use of chemical peels is safe and they work wonders to your skin.

Types of Chemical Peels and their Use
Chemical Peels are also known as BHA (beta-hydroxy corrosive) or AHA (alpha-hydroxy corrosive). It is a treatment that can be performed on your skin to exfoliate it. They are mainly used to attain smooth skin. The first peel is superficial. The medium peel, which is used for the second level of intensity mainly targets the damaged skin cells. The effect is used on central as well as external layers of skin mainly to remove wrinkles, freckles and age spots.

The third type of chemical peel is the deep peel which infiltrates into the skin deeply. It helps to treat wrinkles, skin discoloration and spots. It is also useful in removing shallow scars as it can reach deeper and distinctive results can be attained in comparison to any other treatment. It is very important that this treatment using deep peels is done by a well-qualified cosmetic surgeon.

Conditions Treated By Chemical Peels
Skin appearance can be improved to a great extent by the use of chemical peels. These help to reduce fine lines around the mouth and under the eyes. They are also used to treat wrinkles that are caused due to aging and sun damage. Mild scars can also be removed using chemical peels and they can even treat certain types of acne. They are beneficial in reducing dark patches that occur due to pregnancy. The feel and look of the skin can be improved with these peels. The peels are very sensitive to skin and it is very important that you make use of a sunscreen every day as it protects the skin against UVB and UVA rays of the sun.

Individuals having severe wrinkles and sagging skin must not opt for chemical peels as their skin does not respond to them. In such cases, it is best to make use of surgical procedures such as facelift or laser resurfacing methods. However, it is best to consult a dermatologist surgeon in this matter to determine the best treatment. They are good anti-ageing weapons and are beneficial in treating uneven skin tone, acne prone skin and pigmentation disorders.

Delay in periods after consuming I-pill is quite common. Wait for a week and if you do not get your periods then take pregnancy test.

Boil a few dried Indian gooseberry pieces (if you do not have dried amla then use amla powder) in the oil until they become charred. Let the oil cool. Apply the oil on your hair and scalp. Leave it on overnight, or at least for an hour, before rinsing it out. Do this at least once or twice a week.

Our weight should be proportionate to our height. For every given height there is a normal weight range. You must do several things correctly to gain weight. A healthy diet: this is the foundation of gaining weight. If you don't do this right, the other things you do won't be effective and could even be harmful. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Eat a lot of good things - you need to eat a ridiculous amount of calories (probably 3500+ per day) if you want to gain weight, but you want to make sure most of those calories are good calories. You could easily get 3500 calories eating taco bell and twinkies, and drinking mountain dew, but that will just make you fat. If you want to build muscle, you want to eat healthy calories that are loaded with good protein, good carbs, and healthy fats? which brings me to my next point? protein = building block for your muscles. Chicken, fish, meat, eggs, milk, almonds, peanuts. Eat lots of this sleep? you need to be getting 8-9 hours of sleep every night for maximum gains. Your body is doing nothing but lying there and building muscle while you? re sleeping. If you are only getting 6 hours or less, you? re not going to get all the benefits of your exercising and diet. I know it? s tough, but those 3am raids on runnyeye need to be put on hold for a few months. Sleep. For ayurvedic medicine consult, in 1 month weight increase 4-5 kg no side effects you take 1 month trial pack and course is for 3 months.
