Yogurt

Men who have frequent wet dreams should have yogurt twice or thrice in a day. Yogurt is good for health and it lowers the chances of getting wet dreams. If you include yogurt in your diet, you will see the difference in few day’s time. It is advisable that you should have a big bowl of yogurt thrice in a day. This will help you for sure!

Take A Bath

Take a bath before you sleep. This is not just any regular bath as you need to put a few drops of essential oils in it. This is an effective home remedy and has worked for many men.You can use essential oils such as rose, jasmine or lavender oil in your bath. This will help in preventing nightfall and you will get good sleep too. Taking a bath with essential oils will relax your mind and you will be able to sleep without thinking too much.

Avoid Watching Porn

The biggest reason for getting wet dreams is because men watch too much of porn. When it is time to sleep, do not watch anything which arouses you sexually. It is best to pray to god before sleeping because that will help you to sleep peacefully.The best home remedy is to avoid watching porn before sleeping. If you want to get rid of the problem, you will have to say goodbye to porn or titillating images. Pray to god and think of pure things.

Read A Book

Reading a book before sleeping can help you to get rid of wet dreams. However do not read a book which sexually arouses you. Try some book which talks about god, friends, college life or love. Avoid reading books which have sexual images or have a sexual plot. Read books which are inspirational and good. A spooky book will do too! If you read a good book, you will be able to sleep in peace without getting wet dreams.

You can try other foods such as celery juice, avocados and watermelon to treat the problem. Do not lose hope because these remedies will work for you. You do not have to go to a doctor for this as the above mentioned home remedies are excellent. A little tip from us would be to not think too much about sex. Sex is a need and we all know that! However you should try and think about other things too. Hangout with your friends and watch a comedy show before sleeping. Follow the home remedies and make little changes in your lifestyle. For weight loss You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. to burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. as half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. A DIET CHART Timing Foods To Eat Calories Early Morning Lukewarm Water with Lemon 1 glass 0 Tea without Sugar + 2 Biscuits 90 Breakfast 2 Rotis + 1/2 cup Paneer Curry 330 OR Brown Bread Upma 1 plate + Milk 1 cup 300 Mid-Morning 1 Banana/1/2 cup Melon/20 Grapes 50 Lunch Brown Rice 1 cup (195 gm) + Mixed Vegetables 1/2 cup + Salad 1 bowl + Raita 1 small bowl 345 Evening Butter Milk 1 cup 35 Dinner 2 Rotis + Vegetable Soup 1 bowl + Salad 1 bowl 370 Total 1220/1190 Cal Exercise for Belly Fat Not only females but also males desire to have flat belly. Read on and find about the best exercises for losing belly fat. Fight your belly fat with the right kind of exercise and the right diet. Belly fat can be effectively reduced with abdominal exercises. Continue for 15 minutes and repeat in sets of 3 or 4. Cycling – Lie down on a floor mat. Raise your legs and rotate them as if you are pedalling a cycle vigorously. Repeat the exercise for five minutes in sets of three. There are tablets for increasing time but should not be taken daily

Once discuss it with your surgeon about pain as far as abut night fall do not watch porn movies any further and do not let constipation or gas. Hold positives thoughts. Never take hot milk before taking nap.

Your father appears to have paraplegia, which is loss of motor function of the lower limbs because of cancer in your back bones. You need to consult an orthopaedic oncologist for management. In later stages the manager is usually palliative/ supportive with good pain killers and bedside care. My prayers.

Hi. For skin allergy, take Rhus Tox. 200/ one dose once a week and Urtica Urens 200/ one dose daily for a month. Along with these homoeopathic medications, follow the management part as well: - Avoid direct contact with the detergent soap or powder - Keep your hands moisturised always, use aloe vera cream - Also apply sunscreen with SPF- 30 liberally means apply a thick layer of the sunscreen 20-30 minutes before going out in the sunlight on the exposed areas and repeat it's application again after 3-4hrs. - Don't use any harsh hand soap, use hand soap with aloe vera in it. - Always prefer cotton clothes only - Carry an umbrella in the sunlight - Apply mixture of glycerine mixed with sugar every night. - Keep yourself hydrated always, drink at least 12-15 glasses of water daily (and in case there is excessice exposure to sunlight, increase the intake). - Take food rich in Vitamin A, C, E and protein.

I am a 17 year old male. I have been stammering since 5-6 years. I am confused between hypnotherapy, psychotherapy speech therapy etc.

Stammering has very many reasons behind. It falls under neuro-linguistic problems. Many a times its behavioural, due to anxiety or fear. Try breathing techniques, meet a psychiatrist who might treat you with medicines or will advise to meet a speech therapist. The basic cause need to be find out. You need a detailed evaluation. Psychotherapy should also help you with a clinical psychologist after proper psychometric analyses finding out the route cause of stammering. Take care.

I have some issue related to digestion. Whenever I eat spicy food or coldrinks I feel flatulence after sometime I got diarrhea and sometime constipation. Few days back, doctor advised me to do faecal calprotectin and liver function test. My calprotectin level is 64.

The level of Calprotectin in stools, you have mentioned is normal for you. This is not suggestive of Irritable bowel syndrome. So you should stop eating spicy and sour foods totally and eat food 4 to 5 times in a small quantities instead of 3 times daily. Try to sleep 1 hr after having your dinner, if possible do a walk for 10 to 15 mints Drink more water and plain milk without cream.

Please take Eupatorium perf 200 - at an interval of one hour upto three doses now. This can again be repeated if temperature shoots 101*F or above. Sponge your body/head with ice cold water. Take chicken soup twice for few days. Take warm foods only.
