Hi! While your hair type mostly depends on your genetics, stress, hormonal imbalance and poor diet have a great influence on your hair healthy and appearance. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage.

Probably the filling you got done has dislodged that could b the reason for pain. But proper clinical examination and x ray will give a clear picture for the reason of your dental pain.

I have started consuming sugar free tablet as a substitute 2 sugar. I take it wod a cup of coffee or tea, mostly twice a day. Does it have any side effects? Is it okay 2 consume on a daily basis? Instead of taking sugar free you should take very little sugar. Because sugar free tablets contain chemicals which are not good for health.

Hello,. The oxygen levels in the air are quite clean in the morning that is one of the reasons such exercises are recommended in the morning part. You can do then even any time throughout the day.

DEAR LYBRATE USER...A) apply paste of fresh garlic and lemon juice,on white spotwith gentle massage,two times in a day...B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of triphala juice ,at night before sleep...C) take 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals…D) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyavardhini rasa after meals...Do all these things for 15 days ..it gives you good result..consult to me for further suggestions..THANKS

Hello, Migraine is a form of headache. The pain is usually throbbing, pulsating and bursting in character. At times, the pain is one sided or may involve the whole head. Such pain may last for hours or even days. It is often accompanied by other symptoms like nausea or vomiting. At the same time, there is increased sensitivity to light and sound. Dear lybrate-user, Social phobia is a condition where one has persistent fear of social situations. It is a treatable condition. First of all, complete evaluation will be needed for confirming the diagnosis. Accordingly treatment can be initiated. The treatment of social phobia will include medications and psychotherapy sessions. You should consult a psychiatrist for getting yourself evaluated and treated. Hello lybrate user first you have to check your sr. Calcium level, ra factor and aso titer test. Joint pain and bone weakness are due to either calcium deficiency, rheumatoid arthritis or osteo arthritis. By checking all above test you will find reason of your complaint and take treatment accordingly.

You need to approach your depressive symptoms professionally, rather than feeling it s your own ill doing. Depression can occur due to medical reasons or external resons or a combination of both. One thing that helped my patients a lot was to keep a food diary. They write down every thing one eats and why one was eating. Such as, hungry, not hungry, kind of mood while taking a meal, etc. One learns a lot about himself eg: some people eat when bored, some when happy. Some are emotional eaters too. This information will also help me counsel you and chart for you the perfect diet plan guaranteed to reduce or gain weight!

So dont wait start keeping a food diary and revert back with me for any help!

If your hair loss is due to hormonal dysfunction, foods rich in vitamins can help set that right.
