Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i.e dairy products,non-veg,fruits(banana,dates,mango,anzeer.)go for gym for 1 hour everyday. after this if your problem remain same. it means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i.e thyroid profile.

Do hot fomentation x twice daily. Postural correction- always sit with a small pillow at your low back. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises like bridging and bhujang asana x twice daily. Sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees. And get vit d levels checked.

Black spots can be easily treated with laser procedures, MDA or chemical peels depending upon what exactly your skin requires. You should visit a Dermatologist for an adequate prescription and treatment. You may apply clindamycin gel over the pimple for few days.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

I am suffering from pain in my back side of neck and shoulder. Now from last five days I felt that there is pain in my joints of knee and ankles. And apart from that I feel that there is rise in temperature in my body i.e. Feel like having fever inside my body and having pain in my body. And my body is sweating more due to having fever in body and it sweats more when the body temperature comes down. Can you please suggest me for treatment of the problem ? Firstly check a fever. Do neck stretching exercise and hot fermentation avoid toward bending and computer work. Tk calcium supplements and do hot fermentation of knee. Thank you for your question. Many women have subtle variations in their cycle throughout their reproductive years. Tension, weight gain or loss, change of accommodation, exams etc can cause minor irregularities in periods. Having said that in young fertile sexually active women the first step is always to rule out a pregnancy. Unprotected intercourse has the risk of unwanted pregnancy as well as unwanted sexually transmitted infections. Using a condom every single time correctly will prevent 95% of infections but only 85% of pregnancies. Not ejaculating inside her is a poor contraceptive strategy as even a small drop of semen contains a million sperms and you only need one to fertilise an egg and become pregnant. Pre ejaculate also contains millions of sperm. If you are having intercourse regularly you need to use something in addition to condoms so that an unwanted pregnancy as well as sexually transmitted infections can be prevented. If her period is over 7 days overdue and the first pregnancy test is negative you can repeat this after two weeks. In that time either the test will come positive or her period will appear. If neither happens please see your local gynaecologist for medication and investigations. Best wishes.

Hello Venktsai Your hair is attached to your scalp which gets nutrition from your body, and thus helps hair to grow. If your body is healthy your hair will be healthy, so any amount of shampoos will not help solve your problem unless you treat the cause which lies inside your body. Hair fall can be due to various reasons like aneamia, thyroid disorders, stress, recent illness, change of place, improper nutrition, scalp infections, overuse of gels etc. These can be treated very well with proper internal treatment under medical supervision. You are suggested to take homoeopathic treatment which will help treat the underlying condition and stabilise your hair fall. Until then please get your scalp examined to see if its normal dandruff or infected. IF infected or oily please dont apply oil to your scalp, use a separate and clean comb, avoid massage, and intake protein intake.

You have not mentioned your BP reading, please mention that. Also in case you just found this during a BP check with no symptoms stop worrying about it because it is pretty normal for some people to have slightly lower BP than normal. But if you have some symptoms just increase your daily water and fluid intake, you can take nimbu pani, coconut water etc and this should solve the problem, In case you the symptoms persists even after this, please consult a cardiologist near you.
