Hello, belly fat can be reduces, if you add pure non cooking garlic into your diet. Component in garlic which helps maintain blood lipid levels already within the normal range. Also do at least 15 mins exercise when ever you get time in a day. Very important to be on physical activities, also if possible plus add omega-3 to your diet. Let me know if I can help you.

As a diet, you must not take fat related food products, avoid spicy/saltry/sweets/junk/ghee made/fast food, outside food,& carbonated/black drinks.& need to follow taking proteinaceous diet like dal, millets, sprouts, more fruits, 3-4 litres of water. Try to take breakfast more, medium for lunch& less as dinner. Do not take heavy quantity at at a time, try to take small q, often. Try to reduce sugar intake, rice intake, where, you can replace those by jagger/honey/& brown rice or hand pound rice. ** must do exercises followed by diet.

Instead of depriving yourself, enjoy small indulgences or schedule a cheat day and don't obsess over it. After all, eating high-calorie foods every once in a while won't wreck a healthy diet. Stop eating junk food it may seem obvious, but junk food is your weight-loss enemy. Worse yet, eating foods full of sugar and fat will make you feel irritable and sluggish. To get all the junk out of your system, consider doing a two-week elimination diet by cutting out gluten, refined sugars, dairy, caffeine, and alcohol. Choose food. Take low calory n high fibre diet. Avoid fast, fried n spicy food. Take lukewarm water. Add lemon n honey in it. Take two cup green tea daily. Reduce sugar intake. Do exercises daily.

Hello, Lybrate user, Take, simple, breakfast: Poha, phulkas, with vegetables, sandwich ,milk, Lunch & dinner: Rice (white/red/ brown) or, phulkas, or, khichadi (white / brown/broken rice) or oatmeals, chapaties,or Ravi balls,(1000-1300 calories) Liquid: 3/4 litters of water/day or from assorted sources e.g.milk, juice,milk shakes, Vit 'C' -gooseberry, guava,oranges, tomatoes to improve immunity & to prevent constipation, Vit'A' Papaya, sweet potatoes, oranges,to maintain skin & and good vision. Vit' B complex -Green leafy vegetable: Palak, methi leaves, drumsticks leaves, to check, constipation. Iron- pomegranate to increase haemoglobin level * go for cycling, jogging,skipping, gardening,swimming, either Under noted Foods b avoided. Row eggs, smoked seafood, Over indulgence in coffee & tea. Restaurant food, junk food, containing MSG & taste enhancer. Mango & jackfruits. Fried food. Tk homoeo medicines/ @ PhytoberryQ-10 drops, thrice before meal with little water. there is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. i will give you a general approach to try for 4 weeks. 1. do not eat anything sugary or sweet. 2. eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner 3. do atleast 30 min of exercise every day of any kind.

DEAR Lybrate USER. A) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and fine powder of turmeric and black cumin seeds on face with gentle massage, two times in a day. B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of triphala juice, at night before sleep. C) take 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals…D) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyavardhini rasa after meals. E) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and aloevera jel in equal quantity, with gentle massage, in the root of hairs, leave it for 15 to 30 min, after that wash it with ROOTZ SHAMPOO. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.
