Hello, belly fat can be reduces, if you add pure non cooking garlic into your diet. Component in garlic which helps maintain blood lipid levels already within the normal range. Also do at least 15 mins exercise when ever you get time in a day. Very important to be on physical activities, also if possible plus add omega-3 to your diet. Let me know if I can help you.

Even though I'm thin, i've big fatty Butt and it wag while walking. Due to this I'm feeling embarrassed in public and in friends circle. Two year ago I didn't have this. I think it could have become fat after I ran 6-8 km for 7 months regularly last year. ●I started sleeping with folded legs ●.I started masturbation (Rubbing) over the pillow. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation

Hi lybrate-user. Yes daily 100 gms cheese make you fatty but how much fatty is depends on your basal metabolic rate, if it is low then you become fatty earlier and if it high then you gain weight very very slowly. Thanks.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...

There is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hello lybrate user- weight gain generally occur due to improper eating habits and sleep excess. Try these ayurvedic tips- a) avoid over eating, non-veg, fast food and spicy diet. Actually from childhood approx frm 6th standard I hv been gaining its been so mny times tht I hv got my thyroid bt reports are always negative nd I hv lost the weight also in 2013 my weight ws 85 thn I got to get it to 73 bt nw tht frm lst years I hv gained weight nd it is 90 kgs now nd my age is 19. Obesity mainly due to lack of physical activity or improper diet stress, hormonal imbalance, sleeping in day etc. First find reason of your fattiness & avoid it, avoid excess eating do exercise regularly avoid non-vege, sweets, oily food, also avoid vegetable ghee. Eat 5gm paneer before exercise it increases fat metabolism rate. Take some ayurvedic medicines tab. Navak guggula 2tabs before each food.

Do not worry dear its not a disease. these are the accumulated sperms that comes out naturally.. Take 1 tsf ashwgandha churna twice a day with milk./ 1 month.. Walk a mile after taking dinner. Always sleep in left lateral position. Avoid excessive intake of water before going to bed. Revert back after 15 days for further management.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. Body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.
