IF scissor is made up of iron and its somewhat old then you should definately take tetanus injection. You can also take it as prophylaxis.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Hi lybrate-user Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.

Pain can be due to any infection in throat which may be chronic. Take antibiotics and antiinflamatory medicines for one more week. Simultaneously do gargles daily for 2 to 3 times. Speak less and avoid any type of irritant like spices and cold water or drinks. For details contact me if required.

To gain weight change food habites. Add in your daily food carbohydrates, ptoteins,vitamines, minirales,green vegitabales, salad,dry fruites, fruites,do arobic excersices, yoga,walking will help. You take keva weight gain capsule 1 in morning after lunch with luke warm milk end 1capsule after dinner with milk for a month than consult me. To maintain blood pressure loose extra weight,do exercise regularly,eat healthy diet,reduce extra sodium from table.Take dark chocolate to make blood vessel more elastic,Reduce caffeinated beverages as this can increase blood pressure.Use tea as it has less caffeine but not more than 3 cups.No excessive alcohol.Drink lots of water,stay stress free and proper rest.

If she is not having fever or burning in urine then there is nothing to worry. It may occur due to pressure of uterus on the bladder causing frequency. As she is nearing the due date, this will be there. It is better to restrict water intake to some extent, so that some relief will occur.

Hello just because you have leeway to gain weight don't eat junk. Include calorie dense foods in every meal, exercise regularly. Basically increase of protein and be regular example for calorie dense- peanut, bran muffin, almond butter, eggs, lean meat, prunes juice etc for detail plan contact through private text.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. You must take regular home made breakfast like roti vegetable or upma or poha or paratha or egg pav for breakfast. These foods are fiber and protein rich and give good fats to keep you full for long. Cereals are packaged foods, good for emergencies or when you are in a rush but not healthy on a daily basis. Let breakfast be within half an hour of waking up. Have a small breakfast in the break at school as well. Keep yourself hydrated. This will help you avoid excessive hunger pangs by lunch time. See that you do not skip lunch or replace it with some junk foods like samosa or burger or chips.

Better to drink hot water boiled with some easily available herbs and putting honey to it. Some hot selling brands have synthetic material in those as well as chemicals. So be careful.

It might seem difficult to overcome feelings of it but there are in fact various ways you can deal with it. It is often observed that an individual feels ashamed or guilty about their urges. 

In most cases, sexual repression stems from certain social and cultural norms. It affects both the sexes and generally sets off from an early age. Following are the ways to overcome sexual repression:
1. Teach yourself various sexual values - Whenever thoughts of sexual repression cloud your mind and lowers your sexual urges, try getting rid of these thoughts gradually. Replace your depressing thoughts with thoughts about sex being a natural activity. Teach yourself to look at sex differently and stop trying to convince yourself otherwise.
2. Avoid taking negative opinions regarding sex from other people - You might long for a company when you are miserable and sexually repressed. Talking to people who are sexually repressed themselves will do little good as they might impose their own feeling on you. It's best not to take their advice or argue with them. Instead, you can form your own sexual values and strengthen them over time.
3. Be more vocal about sex - This conversation is not the one where you make sexual jokes or is otherwise completely irrelevant and of little use. Pour it and try conveying your feelings to people who are close and empathetic towards you. Interact with your partner and ask about their opinion on sexual repression and healthy sexual ideas.
4. Expose yourself to the sexual values of different culture - According to studies, Holland and Austria are among the most sexually liberal countries. Italy is also considered moderately liberal about its sexual values. You can try knowing about the various countries like Japan which is among the sexually repressed nations. Learning about various ways and forms of sexual repression will broaden our outlook and make you look at sex differently altogether. In a way, it can help you deal with your own sexual repression. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Sexologist.

Hello. Avoid using kojivit for better result take homeopathic treatment. Hello balanced diet full of mineral- and nutrient-rich foods is a good idea to keep your skin and body healthy. In particular, try to incorporate foods high in antioxidants (vitamins A, C, and E) because these promote healthy and fresh skin and prevent skin damage. Anti-oxidant-rich foods include carrots, butternut squash, mangoes, leafy greens, citrus fruits, nuts, seeds. 2. Keep yourself hydrated. Drink at least eight glasses of water daily. Water helps to detoxify the body and shed dead skin cells. Staying hydrated is a simple, healthy, and natural way to detox your body and may even alleviate future acne and scarring. 3.Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight. To prevent long-term skin damage, avoid staying out in the sun for too long without sunscreen. 4.Wash your face regularly. Keep your face clean and bacteria-free by washing it at least twice per day and after heavy sweating. 5.Do this: Squeeze the lemons to take out the fresh juice in a bowl. Add the honey to this lemon juice and mix well. Dip the cotton ball in this mixture. Now apply this mixture on your cotton ball to whole of your face or the area where you have acne scars. Leave for about 10-15 minutes. Wash off with water and pat dry. For best result consult privately.

BRAMARI PRANAYAM is the answer.After coming home after a hectic school do this pranayam for 5 minutes and you will feel relaxed. BRAMARI PRANAYAM or Bee Breath 1.Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. 2.Place your thumbs in your ears, your index fingers above your eyebrows, and your remaining along the sides of your nose. Keep each pinky finger near a nostril. 3.Breath in deeply through the nose. First, feel the diaphragm move down, allowing the lungs to expand and forcing the abdomen out; then feel your chest expand with your collar bones rising last. .4.Use your pinkies to partially close each nostril. Keep your lungs filled. .5.Breathe out through the nose while humming. Note that the humming sound should originate in your throat, not as a result of your partially-blocked nostrils. 6.Repeat twenty times.starting from 5 times Homoeopathic medicine KALI PHOS 6X ( Dr Reckeweg) Chew 4 tab twice daily SPONDYAID ( BAKSON) Drink 10 drops in 20 ml fresh water 2 times daily CALCAREA PHOS 6X ( Dr Reckeweg) Chew 4 tab once daily Report after 15 days

hello....both things are important for reducing belly fat..1st its proper workout like cardeo exercises and brisk walk and yoga etc..and 2nd its taking healthy nutritious diet... drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning.. take high fibre diet.. drink any type of detox drink like add cucumber aloevera lemon parsley ginger in water.. dinner it should be light maximum till 8pm.. avoid fast rfined processed food.. maximum intake of water and green tea..

Get plenty of rest, especially while you have a fever. Rest helps your body fight infection. Stop smoking and avoid secondhand smoke, which can make cold symptoms worse drink lots of fluids such as water and clear soups. Fluids help loosen mucus. Fluids are also important because they help prevent dehydration. Gargle with warm salt water a few times a day to relieve a sore throat. Throat sprays or lozenges may also help relieve the pain. Avoid alcohol. Use saline (salt water) nose drops to help loosen mucus and moisten the tender skin in your nose.

If you are fond of eating crunchy snacks like peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins and figs, they will definitely help you gain weight. They are full of fats, fibers, vitamins and minerals, and also contain essential oils which enable a thin person to put on some kilos.  Chomp on a handful of nuts every day to increase your body weight.  Add 3 almonds, 2 dates and 1 dried fig to a glass of milk and boil it. Drink this for a month to witness a significant amount of weight gain.  Alternatively, soak 6 dried figs and about 30 grams of raisins in water overnight. Eat them in two parts.
