Acne or pimples is a chronic disease involving the pilosebaceous follicles. Sebaceous glands are found most abundantly on the face and scalp, though they are present on every part of the skin except the palms of the hands and soles of the feet. Though the sebaceous gland is a mini organ, it is anatomically and functionally related to the hair follicle. Cutaneous disorders attributed to the sebaceous gland are really disorders of the entire pilosebaceous unit. The areas most commonly involved in acne are the face, upper chest, and back. Other less common areas include the upper arms, buttocks, and upper thighs. Acne arises from the interaction of 4 factors 1. Excess sebum production caused by androgenic stimulation of sebaceous glands; 2. Outlet obstruction of the sebaceous follicle arising from excess production of keratinocytes (the basic cell of the epidermis); 3. Increased proliferation of the bacteriaPropionibacterium acnes that normally live in the sebaceous follicle; and 4. Inflammation caused by sebum escaping into the surrounding skin. Excessive manipulation by the patient, causing the primary lesions to disappear and leaving excoriated, raw-looking marks. This is called acne excoriée and can cause scar formation. For removal of black marks you can apply pure coconut oil daily before sleeping, don't apply while going out in sun together with this constitutional homoeopathic treatment will give you best results.

What is Monogamous Relationship?

You (who have been tested for STD/STIs and don't have any) are having sex with only one partner (who also has been tested for STD/STIs and doesn't have any) who only has sex with you. And you both keep it that way! 

Stated another way, you are both STD/STI free and only have sex with each other. People of any sexual orientation can engage in monogamous relationships. The only thing implied by the term monogamy is that the relationship consists of two people who are romantically and/or sexually exclusive. Theoretically, outside of abstinence, this is really the safest type of "safer sex" that you can have. 

Celebrated on 1st December of each year, World AIDS Day, aims to spread awareness about HIV / AIDs. It is an STD wherein, HIV stands for human immunodeficiency infection and AIDS stands for acquired immune deficiency syndrome. The disease hinders the immune system in keeping up our body’s security against sickness. HIV causes individuals to end up wiped out with infections that regularly would not affect them and HIV leads to AIDS.

Understanding the Symptoms:

HIV has few or no signs or symptoms for up to ten years or more before side effects of AIDS tends to manifest. There is no cure for HIV/AIDS, yet treatment is accessible. A few people have HIV symptoms not long after being infected. These include:

  1. There are a few phases of HIV illness. The primary HIV side effects may include swollen glands in the throat, armpit, or crotch.
  2. Other early HIV symptoms incorporate slight fever, headaches, exhaustion, and muscle throbs.
  3. These symptoms may keep on going for just a couple of weeks. At that point, there are typically no HIV indications for a long time. That is the reason it can be difficult to know whether or not a person is suffering from HIV.

The symptoms of AIDS show up in the most advanced phase of the HIV disease. These are as follows:

  1. Along with a severely damaged immune system, a person with AIDS may likewise have thrush. A thrush is a thick, whitish covering on the tongue that is brought about by a yeast infection and now and then joined by a sore throat.
  2. Serious or repetitive vaginal yeast infection.
  3. Pelvic inflammatory illness.
  4. Serious and frequent infections.
  5. Unexplained fatigue that might be followed by headaches, dizziness.
  6. Loss of more than ten pounds of weight that is not because of physical exercise or consuming fewer calories.

Risk Factors: There are a lot of ways in which you can get the infection. HIV is transmitted through blood, semen, vaginal fluids and breast milk. The most well-known ways in which HIV is spread, are:

  1. Having sexual intercourse without a condom with somebody who has HIV/AIDS.
  2. Using needles or syringes that have been used by someone who has HIV/AIDS.
  3. Being punctured with a needle or surgical instrument that has been contaminated with HIV.
  4. Getting HIV blood, semen or vaginal discharge into open injuries or wounds.
  5. Babies born to women with HIV/AIDS can get HIV from their mothers during birth or from breastfeeding.

There are numerous ways in which you can protect yourself from HIV. These are as follows:

  1. The most secure way is to limit the number of sexual partners you take on.
  2. Try to have safer sex and always use protection.
  3. Get your partners tested for HIV.
  4. HIV tests are a typical piece of social insurance.

You need to check your vitamin d3 and b12 status and also check your thyroid, blood sugar and hemoglobin. You also need to eat well. You need a diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, white rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Eat a lot of good things - you need to eat a ridiculous amount of calories (probably 3500+ per day) if you want to gain weight, but you want to make sure most of those calories are good calories. You could easily get 3500 calories eating taco bell and twinkies, and drinking mountain dew, but that will just make you fat. If you want to build muscle, you want to eat healthy calories that are loaded with good protein, good carbs, and healthy fats? which brings me to my next point? protein = building block for your muscles. Chicken, fish, meat, eggs, milk, almonds, peanuts. Eat lots of this sleep? you need to be getting 8-9 hours of sleep every night for maximum gains. Your body is doing nothing but lying there and building muscle while you? re sleeping. If you are only getting 6 hours or less, you? re not going to get all the benefits of your exercising and diet. I know it? s tough, but those 3am raids on runnyeye need to be put on hold for a few months. Sleep. Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

And its everyone's right is to be happy we cannot change the thinking of people or situation around us but we can get the things or reasons which make us happy. We get only one life after that we don't know what will happen in future, what we can do is to live every second of life, what do you want to be, what do you want to eat, to do, your career, your friends, your likings etc. Develop some hobby, make some good friends, make yourself busy, as much you will think you will get frustrate and will gain nothing, live only for yourself, and this can be possible when you will involve yourself in some other things first start from joining any hobby class and make any good friend with whom you can share everything .you can take help of any counsellor ,you can also contact me regarding this. Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Hi, you specified your age is 14, I would suggest you to elaborate the pain causing mechanism means, during walking, running, stair climbing which side is painful? inside ki outside, front side or backside. Take an xray and visit a good physio. Or share here regards.
