Sir I have permanent dandruff on my head for nearly 4 years I have used all medicated shampoo for its cure but It's nor removing.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Hi, Apply Resinal ointment 2 - 3 times a day, over the darkened skin and wear socks to keep that area covered. Soak the foot in hot water for half an hour at night and remove the dead skin by rubbing with pumice stone.

If there is no wound on skin stop applying fucidin cream. Redness or scar marks will be minimized with time. You just apply fresh aloevera juice 2-3 times a day and unboiled milk in the evening, will get relief.

Massage butter oil into your scalp and hair daily before your shower. Eat sesame. Regularly wash hair with a gram flour and milk/curd mixture. Rub hair regularly with onion paste, and it will turn black. Take a multivitamin containing minerals like zinc and copper, which prevent premature graying.

Hi people. Lets talk about hairfall.
Hairfall is a major problem that almost everyone is facing.
Having 100-120 hair fall per day is normal. If you feel its more then definitely you shud be concerned.
Apart from getting your blood tests done. Do your part with modifying your habits. It can be due to low hemoglobin, thyroid dysfunction, low vit b12, d3, folic acid etc.
Check if you have dandruff? are you using very hot water for washing your hair? are you applying too many chemicals?
There can be many reasons to your hairfall. Once it is addressed, then problem is solved. Which is not that tough to deal with.
Make sure you use a sulphate free shampoo for washing your hair.
If you color your hair use a herbal color, avoid chemicals.

1)By perusal of about 200 health related questions, asked by young people it is revealed that there are three major concerns for them. Namely a) Getting rid of Pimples b) Getting rid of Obesity c) Search of fuller and muscular body. 2)Most questioners seek treatment of Pimples in some creams, or lotions. They are informed that pimples are caused by oily skin and closed pores. So reduced oil on skin and opening pores will cure them. 3)But how erroneous is this approach is demonstrated by failure of the treatment based upon the above theory. The funny part is when nothing can prevent the recurrence the blame is placed upon hormonal imbalance for which there is no definite cure. 4)What is forgotten is that the skin is also a part of the body and therefore if skin is afflicted in any way, it must be a manifestation of the problem of the entire body and not just skin. 5)Once this principle is accepted the emphasis is shifted to whole body and not to just the skin. 6)And then the line of treatment becomes logical and also successful. 7)Almost all cases of pimples are taken care of by the health tips of this month’s News Letter. By adopting this line of treatment, not only the pimples will go, general health will also improve. HEALTH TIPS: Line of treatment for pimples: 1)Start with washing the face 5-6 times a day. 2)Take an enema for first 6 six days. 3)Eat only fruits for these six days. Still better course will be to sustain on plain water for 2-3 days and then start on fruit diet. 4)Apply steam on the face once every day for first six days and then twice a week. The method for applying steam is as follows: 5)Take a vessel (Topia or Pateela or Bhagona) of about 2 kg capacity. Fill it half by water and put it to full boil. When water starts to boil cover the vessel and put it on a table. The patient sits on a chair and covers his head, shoulders, upper back and the vessel by a thick multi folded bed cover. It should be large enough to not to let the steam escape from sides. Open the vessel cover a little at a time, keeping the face close to the vessel. Inhale steam through mouth and exhale through nose. Continue opening the vessel a little more at a time till it is completely open and the flow of steam stops. Wash the face with cold water. 6)Come back to regular food but completely avoid spicy, fried foods. Eat lots of salads (not less than 200 gms with every meal) and fruits. Avoid fried foods, sugar and maida. 7)If you continue this way not only the pimples will go, the general health will also improve. The patients will experience reduced bouts of cold and cough. Sinus congestion will also be removed. 8)The obesity matter is already discussed many times in the past. The search for fuller muscular body will be taken up later. CAUTION: 1)Dengue and rains have become synonymous in India. It stops only when the winter sets in. 2)The Municipal Authorities and Government health departments try to stop it by killing of mosquitoes and by distributing vaccines etc. 3)Whatever they do neither the reach can be wide enough nor the effectiveness is assured. 4)More over many people believe that the whole exercise is just futile. In recent years many virus are stopped but all of them are replaced by new ones, which are more potent and more dangerous. 5)This vicious circle is continuing unabated. 6)In fact all efforts should be towards improved hygiene and improvement of immunity levels. 7)When will the governments understand it and take proper steps, no one knows, but as an individual, everyone can do a lot to achieve better immunity levels. 8)Do not take antibiotics without proper advice. Once started do not quit them without completing the course. 9)Follow the advice from this NL for Navaratry routine, twice every year. It will surely improve immunity levels. 10)Rains call for Chai Pakoras. Please avoid them. These are doing no good to anyone. Eat light and exercise regularly. MONTH’S RECEPIE: Water melon juice: Prepare watermelon juice in a juicer which does not separate the pulp but converts it into semi liquid so that it can be taken as a part of juice. Cut some watermelon in small pieces of less than half inch. Mix with juice. Have some mint leaves, duly washed and cut. Pour the juice in glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled. This delicious juice is a mine full of antioxidants, nutrients and fiber. If desired, one can also add some lemon juice and salt.

Hello- >dark spots due to pimples is nothing but the dead tissue scar remaining after improper care of the acne. Recurring pimple problems can be due to improper food habits. >try this ayurvedic treatment- 1) apply this paste over the spots and pimples to make the face clear- masoor dal powder+mustard seeds powder+chandana powder make paste by adding milk to it and thn apply it over the affected area. 2) use mahamanjisthadi kwath 2 tsp twice daily. 3) avoid non-veg diet fast foods and spicy foods. 4) increase the amount of dairy products in your meals. 5) wash you face three to four times a day.

Avoid hotel foods take only home made foods. Take 2 to 3 litter water. You take Ķeva tulsi drops 5 drops empty stomach in a cup of normal or Ro water end evening also. After a week increase 10 drops morning end 10 drops in evening. Bath with keva beauty soap. Consult me after a month.

Hi, nowadays, hair fall is a common phenomena. We should give little concern for this as the causes may differs. Usually it is due to dandruff, stress conditions, mal nutrition etc. Daily fall of 100 numbers of hair is normal. If it is more than that we have to take care of it. Yours is dandruff problem. So make sure that you should clean your scalp daily. 1. Durdurapathradi keram 50ml+kaiyonyadi keram 50ml- take equal quantity of both oils and make it little warm and apply in you scalp and massage. Leave it for 30 minutes. After that take a head bath with along with green gram powder or mild shampoo. Dry off the scalp and do comping. Do it for I month. 2. Drink plenty of water. 3. Take a good sleep everyday 4. Consume a balanced diet 5. Daily 2 gooseberries.

Use a needle to poke a small hole in each capsule, and squeeze the oil into a small jar until only the skin of the capsule is left. Stir in 1 tsp. of olive oil to make the the vitamin E more pliable ( because VIT-E is sticky in nature)when you apply it to your skin. Dab the vitamin E oil gently around your eyes, forehead and mouth to prevent and improve facial wrinkles .Pure vitamin E can help decrease facial roughness found in wrinkles and fine lines.

Rashes on skin are mostly caused due to allergy or called hypersensitivity. It may caused by some special food items or cloth fabrics. * you are advised to please check the clothes you are wearing. Avoid all types of synthetic cloths like nylon & use only cotton clothes to avoid rashes. * avoid peanuts, jaggery (gur), garlic, tila, cashew, pista, dates, spices, curd, egg, chicken, alcohol because these food increase the internal heat of body which may also cause redness of skin & appearance of reddish spots, itching & burning. * apply calamine lotion on sites of rashes to get relief from itching & burning. * drink upto 2-3 liters of water everyday. * practice sheetali pranayan in the morning for 5-8 minutes. Dear, apply these methods to get rid of lots of body hairs: * give to heavy massage to all the parts with lots of hairs. Massage loose down the hair roots and hairs fall progressively fast. *make a paste by adding 1 table spoon of gram wheat (besan) and 1 table spoon of turmeric powder in luke warm water. Rub the paste on the areas where the hair growth are high to ged rid of hairs. * take a bath with hot water added with 10-15 leaves of neem regularly. * you can take laser therapy to loose extra hairs of body.

Hi, Apply Sesa Hair oil to the scalp at night daily and take cap. Sesa 1-0-1 after food cor 3 months continuously. Take 1tsf of Jeeavamrutham once a day followed by milk. All these medicines will control hair loss increase the volume of hair gradually.

Stay away from hot and spicy food items Avoid fatty and fried foods (junk/fast foods) Stay away from caffeine & alcohol Follow a low sodium diet regime Use Coconut or Olive herbal oil for cooking than using almond,sesame & corn oil Do not use nuts in your daily diet as they are known in increasing the body temperature rapidly. Try to have them 2-3 times a week Try to follow a vegetarian diet regime or reduce your usage of red meat.

Do You Know the Sun is Adding Wrinkles To Your FACE?

Facial wrinkling occurs when the skin develops creases, folds and ridges. The formation of wrinkles is a normal part of the process of skin ageing. However, certain factors may accelerate the process and lead to premature wrinkling of the face and other parts of the body.

The main causes of facial wrinkling are:

1. Skin ageing:
as a person gets older, his/her skin becomes less taut and begins to sag. The production of natural oils and fat in the deeper layers of the skin gets reduced with age, which leads to the formation of wrinkles due to diminished skin elasticity.

2. Sun exposure: constant exposure of skin to the sun causes damage and speeds up the ageing process. The harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun break down collagen and collective tissue fibres, which is the primary cause of premature wrinkling.

3. Skin complexion: due to the absence of melanin, people with fairer (lighter) skin, experience more damage due to sun exposure. This causes them to develop wrinkles much earlier.

4. Facial muscle contraction: repeatedly making the same facial expressions and contraction of face muscles causes wrinkling. Those who constantly frown, smile or squint get facial wrinkles as it leads to reduced skin elasticity.

5. Smoking: smokers are more susceptible to premature wrinkling. This is due to the presence of nicotine, tar and other chemicals from the smoke in the bloodstream, which hamper the supply of blood and oxygen to the outer layers of skin.

6. Genetic factors: many people get facial wrinkling as a result of hereditary causes and family genetics.

However, the good news is that facial wrinkling can be prevented through these simple ways:

Sun protection

This is the most effective way of avoiding wrinkles. Keep yourself protected against sun exposure by staying out of the sun as much as possible and wearing sunscreen at all times.

Quitting the smoke

Kicking the habit will show a marked improvement in your skin quality and would help prevent further wrinkling.

Use of moisturisers

Dry skin is more prone to wrinkling. Keeping your skin supple and moisturised prevents wrinkles.

Leading a healthy lifestyle

The combination of following a nutritious diet, drinking plenty of water, getting enough sleep and regularly exercising keeps the skin young and wrinkle-free.
