Apply a salicylic acid based acne treatment product to the area. Only do this if your problem is defined by pimples around penis, pimples at base of penis, or pimples on shaft of penis. Penis head pimples or pimples on top of penis are a little more difficult to treat, since you shouldn’t apply chemical-based acne products to this area. If this is the case for you, skip this step and just focus on keeping the area clean and free of irritation.

I am 32 years old male. I am suffering from warts on my face. How can I rid of this problem. Tell me answer.

Tape a piece of banana peel, inner side down, over the wart before you go to bed. A chemical in the peel can slowly dissolve the wart. Or, try the same with a piece of lemon peel. An oil in the peel seems to discourage warts.

Hello Archit , Beard is a sign of masculinity , to achieve your goal you need to follow these instructions- 1. Take care of your nutrition and water intake. 2. Keep your facial skin clean by following the routine of cleansing and exfoliate it at least once a week. 3.Avoid processed food. 4. Amla oil is very effective in growing facial hair . Massage with it and keep it for 30 mins and then wash it with a mild face wash. Internal nourishment and proper rest play a major role. Smoking too is damaging and can cause these problems. For any advice you can consult me. Regards, Dr. Heena

Hello. If the condition that you described has occurred over a span of weeks/ months, it would be more likely to be due to a condition known as pterygium or pingecuela of the conjunctiva. Pterygium/ pingecuela is characterized by a yellowish small elevated lesion that occurs just adjacent to the cornea. It usually occurs due to excessive exposure to sunlight and environmental dust. It occurs more commonly in people having a lot of field work. It is usually a harmless condition which requires no intervention unless there is excessive redness, burning or pain associated with it. If the symptoms of burning and redness do occur then it would be a good idea to use lubricant eye drops along with an antihistamine eye drops as well. This would be best done under the supervision of an eye specialist after getting the eyes checked up in person. Yellow eyes of recent onset (few days), could be due to a condition of the liver known as jaundice. In such a case, it would be associated with fever and abdominal pain along with yellowing of the skin of the whole body. It would be a good idea to get a complete body check up by a physician. It might require liver function tests to be done.. Hope my suggestions helped you. Take care-regards.

How can I save And thick my hair. Please help me doctor. What is the precaution of this?
Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

The cuticle is the nail's protective barrier and should not be pushed back during a pedicure. Damaging it increases the risk of nail infection. Smoothing the surface of the nail too aggressively with nail files and buffers at the base of the nail also can damage the cuticle.

Your hair needs a lot of your attention and care. Wash hair occasionly. Use lukewarm water, not too hot, not too cold. Shampoo hair twice or thrice a week and not more. Use very mild shampoos suitable for dry hair. Massage scalp to improve circulation and hair health. Eat right. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish, milk and milk products. Dry hair naturally and not with blowdryers. Dry hair with towel. Avoid crimping, perming straightening and curling hair devices. Avoid repeated colouring and bleaching of hair. Protect hair from excess sunlight with caps. Exercise regularly. Practice yoga to destres .stop using smoothing products on your hair. They vil worsen your hair.

What should I do for improving my skin glow and maintain from pimples pores and darkening near under eye.
You need to institute a couple of changes to see a lot of results. Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. It shud b both uva and uvb protective. Always use your umbrella whether its raining or not. Use a cap or scarf or your dupatta to cover your head. Protect your eyes with a sunshade. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after. Don't directly spray perfumes on your body. Spray them on your clothes and wear them. Don't use deodorants or roll ons. Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which vil soften your skin. Do not stress over anything. Pray-itll distract you off your stress. You can use this do it yourself mask at home which vil give you an instant glow. Mix 1 tbsp puree each of papaya and carrot with 1 tbsp of curd and 1 tbsp of aloe vera. Apply it across your face or dull body part for ten to fifteen minutes and wash it off without soap. Sunlight damages skin, it's color and texture. Uv rays enter even through the window. So make sure to use sunscreen everytime both inside and outside. Avoid cosmetics. Use cold water to wash face with a mild cleanser. Remove soap from your armamentarium. Make sure to have plenty of tomatoes and oranges. Vitamin c supplements vil help you. It's very important to b stress free. Don't use scrubs for your face, it'll grow more dark. In addition to this, your lifestyle affects the development of pimples. Consuming milk and other dairy products enhance igf and increase pimples, so cut down on them. Avoid cosmetics since they clog pores and lead to more pimples. Stress enhances acne, so employ relaxation techniques. Yoga helps decrease negative acne forming chemicals. Soaps and scrubs won't help anyway, but a mild salicylic acid face wash can definitely help. Steam increases pores, so wash face with cold water twice daily. Eat plenty of carrots and spinach. Drink water. Understand that this problem will come and go till a certain age after which it'll attain control.

Improving complexion 1.Drinking lots of water is good 2.Take nutritious and timely food. 3.Avoid fried foods and eat fruits, nuts, greens, milk and whole grains. 4.Have timely and adequate sleep.
