For weight loss you have to avoid smoking and drink. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. Avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet plan:- a) breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. B) lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti NutroActive brownXatta +salad +curd. C) snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea or lemonade. D) dinner - paneer tikka or chicken tikka with green chutney Suggested supplements:- a) lipoQuick Bullet one early morning empty stomach b) lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner. C) lipolyzer hips and thigh tab after lunch. Please Contact me for detailed diet plan.

Breast feeding mother's diet should not cause any ill effects on the baby. If your baby's overall growth and weight gain is fine, then this vomiting is actually posseting. All babies regurgitate a small amount of milk. Try burping the baby after feeding.

Hi, Given his previous history of heart attack and documented blocks in the artery, any subsequent chest pain should be considered to be from heart until proved otherwise. I would suggest you not to neglect this heaviness and get it checked by a nearby heart specialist and evaluate before it causes any further concern.

Stent is also caled baloon therapy. A wire is passed through a major blood vessel towards the heart vessel which is blocked by plaque. The wire is fitted with device to open up the blood vessels, to put aside plaque, once blockage is clear, the wire is withdrawn and person is put on bed rest for a day. Proper posture is to be maintained to avoid bleeding through the site. Cost is about 1 l plus, depends upon the center.

Hello- The symptoms shared by you denotes sexual weakness most probably due to over masturbation. This is why you are suffering from Ed and PE. Masturbation is just like any other addiction which people are getting used to these days. It leads towards physical changes like premature ejaculation, bending and thinning of penis, erectile dysfunction, sexual avulsion, low sperm count, immunity loss, infertility and impotency. Psychological changes include loss of concentration, nervousness, confidence loss, memory loss, corruption of thoughts with sexual feelings. Only Ayurveda exposed masturbation as a threat towards you sexual life so only Ayurveda has an answer to that.

I fell down while jogging about 15 days back. I hurt my left upper arm and right knee. Initially I gave them rest and my knee improved substantially. I can walk, climb stairs and do everything except kneeling for yoga exercise. My arm even now I can't fully lift sideways though this too has improved. I am 53 years old. Before this fall I used to regularly jog and do yoga. Can I start jogging again?

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Yes you will be able to do everything provided we have seen what injuries you have sustained and treated them adequately. I am sure that you have got required x rays done and ruled out a bony injury. We also have to manage soft tissue injuries carefully as they require utmost care. So continue with rest, physical therapy, anti inflammatory medication as per pain and let me know in 2-3 weeks time otherwise we might have to investigate you to look for what injuries have you sustained? do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.
