Take physiotherapy treatment and learn exercise for spine. Don't sit on floor. Don't lift heavy things. Take calcium; multivitamin and vitamin d 3. Apply volini cream before sleeping.

-u had not mentioned how pain started and whats aggrevating his condition. Go for contrast bath fir 2 3 times daily × 5 days followed by voilini. Precautions: 1 avoid lifting weight 2 avoid jerky mov 3 avoid bending of neck 4 maintain erect posture, if using bike avoid it. If pain still persist call physio for us, ift, execises to strengthen muscles.

Hands: Hot fomentation. Gentle Stretching of Hand Muscles. Ball exercises.Wrist Exerciser. Legs: Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Apply ice or hot pack 4 to 5 times a day for 5 to 10 minutes where pain. Don't keep at one place you should move around pain area. Consult physio they will give treatment. Avoid forward bending, weight lifting.

Hello lybrate-user knee is complex joint and it's a main weight bearing joint of body among ankle and hip. Whenever you have put on some weight more than actual bmi knee joint became more stressful. Firstly you have to start light activities of knee joint within comfort level. Then followed by walk. Be careful about your diet also. Take plenty of water.

Back ache can be due to several reasons. It can be muscular, related to disc degeneration or prolapse, joint irritation or nerve pinching. Most common is muscle pain due to tight and weak back and abdominal muscles. Keep a positive attitude, focus more on keeping good posture especially when sitting for long hours, use lumbar support. Take frequent breaks and stretch in between. Try changing sleeping habits. Try hot or cold therapy as tolerated. Wish you speedy recovery. Also if you are breast feeding please use a good pillow or pillows to support your back and the baby as most time poor posture for long times makes the pain worse.

Pain in the arm/hand can result from a number of factors. Abnormalities or injury of the skin, nerves, bones, joints, blood vessels, and soft tissues of the arm can all result in pain. Arm pain may be the result of referred pain from another part of the body. Please go to a physiotherapist to assess and treat the underlying condition. If pain is caused by an activity, modify or stop the activity. Rest the arm and resume activity gradually. Monitor the response to the activity. Pain experienced in the arm is usually not serious, but when it is coupled with other symptoms like pain in the leg or tightness of the chest or breathing problem it may be more serious. Try some home remedies: ice will reduce pain and swelling. Apply ice or cold packs immediately to prevent or minimize swelling. Apply the ice or cold pack for 10 to 20 minutes, 3 or more times a day. Elevate the painful area on pillows while applying ice and anytime you are sitting or lying down. Try to keep the area at or above the level of your heart to help minimize swelling. Apply heat and begin gentle exercise with the aid of moist heat to help restore and maintain flexibility. Some experts recommend alternating between heat and cold treatments. Gently massage or rub the area to relieve pain and encourage blood flow. Do not massage the area if it causes pain. Do not smoke or use other tobacco products. Smoking slows healing because it decreases blood supply and delays tissue repair. Please consult a physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your arm pain. Best wishes.

I am suffering from ankylosis spondylitis and today I was having severe pain in my neck just behind the ears. Why is this happening to me. My entire previous generation didn't had this incurable disease. Why me? What did I do wrong? Why am I suffering so much. I used to go to the gym every day but for the past 1 and half years my whole life has been changed just because of this chronic disease. Oh my God what should I do. I can't tolerate this anymore. I have been consuming sazo 1000 for the past 8 months and everything was quite normal (i. E reduced pain) but since I left my medications the pain has started again. Do I need to consume painkillers for my entire life. Am I going to be normal again. I don't know what to do? Is there anyone who can help me. I would really really appreciate it. Thanks.

Jumping into a workout without first warming up your muscles can increase joint pain, especially after age 40, says David Kruse, MD, a board certified sports medicine specialist with Hoag Orthopedic Institute in Irvine, CA" Joints hurt more when muscles and tendons are stiff. As we age, our joint mobility and tissue flexibility decline; a thorough warm-up helps accommodate these changes. It doesn’t have to be long and it doesn’t have to complicated: Five minutes of light movement, like an easy walk, is all you need to get that blood flowing, warm up your muscles, and get them ready for the task at hand. Use a foam roller. Joint pain can feel worse when your fascia (the elastic, weblike matrix of fibrous connective tissue that supports, binds, or separates your other tissues, joints, and organs), becomes dry and brittle—something that happens as we age. Ideally, your fascia acts a cushion for your joints, and helps to protect them from impact during exercise, says Sue Hitzmann, an exercise physiologist and creator of The Melt Method. The more hydrated your fascia, the more cushion you get. Creating gentle compression with a soft foam roller helps rehydrate your fascia by stimulating its cells and helping fluid move back into that tissue, says Hitzmann. Avoid weight bearing if knee is painful. Walk with the help of elbow crutches in both hands. Apply elastocrepe bandage and ice over knee. Start physiotherapy. Consult specialist in arthroscopy and sports medicine for further treatment.
