I have been working for 8-10 hours and take proper rest afterwards but on the next morning I am having severe pain under my neck. I have tried various medicines and home remedies but I haven't got relief. What should I do?

Go for ayurveda's panchkarma therapy - we have many option for you - greeva basti (specialized procedure for neck pains), localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax your neck muscles and give strength to your nerves and muscles of neck. Also start some yogic exercises - tadasana, dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. Avoid using big pillow. Do not read or use gadets while lying on bed. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.

2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Dear lybrate-user Arteriosclerosis is a disease of the blood vessel walls; typically when they get brazed or hardened. Cholesterol is wrongly blamed as being a culprit of depositions causing blockages. Cholesterol gets deposited only in the presence of toxic free radicals in the blood. And this condition is also called Atherosclerosis. You can diagnose blood vessel condition with a Carotid Dopplar.

When ever you miss your periods rule out pregnancy. If it's negative then ok if positive need to take care. And try to have sex during. 12-16 days of your periods if you are planning for pregnancy.

Not dangerous, but must be taken under Dr. supervision. Better you practice all that is taught daily on astha channel 5.00 to 7.30 am. Very very effective- esp anulom-vilom and bramri and udgit. You will get miraculous results for free and without adverse effects of allopathic medicines and will gain good physical and mental health, increase in your stamina, good concentration, improved memory, etc. It is excellent to drive depression, negative thinking out of your system. Not necessary, you have to be present in front of your tv at 5 am. Begin by switching on your tv just whatever time you get up and start practicing as being taught. Gradually when you regulate your sleeping time, you will be able to get up next morning at 5 and will be able to do complete workout. The time you spend here will actually be an investment that will remove tension, stress, etc. Leading to increased positivity.
