Best Exercises For Knee Pain dear you can do it, Except where stated, do 10 to 12 repetitions of each of the following, 2 or 3 times a week. Partial Squats E pain. Stand about 12 inches away from the front of a chair with your feet about hip-width apart and your toes forward. Bending at the hips, slowly lower yourself halfway down to the chair. KeSide-Lying Leg Lifts Wearing ankle weights above the knee, lie on your left side, legs straight and together, with your left arm supporting your head. Keeping your right foot flexed and your body straight, slowly lift your right leg to about shoulder height, then slowly lower. Repeat with your left legep your abs tight, aSUsing an aerobic step bench or a staircase, step up onto the step with your right foot. Tap your left foot on the top of the step, and then lower. If you have investigated properly and it is TB only then go ahead with the same treatment - four drugs - for two months and then two drugs for seven months. As her disease heals she will get healthy.

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.

Hello, I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3.You should have about 30 g of fibre a day. You can increase your fibre intake by eating more: I am giving you list of some fibre containing food fruit vegetables wholegrain rice whole wheat pasta wholemeal bread seeds oats 4.Toilet habits Never ignore the urge to go to the toilet One supplement name Nutrilite fibre can be start after personal consultation, this has shown wonderful result in constipation Consult Physician/me for further Management

Be specific what you apply on your face. Anti acne face wash can help you. Do not put hair oil. Wash your scalp everyday. Avoid dandruff. Don't use sunscreen for now as it can cause acne. Avoiding oily & spicy food, over consumption of chocolates and coffee will help.

I am 29 years old female married since 6 years and wanting for a child desperately. I have irregular periods since puberty. I was diagnosed with pcod. 4 years back started ttc with no results so then started on clomid cycles. After a year of ttc was diagnosed with endometriosis due to which I had severe pain during periods. I never get my periods by itself. I get it only when I take tablets for it to come. Again stopping it is an issue. Sometimes it stops, sometimes again take medicine to stop. Lately I was on ayurvedic medicines, last december I had my periods which dint stop for 2.5 months. Again with medicines it stopped but a month back got a very severe pain in my pelvic area and stomach. I was admitted to hospital, with all scans it was known that the endo cyst had grown 10cm big! my gynec suggested a immediate conservative laparoscopy. I had a lap done on march 28th. April 4th I was given with gnrh analogue which was said to be given for 3 months. After the injection april 13th I had my periods which was very normal with no pain. First of all am less interested in intercourse, but now the injection has made my interest go still low:(may 4th was my second injection. After this I have a lot of pelvic pain. I feel as if the endo has come back, completely bloated with even with normal food. I feel so frustrated and depressed about this endometriosis that I have. My gynec has suggested a scan before the next injection next month to check with the endo, if there are no signs then no injection is needed she has told, then after it I can try for getting conceived. Can I have a baby with this condition? I feel sad about my present situation even after getting a lap done to remove the devil out. Please suggest wen early can I have my baby. Reports say my tubes and ovaries are all normal to bare a child. Thanks and regards.

Very good presentation of your case. You need homeopathy. Take thuja 1m 2 day alternate for 6 days means three doses. Than sepia 1m once a day for 5 days. Inform me on 12th from starting remedy. Stop all medication if you want to conceive. If possible giv me detail case accordingly classical homeopathy for giving better results. Take care.

Lifestyle changes many lifestyle changes that you will need to make in order to live with anxiety also require long term changes. You'll also need to be okay with admitting to yourself that you have an anxiety problem that needs to be solved. If you continue to try to fight the truth about your anxiety, you'll struggle to overcome it. Anxiety and stress are very real problems that affect people every day, and there's nothing wrong with you if you suffer from them. Hello, it's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: management: 1: drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: enjoy your favorite foods. 4: have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! medication: start taking schwabe's phytolacca berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Hello, There are many aspects of depression, the more of them you have the more likely you are to have a clinical depression. Some patients feel severely depressed and suicidal. If you have these feelings you should go to the emergency department immediately. Other things that people with depression can feel are sadness, low energy, lack of motivation, poor sleep, irritability, weight gain or loss, poor self image and sometimes even a lack of touch with reality. The more of these symptoms you have the more likely it is that you have serious depression. Treatments for depression include medications, counseling and exercise. Hello first of all, stop using clip cream, it contains potent steroids which are not advisable to use in pregnancy n on thin skin like inner thighs n private parts. Secondly, one of the main reason for dark skin is pregnancy itself. Due to pregnancy, hormonal changes in body can lead to increase pigmentation in certain body areas. So, it will automatically improve after delivery. There s a possibility that you might be getting irritation cos of usage of veet cream. So, avoid using veet.

I was doing my workout from past one month including 3 to 4 km running, 2 sets (20) of ladder up and Down and 1 hour gym session in morning. But from last saturday while doing Squat exercise there is lots of pain going on my lower legs. Below knee. Now I am unable to run not even 1 km. My physical test of running 1.6 km in 6.30 minute is coming next week but due to pain I am unable to run Please suggest something better and how to to increase my running so I complete on time. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

You have not mentioned of what the dark mark is. It could be removed by time if it is pimple mark. If there is chloasma , nevus or hyper pigmented patches it could be removed by taking homeopathic remedy. Do not loose confidence. Do not concentrate your mind all the time on your face. Apply raw milk on face before bathing. Drink plenty of water it is good for skin.
