Desi ghee is a powerhouse of vitamins and fatty acids which promote good health. It is an ancient remedy for cough, cold and soft skin, but in the last few years, the credibility of saturated fats like desi ghee has been in question.

There are some people who believe that saturated fats are the bad fats but a recent research and majority of health experts agree that naturally occurring saturated fats present in desi ghee are actually good for your health. Here are 8 amazing health benefits of desi ghee:

  1. Builds Strong Bones: Desi ghee is one of the few foods that are rich in Vitamin K, especially Vitamin K2. Vitamin K2 helps the body to utilize essential minerals, including calcium and thus improves bone health and development. Also, the right amount of desi ghee helps eliminate tooth decay. Another function of desi ghee is to keep joints and connective tissues lubricated, increasing flexibility.

  2. Immune System Booster: Desi ghee is packed with Vitamin A which helps eliminate free radicals in the body. Vitamin A is linked to the proper functioning of the immune system. Hello, Pregnancy test comes positive after 10 days of missed period so try ot again if still coming no result thn yoir wife might be suffering from PCOD.

A good nutrition and exercises which increase the blood circulation (flow) on and near the areas of pores will definately help you to remove the pores (holes) and marks on face. There are methods and instructions which give relief you from pores & marks. * Eat healthy diet daily. * Eat 20 gm of soyabean cereal daily it contains protein which help in regeneration (making of new skin) of skin on the holes. * Eat an apple daily. Please note that you need to check if she is having worms. If so that needs to be treated first. Try giving her foods little by little at a time ever 2 hours intervals. Give her milk daily 2 glasses and banana. Also give her five phos 2 tablets twice daily for next 3 weeks nd give a feedback.

There is lots of variation in age of dentition as long as other milestone is normal. There is no need to give extra calcium and vitD3 if child has normal locomotor development. Keeping any objects in mouth is physiological as the child tries to explore the object through mouth. You have to be cautious to prevent the child getting hurt or infection by swallowing sharp and contaminated items

Take lighter foods such as moong, masur & moth daal, all vegetables. Don't consume more junk food, processed food, chillies etc. Have some ghee with your food. While sleeping have a glass of hot milk with cow ghee in it.
