This problem of absent menses is due to hormonal imbalance due to chemotherapy. If you any doubt that time for other diagnosis then get ultrasound of lower abdomen, thyroid profile and hormonal assay done.

Simple sugar is also known as monosaccharide, is the basic unit of carbohydrates. The simplest forms of sugar are usually colourless and crystalline and exist in forms of glucose, fructose and galactose. Simple sugar is deemed to be a major concern according to all health nutritionists.

Sugar is the biggest cause of obesity sugar present in all kinds of junk food is considered to be the biggest cause of obesity as fructose easily converts into fat inside your body. Sugar can make you age faster: the sugar content in your body creates molecules known as ages (advanced glycation end products) which attack the fibres in elastin and collagen (the building blocks of the cells on your skin). A study also proved that consuming too much sugar can result in acne as the collagen in your skin weakens. Thus, to maintain youthful looking skin for longer, you should remove sugar from your diet completely. Sugar can be addictive: most people who consume too much sugar get addicted to it. According to a study, the addiction to sugar is very similar to addiction to tobacco and drugs. You might start craving sugar and depending on it to change your mood more often than required. Most of us do not know the importance of staying fit unless we suffer from some ailment. Staying fit is definitely a daunting task but it pays off eventually. People often avoid and neglect health and fitness either due to their hectic daily schedule or due to mere laziness and step out for a walk or some sort of activities. The fact is staying fit is not at all a difficult task and once one starts inculcating the habit of practicing healthy habits, he will find it difficult not to stick to those habits. These are seven smart fitness tips that will help you to maintain body fitness.
1. The Most Important One—Exercise
When it comes to fitness and staying in shape all we want to do is hit the gym and then we whim “no time for it.” But it is not necessary to visit a gym to maintain health and fitness. Regular physical activity improves circulation and is a key to beat stress. Although it is imperative that you step out of home to walk for at least 30 minutes every day but if your schedule really does not permit you then read on for these easy tips.
Say No To Elevator
You can burn from 7 to 10 calories from one minute of climbing of stairs and this would be a reason for you to decide how many stairs you would like to climb each day.
Swim
Swimming is a very great way to stay fit. Butterfly stroke in swimming for 10 minute is believed to burn 150 calories.
2. Eat Healthy
Include lots of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains in your diet. Try to eat a balanced diet and ensure that you do not eat full stomach on each meal. Instead go for healthy snack every 3 hours. It is best to avoid street foods and junk foods like burgers, pizza and artificially sweetened soft drinks. One should also avoid consuming alcoholic drinks as it not only affects weight loss but also leads to various ailments. Include high protein diet in your meals such as poultry, fish, tofu, soya, and beans.
3. Drink Plenty Of Water
It is imperative to keep your body hydrated to maintain health and fitness of the body. Water is believed to be a natural cleanser of the digestive system and organs. Water also ideal for detoxification that flushes out toxins from the body through skin pores (in the form of sweat) and urine.
4. Get Enough Sleep
Our daily life has become such that we have time for everything but ourselves. We neglect our health and fitness so much so that many people even tend to cut down their sleep time to invest that time in other activities. To stay healthy an adult should sleep for at least 6 to 7 hours a day, if not more. Lack of sleep affects our cognitive skills, mood and concentration, induces stress hormones, and even affects our metabolism system and immune system. Getting enough sleep helps to heal and repair body and mind from daily stress.
5. Get Regular Health Check-ups Done
A regular health check-up is must for you as it helps in early detection if and when something abnormal goes inside your body. Your eye might tend to miss out any abnormality such as a mole or a lump but a physical examination will ensure you to find out such abnormalities. If you cannot get regular check-ups done you should at least get an annual check-up to make sure everything is just the way it is supposed to be.
6. Beat Stress
Stress can not only harm your mind but also your body and may cause digestive and cardiac problems. Regular exercising, meditation, engaging in spiritual activities, giving time for enjoying your hobbies, in short taking out time for leisure to engage in activities you like doing the most is said to relieve the body from the harmful effects of stress.

Hi lybrate user, please get a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. Mostly it will not be pregnancy. If negative you may have to repeat course of progesterone.

If you haven't had any sexual relationship then nothing to worry at your age of 16 and for stomach pain take tablet meftalspas-ds eight hourly if necessary and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake.

As per frozen cycle the pregnancy weeks differ than the normal conception. With increasing b-hCG you also need to confirm pregnancy on ultrasound and its growth for better correlation as weeks of gestation. However just to keep a track as on 3rd Aug as per the history mentioned.. She would be 4 weeks and 4 days when compared to normal conception

Usually couples avoid sex during periods for purpose of hygiene but if your partner is comfortable having it then you may use a barrier like condom during intercourse. Also clean up using antiseptic lotions if you have traces of bleed on your private parts so as to avoid infections.

Hi Anandkishore. These days there are injections which can be given inside a woman's vagina to increase her arousal. Its called G spot augmentation. As there are no medicines available to increase desire in allopathy you could opt for such procedures.

Hi check why your wife has irregular cycles. It can be due to pcos a harmonal imbalance. Check with scan and harmonal state and then start ovulation induction which will help you to get pregnancy.

Please take arsenic 30 - thrice daily. Apply calendula q 5 drops in 3 tbs of water twice daily on the affected part maintain hygiene after 3 days if the symptoms remain/there is no change you may visit your gynacologist.

HOW TO MAKE ALKALINE WATER AND NORMALIZE YOUR BODY’S PH!

Water is the most valuable resource in the world. After all this years we begin to understand that. About 70 percent of the human body and brain are made up from water.

Water is so vital to our survival in every sense of the word.

Alkaline water has the biggest level of hydration and is a excellent source of minerals vital to our body.

Because of our today’s ways of nutrition which is mainly consisted of processed food that includes salt, sugar, caffeine and alcohol – the most common form of pH imbalance is excess acidity.

Symptoms that point to the fact that your body is too acidic are tiredness, headache, stomach ache and a weakened immune system.

This is what you need:

2 Ltr water, clean filtered water (if only tap water is available, than use that one)
1 organic lemon, washed, cut into eights
1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt

Preparation:

Fill the jug, than add the lemon slices (do not squeeze them!) and then add 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt in it and cover it. Let it stay overnight (8 to 12 hours) at room temperature.

Drink 3 glasses of water every morning when you wake up before you eat or drink anything else to achieve the best pH balance in your body.
