Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defenses against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures..Also, the body's defense mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or more may be dangerous and demand immediate treatment The following medications may be used at home for mild fever : -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used in children during a viral illness. -Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes and donot overdress. Overdressing can cause the temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -Fever can cause dehydration.Drink plenty of fluids.Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash your hands frequently with soap and warm water especially before meals, or after returning from a public places or using public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

Kindly try drinking more water before 9.30 that is after dinner limit the intake to 1/2 to 1 glass. Try drinking a glass of hot milk with turmeric after dinner and take a light stroll. Avoid thinking about sleep. One awesome silva method technique is. Count down from 25 to one. At each count breath in and out deeply. If you count 25 times then breath 25 times then come down descendingly to 1 and one breath it is the best way to relax in short time and go to sleep. Don't forget to forgive whom you have blamed or cursed in the past.

Dear follow these tips to lightens and remove the pimples marks -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will lightens the mark definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water apply 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Apply honey on face for 5 to 7 minutes once a week.

These are the methods to treat pimples fastly - • Do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Start following naturopathy, here is the tip for you: indian gooseberry, also known as amla, can help increase a diminished appetite caused by gastrointestinal issues. It works as a tonic in the gi system, improving the functioning of the digestive tract and detoxifying the liver. When combined with honey, it also reduces nausea and vomiting. Moreover, being rich in vitamin c, it boosts the immune system and facilitates mineral absorption, both of which are important if nutritional deficiencies have resulted from lack of proper nourishment. The key is to eat in moderation at regular intervals, and not to starve yourself. Start your day with a good and healthy breakfast like a cereal and milk combination for e. G oats/ dalia porridge with low fat milk or curd. Between your lunch and breakfast you can have a light mid-morning snack, i. E, a fruit perhaps, and follow this by a balanced meal in moderate quantity for lunch. Have plenty of vegetables which will keep you full and cut down on the amount of rice/ chapatis that you are having. Also cut down on your fat intake and reduce oil in cooking. Avoid fast food, junk food, sugary food and soft drinks. Along with this, do not forget to exercise regularly.

You can miss your cycles and they can also be disturbed when you are breastfeeding the baby but then you can conceive also in this period so it's advisable to do the urine pregnancy test and confirm it.

4 mm is a small size only, it can be easily cleared with ayurvedic medications. You can take 1. Chandraprabha vati tabet 1-1-1 after food 2. Gokshuradi guggulu 1-1-1 after food, for two weeks and do USG again. It is most likely to clear with this simple ayurvedic medication. Later on, keep drinking good amount of water regularly and do not suppress the urge to urinate. These two measure will prevent future recurrence of renal stones.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. It is actually important to know the exact level of disc bulge and it's clinical relevance as there may be many patients with disc protrusions on mri but which may not be clinically significant. Also I am sure it is not s3/4 but either c3/4 or l3/4. It will be useful if you can send me the mri images and a brief clinical history so that I can see and advise you accordingly.
