Anorgasmia - 7 Associated Causes

Anorgasmia - 7 Associated Causes

Anorgasmia, also known as Coughlan's syndrome, is a form of dysfunction, which deters your performance in bed. It is defined as the inability of a patient to achieve an orgasm even with adequate stimulation. Anorgasmia may also refer to long delays in achieving an orgasm, causing significant concern or stress to the patient. This condition is more commonly seen in women, especially those in the postmenopausal age group. This is especially common in women.

Cause of Anorgasmia:

  1. Trauma to the genital or pelvic organs; this trauma can be acquired from straddle injuries, for example falling off a balance beam or a bicycle
  2. Complications of surgery in the pelvic area
  3. Gynecologic operations, difficult childbirth and prosthetic procedures
  4. Diseases, such as multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries and diabetes mellitus
  5. Psychological conditions such as anxiety, depression or alcoholism
  6. Certain kinds of drugs such as antidepressant medications
  7. Addiction to heroin and other opiates

Occasionally, anorgasmia results from a combination of these causes

Symptoms of Anorgasmia: The primary symptom of anorgasmia is the failure to climax during sexual intercourse. Some patients may also experience a decreased intensity of orgasms, take a longer time than usual to achieve orgasms, and experience pain in lower abdomen or pelvic region during sexual intercourse. These symptoms can produce marked distress for the individual.

Types of Treatments Available: Anorgasmia is best managed by a sexual therapist. These experts are specialists in managing sexual dysfunction, and would initially confirm the diagnosis with several blood tests. A thorough neurological examination will be performed and hormone levels, blood sugar and genital blood flow will be evaluated.

Anorgasmia can be treated with:

  1. Changes in lifestyle and sexual practices
  2. Minimizing stress and anxiety
  3. Trying different techniques of sexual stimulation
  4. Kegel exercises
  5. Use of several devices, such as vacuum pumps and vibrators
  6. Cognitive therapy, a form of behavioral therapy that promotes changes in a person's ideas and attitude towards sexual activity)
  7. Counseling for couples (to allow them to address any issues in the relationship, at home and in the bedroom). If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Sexologist.

Belly Fat Burning Tea

MD - Alternate Medicine
Alternative Medicine Specialist, Delhi
Belly Fat Burning Tea

Ginger lemon honey tea is the best homemade recipe to burn belly fat.

To make it you will need:

-4 cups of water
-1 peeled and sliced ginger
-1 lemon
-1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation:

Start by boiling the 4 cups of water with the ginger for 10 minutes. After it is done, remove it from the heat and add the lemon juice. Mix them and add 1 tablespoon of honey. And you have your ginger lemon honey tea. Drinking one cup of this tea in the morning is enough but if you want to have faster and better results have 2-3 cups a day.

Ginger has the thermogenic capacity so it will raise your body temperature and as a result of that, it will stimulate the fat burning process in your body. Also, ginger is very good for cortisol production. Cortisol is a steroid hormone which is very important to the maintenance of homeostasis. And because it is regulating many of the changes that occur in the body in response to stress people are calling it 'the stress hormone'

It may take sometime to get regular. Even after that it does not be regular then consult for homoeopathic treatment. You may give her Homoeopathic medicine Nux Vomica 30 2 doses. See if it helps.

I am married for four years but till now never had intercourse as she feels immense pain and I being a soft person don't force her much. She is not so educated and so belief in old ideology like blame others as mine is very thick. I want to know is there any medical procedures available to make it thin or any other alternatives? She is obese while me only 54 kg and she 65 kg. Don't want to use gel also. Is there any other position safe for us. I indulge in sucking as a alternative but it leads to heavy bleeding and pain for many days and she says it happens bcoz of this only is it true? And how safe it is? She curse me for that also. What should I do? One year back she had undergone operation also for heavy bleeding. Thx please suggest.

Dear friend, the condition is called vaginismus this is the result of an involuntary vaginal muscle spasm, which makes any kind of vaginal penetration painful or impossible. It has more psychological reasons like 1fear of pain associated with penetration, particularly the popular misconception of" breaking" the hymen upon the first attempt at penetration, or the idea that vaginal penetration will inevitably hurt the first time it occurs 2 knowledge of (or witnessing) sexual or physical abuse of others, without being personally abused 3 also in asian countries there may be some guilt of doing something wrong involved. You must get her counseled by a good gynecologist/psychologist. Also she should do kegel exercise. You can watch it on youtube lastly the bleeding could be from cervix and not vagina, in any case for that gt her checked.

Health Benefits of Tomato

Sexologist Clinic
Sexologist, Faridabad

Eating lots of tomatoes, any way you can, is a great thing. This fruit that acts like a vegetable is loaded with health properties

  1. Tomatoes contain all four major carotenoids: alpha- and beta-carotene, lute in, and lycopene. These carotenoids may have individual benefits, but also have synergy as a group (that is, they interact to provide health benefits).

2. In particular, tomatoes contain awesome amounts of lycopene, thought to have the highest antioxidant activity of all the carotenoids.

3.Tomatoes contain all three high-powered antioxidants: beta-carotene (which has vitamin A activity in the body), vitamin E, and vitamin C. A U.S. Department of Agriculture report, What We Eat in America, noted that a third or us get too little vitamin C and almost half get too little vitamin A.

Hello, Ideally she should opt for emergency contraceptive pill within 72 hrs to avoid unplanned pregnancy. Pregnancy test won't be reflective until next 15 days.
