Your weight is unusually low. Your BMI is about 10, means severely underweight. You should get yourself checked for Thyroid and Blood Sugar + CBC. In addition you must take a dose of de worming tablet now and after every six months. For your diet improvement you can do this... 1.Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew or peanuts daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well.

As per your concern i would suggest you an remedy Natural home remedy using ashwagandha, hot milk and clarified butter: 1. Take 1 glass hot milk 2. Hi, you can reduce your calorie intake, drink more water, exercise daily on routine basis (cardio exercise) for 6 months to find difference in yourself.

Dear sir, This is jaishankar from chennai, I have knee pain for the last 6 months. When I walk in the stairs of my house or in the railway stations I can go fast and I didn't get any pain but now if I walk on the stairs or stations I will walk step by step and every 10/15 steps I should have a knee pain. Still now I didn't get any treatment for this ,can you give me any suggestions or advise in this regards?

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Neck pain has become a common life style problem. Almost every youngster remain busy in net surfing. Chatting and many other gadgetry activities for hours togather which is causing this postural muscle spasm very often. You must not carry on such activities continuously but give breaks in between. Sleep with a thin pillow. Never lie on your timmy and read / chat on your gadgets. If you font follow such simple means pain will recur. Coming to the remedies. A) local dry heat. Light massage. Self massage will also be helpful. B) tab carisoma compound. 2 tab twice daily c) volini spray locally thrice daily d) physiotherapy like traction forv10 days may help.

Hi Haris Your problem is arising out of anticipation and nervousness which is arising out of lack of confidence. This is a serious issue as it interferes with your performance. You need to improve your confidence and the problem will resolve. Dietary changes are not going to help in your case. 6 Tips To Prevent Silent Heart Attack!

A heart attack does not always have obvious symptoms, such as pain in your chest, shortness of breath and cold sweats. In fact, a heart attack can actually happen without a person knowing it. This condition is known as a ‘silent heart attack’, medically known as ‘silent ischemia’, occurring due to the shortage of oxygen supply to the heart muscle. The causes of a silent heart attack are similar to that of a heart attack. 

They include- 

  1. Conditions like: 
  2. Lack of exercise 
  3. Age, usually above 65 
  4. Consumption of tobacco or smoking 
  5. High consumption of alcohol 

A silent cardiac arrest makes one more vulnerable to another heart attack that could be fatal. Diagnosis: The only method to diagnose if you had a silent heart attack is through imaging tests, such as echocardiogram, electrocardiogram, Holter Monitoring or others. These tests can show certain changes which might be indicative of a heart attack. An analysis of one’s overall health and the symptoms can aid in deciding whether few more tests are required. 

How would you prevent a silent heart attack? 
1.    Get your cholesterol and blood pressure count tested regularly. 
2.    Refrain from smoking. 
3.    Get your VO2 max checked regularly. 
4.    Live a healthy lifestyle: Refrain from smoking and excessive alcohol consumption; exercise daily, eat healthy. 
5.    Control high blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes 
6.    Be aware of your body and call on a doctor if you feel there’s anything which is bothering you. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Cardiologist.

Kindly show me your all the reports rheumatoid arthritis is a self limiting disease. Acute phase can be managed with medicines. Physiotherapy helps in preventing contractures & deformities. Keep your moral up! any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Dear user. TESTICULAR PAIN could be due to epididymitis, or inflammation of the testicles, caused by the STI chlamydia. Gangrene, or the death of tissues, as a result of untreated testicular torsion or trauma. A hydrocele, which is characterized by swelling of the scrotum. An inguinal hernia. I suggest you to consult a doctor for further investigation and treatment. Take care.

Take jatamansi herbal powder in one gram (1/4th of tea spoon) dose half an hour before bed with warm water daily. Apply cow's ghee on soles of feet before sleep. Also drink one glass of full cream buffalo milk at night. Practice meditation daily. You have to keep your mind away from getting into so many thoughts. This will help you. Try this at least for 15- 20 days. Have a wonderful sleep soon.

You can take adequate water in pneumonia.
