I feel very tired. And I get tired even for playing for 10 minutes. How to increase stamina?

Hye, Thanks for the query. Stamina and energy can reduce if your diet is not good. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Sleep well.    Exercise at least thrice a week.

Please do a x-ray of the affected area. Do hot compresses. Also take mag phos 6x - twice daily. Avoid sitting/standing too long at a stretch.

Hi, I feel sudden pain between lower part of my left breast and rib, and recently I faced intense pain on my upper part of left breast. I am not sure whether this pain is related to any kind of heart or other related issue. But it will be difficult to breath at the time of pain. May I know this pain related to heart or any other breast related issue.

There could be multiple causes of chest or breast pain. Most common ones are as follows: 1) Costochondritis: It is due to the inflammation of the joint between rib and breast bone i.e. Sternum. It leads to a catch in breathing and responds to painkillers. 2) Cardiac pain or Angina: Due to blockage in vessels supplying heart. It is a constricting type of pain which is usually retrosternal, but may be on left chest, left arm or upper abdomen (epigastric region mimicking gastritis). It may be associated with sweating, palpitation, hypo or hypertension. It needs to be seen urgently by a physician. Severe sudden pain may be due to aortic dissection or aortic aneurysm, which is an acute emergency. 3) Acidity or gastric reflux disease: leads to upper abdominal or retrosternal burning pain. Responds well to antacids. 4) Breast pain: It can be due to variety of reasons ranging from ill fitting bra, jogger™s nipples, gynaecomastia in males, cyclical mastalgia, fibrocystic changes, Breast cysts, galactocele, trauma, abscess to rarely cancer. 5) Pleuritic pain: this is due to inflammation of the covering membrane of the lungs, which is usually accompanied by fever and could be due to underlying pathology of lung like pneumonia or Tuberculosis If pain is severe of accompanied with sweating or palpitation or fever, better to see a doctor immediately in emergency Department. If Breast pain then see a breast surgeon who would examine you to rule out the different causes and ask for an ultrasound scan or mammography if needed. If acidity then your GP will deal with it and if need be refer you for an upper GI Endoscopy. If you still have any doubts, feel free to contact me.

you would need medicines for uric acid and cholesterol . are you taking any other other medicines . please consult in private for the same because writing medicine are not allowed in public domain. however i am helping you with the diet that is required in your case. Dyslipidemia Do`s Take plenty of salads , cucumber, lettuce, onions, raddish, carrots.Eat sprouts- moong, moth, kale chane, chick peas. More green veg like cabbage, palak, methi, bhindi, brinjal, pumpkin. Start meal with soups- tomato , clear soups, corn, carrot, vegetable ( without butter).Skimmed double toned milk. Plenty of Fruits ( Not for you if you are diabetic ). Take Garlic, Soya, curd , apples , oats.Fish, Lean chicken, egg white.Limited use of oil – only 1-2 spoon in a meal. Aerobic exercise for 45 minutes daily if possible.Safflower oil, Til oil, Soyabean contain PUFAS and lower bad cholesterol. Omega 6 present in vegetable oil and Omega 3 in fish also lower the bad cholesterol. Dont`s Saturated Fatty Acids present in butter , egg yolk, beef, pork, ghee , cheese elevate bad cholesterol and hence should be avoided. Avoid peanuts and most nut products.Walnuts are healthy, have them in moderation.Avoid deep fried foods like Samosa, Tikki , Pakoda, poori, fried meats.Avoid red meat, pork , lamb, beef.Avoid Smoking. Alcohol in moderation only – 60 ml per day. If Obese- lose weight immediately

1. Go for regular exercise like brisk walking for 30 minutes daily, 2. Reduce weight if you are over weight 3. Take adequate rest and have 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night 4. Avoid stress 5. Avoid dietary sugar like bread, pasta, use healthy fats like olive oil 6. Take zinc containing food like milk, meat, fish, cheese, beans, yogurt etc 7. Take vitamin d supplement (1000-2000 mg daily). 8. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables, cauliflower, spinach, bean, mushroom, onion, garlic, fruits, diet rich in mono unsaturated fat& eomega 3 fatty acid (walnut, almond, flax seed/flax seed oil, soybean/soy milk/ oil), egg, fish, fish oil, sardines, salmon, dark chocolate, carrots, oats, blue berries/ banana/pomegranate/cereals, 9. Drink plenty of water, pomegranate juice, green tea 2-3 cups /day without sugar/ milk (green tea contains anti oxidant like flavonoid and helps in improving sperm quality, but in high doses may affect sperm quality) 10. Avoid smoking, alcohol consumption 11. Take one capsule of zevit daily, 12. If required you have to take injection testosterone after checking blood testosterone level and consulting doctor.

Stomach problem. I got a job and its been only 5 days since I have started working. Every day without eating anything my stomach get filled up and starts paining at evening. I do not know whether its because that I have to sit on the chair from morning to evening. please suggest me some remedies.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated. Walk in between your job.

Do pranayam daily to control mind. Avoid tension. Medicine german reckeweg gelsimium 30, 4-5 drops orally, single dose morn, empty stomach mixed fruit juice daily evening.

I Am A 21 Year Old Guy I Have Pain In My Backside Of Neck Left Scapula Pain, Pain In Spine At Different Points And Pain In Knee This Problem Is Start Last Year Pain Started In Upper Body But After Few Months Knee Pain Started I Consulted To Doctors In Sports Injury Centre Delhi They Said All Thing Are Absolutely Fine My Vitamin D Level Is Come Out Very Low But Now After Taking The Granules Of Vitamin D For Three Months Regularly It Reaches To 84 ng And Doctors Said Now It's Maintained And They Suggested To Close Calcium And Vitamin D Dose Now I'm Not On Any medication But I Have Too Much Pain In My Knees And Back, Neck And Scapula Portion Of Left Arm, I Feel Sometimes Not Well Feel Anxiety And Fainting And Feel Vomiting But I Never Vomit In This Situation. I Have Stiffness In My Back side, I Am Too Upset I'm Suffering Since 10-12 Months Doctors Said I'm Fine But I Still In Pain They Said Do Running And Other Physical Activity Etc. And I Have Love To Do This But I Have Fear That I Break My Joints Because In My Left Arm My Elbow Have Also Pain And I Feel Like I Lift Something For Arm strengthening Then I Will Broke My Elbow. I'm In Very Bad Situations I Have Done X-Rays Of My Arm And Spine Also Everything Is Normal In Report What Should I do Please Help Me I'm Suffering This Since 1 Year Even I Can't Sit Straight For 5 Min. While Attending Class In My College And Doing Written Work I Can't Sit Around 5 Min After 5 Min I Feel Too Much Pain And Stiffness in My Backside Of Neck And Back And In My Scapula To Much Friction I Feel It Doesn't Move Smoothly And Clicks Occurs I Have A Pointed Pain In Under Scapula And It Doesn't Fix At Their Place And Every Time I Move My Arm For Relaxing The Muscle Or Scapula The Pain Increases. I think you are suffering from early degenerative spondyloarthopathy. Initially bcs of def of D3. Pls avoid few things first like- bending forward, avoid pillow during sleep, active neck bending and avoid chronic sitting. And first go for physiotherapy with proper exercise or ultrasonictherapy if needed-- then warm compression every day and maintain postural care. Medical/drug therapy not ADVICED without discussing with you properly.
