Dear lybrate-user, I think you can get started with some oral isotretinoin after consulting a near by dermatologist. Work on your diet and exercise as well. Continue washing your face with cetrilak or acnelak soap at least 3-4 times a day. Do write to me if needed any further help.

Hi lybrate-user, While you can use some medicines to overcome irregular menstrual cycle, they may have undesirable side effects. But you can try natural home remedies for irregular periods. 1. Yoga: When you undertake yoga exercises, you are helping your body release endorphins which help the body deal with stress easily. It does not mean that you limit yourself to yoga alone since many types of exercises can be undertaken with the same or even better results. The change in the pigmentation on your face is called chloasma, or melasma. The dark line that runs down your belly during pregnancy is called the linea nigra. These darker patches are caused by high levels of pregnancy hormones in your body, which decrease after you've given birth. Yu can use laser therapy to remove it.

Drink warm lemon water each day to help flush toxins from the body. Cut out sugar and alcohol for a few days (at least five) to give your body and skin a break. Up your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables to boost the amount of skin-saving nutrients you're getting. Limit salty snacks, which can cause swelling and water retention.

Hi, first of all for initial stages of mild fever - take Schwabe's Biocombination - 11 immediately. But in later stages of fever with some other cause (apart from cough & cold) and symptoms, need to know more details. May be, some blood tests will have to be advised..for proper diagnosis and treatment.

*Take nutritious healthy food *Have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *Avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. *Use warm or cold water for bath and NOT very hot water. * Hard water is harmful. It is diabetes as fasting is more than 126 & hba1c more than 6.5. But there is no readon to worry as she can be managed with diet control and exercises that is bridk walking. She should avoid sugar and fried items to loose weight. She can eat all types if dals and vegetables. She should get investigated for complication of diabetes affecting eyes kidneys and heart as some patients have complications at time of diagnosis.

Hello, We need make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition): - Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator. -Standing while you work can help your body get more activity than if you were just sitting down. Spend at least some of your work day standing instead of sitting in order to help your blood flow and maintain your muscles. -Do more chores. Lots of household chores actually involve a lot of exercise and being better about doing chores can be a great way for you to fit activity and exercise into your day. -Aim to exercise for a total of 30 minutes per day and you’ll easily be able to maintain your fitness level. -Some exercises will be more efficient than others, and choosing these more efficient exercises means that the small amount of time that you do spend exercising will really count. Try to choose exercises that focus on your core muscles, since your legs and arms can get activity through daily activities like lifting bags of groceries and walking a longer distance from your car. Try squats, planks, burpees. -Get indulge into some activity at home like riding a bicycle, swimming, playing active games with your kids. -Eating right. Cut out unhealthy fats and take in healthy fats. The easiest way to identify unhealthy fats is to look for “solid” fats, or fats that are solid at room temperature. Get plenty of protein. Protein will help you maintain your muscles and also give you the energetic feeling that you may be missing now that you’re getting less exercise. Good protein sources include skinless chicken, salmon, sardines, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and peas. Eat properly portioned, balanced meals. Generally, about ⅓ of your plate should be fruits and vegetables and ⅓ of your plate should be grains. The final third should be a mix of protein and low-fat dairy (cottage cheese, eggs, non-fat milk, etc). -Drinking enough water also has the added bonus of keeping your hunger level down, helping you to maintain the lower calorie count that you’ll be getting now that you’re not exercising as much.
