Pain in teeth while eating hot or cold food is indication of sensitivity. You can use sensitivity toothpaste. Normal healthy teeth need not be pearly white. A slightly milky colour is quiet common. Still if you want to lighten you teeth colour you can go for bleaching.

We’ve all had the experience of feeling anxious about something, to the degree that it keeps us up and makes it hard to fall asleep. If you’re a worrier by nature, your fears and concerns may regularly cause you to lie awake in bed for hours, tossing and turning. When this happens frequently, one naturally begins to feel anxious about bedtime as night approaches, making it even harder to wind down. The good news is that anxiety can be successfully treated. Often through simple things you can do yourself, the vicious cycle can be broken. 1) Take deep, relaxing breaths Taking deep, relaxing breaths can calm the nervous system and decrease general tension. When you notice yourself starting to worry or tense up, take several slow deep breaths in a row (breathe in through your nose, and exhale your fears and worries out your mouth). I also use this technique whenever I have a difficult time falling asleep. 2) Avoid caffeine If you’re a worrier, stay away from caffeine, particularly in the latter half of the day. If you must have something in the morning, choose green tea as it contains an amino acid, L-theanine, which promotes serenity and calm. 3) Try guided relaxation techniques Find a guided, relaxation recording that you like and use it daily. Learn to shift from tension to relaxation by listening to the recording when you’re stressed, or in bed at night to help you relax and fall asleep. 4) Write down your worries When your fears run around familiar tracks in your mind all day, it can be hard to gain control of them. Stop the cycle of chronic worrying by writing your fears in a journal. What is the worst that could happen? What is more likely to happen, optimistically? What can you do to improve the situation? When you examine your fears, they usually lose their power. 5) Exercise to blow off steam If you’re feeling really keyed up, try going for a run, a brisk walk or go to the gym. Consciously work off and shake off your fears and worries as you do it. Physical activity releases stress and also improves depth of sleep at night. 6) Try Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Anxiety is often a result of poor thought habits such as fearing the worst, focusing on the negative, inaccurate assumptions and negative self-talk. CBT techniques can change your habitual ways of seeing the world. If your anxiety is significant, consider seeing a professional therapist trained in CBT. Alternatively, there are CBT self-help tools and worksheets available online that can help you work through your worries. 7) Get enough sleep Ironically, the less sleep you get, the more anxious you’re likely to be. It’s also harder to manage stress. If you’ve been feeling anxious, the last thing you want to do is cut corners on sleep. Get to bed earlier, to give yourself the best chance at a solid night’s rest. Finally, if you’ve been feeling anxious for a long time and it’s affecting your sleep significantly, it’s important to let your doctor know about it, in addition to trying these tips.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. Follow these instructions and methods to reduce dark circles: * take proper sleep 6 to 8 hrs daily. * drink 6 to 7 glass of water daily. * apply moisturizer around the eyes do massage slowly for 3 to 5 minutes daily. * do long breathing pranayams daily for 5 to 10 minutes. * apply piece of cucumber on eyes it has bleaching property for reduce dark circles.

Please do morning exercises - stretching exercises. Also take milk and banana daily in morning. Include nuts and fruits in your diet daily. Early to bed and early to rise should be followed.

Garlic can do wonders to your libido. Garlic has always been seen as a miracle herb that heals body organs. It normalizes the blood flow especially towards the penis. Many ancient civilizations have used garlic to increase and heal the sexuality. I have personally tried garlic and can vouch for its powers. It is not only good for vitality and little jhony it is also great for your general health.

How to Use:

You can eat three to four garlic cloves daily for a if you are having difficulty getting an erection. You can cut that down to three times a week after a month. that is if you start feeling better down there. you can also use grated garlic in your meat to get the desired result but raw garlic cloves work much better. Your breath will be awful but I am sure your partner won’t complain after your performance in bed.

I am 26 old female married with two kids ,4 years back I had tubal ligation and now this year's from last three months I missed periods, light burning sensation in stomach above belly .feeling hunger. And one more thing every year in may or June in summer I used to get blood stools. But now from last three days in again having blood stools having pain in anal While going to stool after that no pain .can you explain the reasons for wat this going on.

Hello- It has nothing to do with your tubal ligation. You might be suffering from internal piles. Avoid spicy diet. Skip fasting. Make your bowel clear with the use of ayurvedic laxatives. Don't strain during defecation. Start Abhyaristha 2 tsp twice daily with equal water after meals.

Exfoliate your face gently. Exfoliation removes dead skin cells, impurities and excess oil while preparing your skin for cleansing and toning. ... Pour some toner onto some cotton batting. ... Mix chickpeas flour (besan), green gram flour, turmeric powder, rose water, and milk to form a paste. Then scrub your face with this paste for at least two minutes. Use this scrub consistently to get rid of your facial hair, naturally.
