Increasing in frequency of stool may be few reasons. One indigestion once the lower portion of intestines do not clear it will give sensation of flushing. There may be piles or fissures which also cause more flush. Due you have any pain during passing stool or frothy stool or hard / liquid stool. Any relation with eating as gastro colic reflex is very common. Please explain your symptoms in this light to understand well thanks.

This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure kati basti. Do this for five days with medicated oil if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. You will definitely get good result.

Brush atlst thrice a day. At night brush with baking soda and rinse your mouth with lemon water. Use mouth wash. Chew few holy basil leaves. Chew neem leaves at night. Visit a dentist. Hi, take complete bed rest. Consume high protein diet like sprouts, egg, soya, milk and milk products to regain the energy and strength which is lost due to the infection. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. Consume plenty of fluids. Take the antibiotics prescribed by the doctor for 10-14 days. Repeat the blood test after 15 days. Avoid outside food and fresh and hot home made food is preferred.

For a comprehensive, hair fall prevention regimen, you need to be equipped with a diet plan that includes foods that can arrest hair fall and stimulate better scalp health. Recommendations here include eating more seeds and nuts (almonds and peanuts) along with green leafy vegetables like spinach and sprouts of a variety of dals (legumes). Basically, foods rich in calcium, protein and iron are vital for ensuring overall health of the scalp. Combine this with some basic dietary supplementation, i.e. using over-the-counter products that help to ensure wholesome nutrition for your hair. Regular intake of Amla juice ensures adequate amounts of Vitamin C but you can boost this with eating more guavas. Ensure you take a multivitamin that combines beta-carotenes, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin E and trace amounts of zinc and iron.

Hi 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result.

Hello Niraj To achieve your goals 55kg weight you should follow some weight gaining tips. Getup early morning. Drink plenty of water. Do exercise and Yoga, kapalbhati. Eat protein and carbohydrates rich foods. Take sufficient sleep. Avoid smoking and drinking habits if you have them. Avoid fried and spicy junk foods. Live stress free.

For pimples apply Faceclin gel twice daily over affected area. For marks use Photoscreen Depigment cream/Demelan cream once weekly at night (very little on marks only) Rejuglow face wash/Episoft OC cleanser/Saslic DS wash, wash face 3-4 times in a day. Chemical combination peels to clear face.

Don't worry, just focus on keeping your face clean - use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Morning sickness is one of the unpleasant experiences during pregnancy. Some women dread at the thought of it. It is more common in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, especially with the first child. Allopathy attributes this to hormonal changes, vitamin deficiency, dehydration, etc.   Homeopathy believes that this morning sickness happens with the physical, emotional, and biological adjustments that the mother has to make with the new baby growing within her. As with all conditions, homeopathy believes in not just giving a medication to cure the nausea but to identify the associated symptoms and manage the woman as a whole entity.

Some of the popular homeopathic options available are listed below:

  1. Colchicum:  The mere thought of food intensifies the nausea, especially fish and eggs. Any movement increases the nausea. There is an urge to consume carbonated drinks. The woman chooses to sleep with her knees drawn close to the chest.
  2. Sepia: The smell and thought of food worsens the nausea sensation. There is a craving for vinegar, sweets, and pickles.  There is a feeling of heaviness in the pelvis. This exhaustion leaves you with a feeling of indifference to close family and friends.  Exercise can improve the feeling.
  3. Pulsatilla: Staying in a closed, stuffy room make the nausea worse.  Being out in the open air makes it better.  Walking makes it better. The craving for sweet and fatty foods is high, but that worsens the nausea.  Water consumption is reduced. Mood is unpredictable, wanting comfort and reassurance.
  4. Nux Vomica: The woman wakes up from bed with a nausea, but not able to vomit out. The woman is hyperstimulated and feels very anxious and stressed.  Light and sound can also add to the irritation. There is a strong insomnia component to this woman. 
  5. Cocculus indicus:  Loss of appetite, with even the thought or smell or sight of food making you nauseous.  There is a highly tired and fatigued feeling.  The person can feel chills, vertigo, and loss of sleep. The symptoms are usually worse in the afternoon.
  6. Ipecacuanha:  The nausea is severe and constant, but is not relieved with vomiting.  There is profuse salivation and constant spitting. 
  7. Tabacum: The nausea in this woman is persistent, is worse when in a warm room, and induced by even the slightest smell of tobacco. The nauseas feels better when there is fresh air movement, might ask for the car windows to be open.  There is also an urge to leave the abdomen uncovered.

In addition to these, some tips to avoid morning sickness include eating a dry cracker before getting out of bed, avoiding fatty foods for dinner, drinking plenty of water, and including a lot of ginger in your diet.
