Massage your breast in circular motion from down to up with olive oil, spend 15 minutes on each breast. Do exercise to strengthen your pectoral muscles. Take high protien diet.

PRP for Hair Loss!

PRP treatment for hair loss is a treatment that includes drawing back a patient’s own blood, preparing and processing it in a way that only the patient’s PRP (platelet-rich plasma) cells remain, and then it is infused it into the scalp. PRP contains basic proteins that help in regular hair development.

This is how the platelet rich plasma treatment functions:

  1. PRP works by drawing and transforming the dead hair follicles into a working development stage.
  2. Your blood contains little cells called platelets that help in blood clot formation.
  3. Platelets additionally contain particular elements that when activated, help in tissue recovery and generation.
  4. These same elements may enable hair to develop or moderate the hair loss.
  5. Blood is drawn and afterwards spun in an axis, which helps in isolating the platelet rich plasma from whatever remains of the blood.
  6. Local anesthesia is given to the scalp so the patient feels no pain at all.
  7. The platelet rich plasma is then infused into the scalp. No sedation or prescription is required.
  8. Early recovery requires an administration of each nine to eighteen months.

Results may vary from person to person. However, all the treatments have shown optimistic results so far. It should not be considered a “cure” for hair loss since no guarantees can be taken as yet. Some people might feel that this is not suitable for them.

There are a few ways in which you can know whether this treatment is ideal for you or not:

You are not a great candidate for this treatment if you:

  • Have medical conditions, for example, liver diseases, skin infections or cancer of any type and any metabolic and systemic disorders.
  • Have experienced anti-coagulation treatment
  • If you have any kind of platelet disorders or dysfunctions.

This treatment is also not suitable for people who have:

  • Extremely sensitive skin
  • Baldness that might be hereditary due to some other disease unknown to you
  • In case you have other diseases, the causes and symptoms of which are unknown
  • If you are pregnant
  • If you are undergoing chemotherapy
  • If you have any type of problems in your brain

Those who have been clinically approved to go ahead with this surgery usually include people who are physically healthy and do not suffer from any type of chronic illness or diseases. Before you consult with a doctor and agree upon undergoing this surgery, make sure that you give the specialist, your entire medical history and let them know about each and every problem your body has had or has gone through so that you avoid any kind of risks in the future.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

U have to take proper and regular treatment in homoeopathy u will definitely get benefited. Beverages---black tea, green tea, herbal tea. Once in a while black coffee. Refreshers---lime water, infused water, lime and soda. Vegetable juice. No fruit juices.

For increase of height- take protein rich food -eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses, dry fruits, soya milk etc. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables and greens provide carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption of food and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Chances are better for the age group up to 20 years. Homoeopathic treatment will be beneficial to you.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

My mother was treated for bilateral pulmonary embolism and during post discharge regular intake of warfarin for 6 months suggested. She is diabetic and also bedridden due to minor compression fracture in backbone as well as two minor cracks on pelvic bone. Due to warfarin intake blood in urine observed followed by urine infection further requiring intensive care on hospitalization. Is there any proven substitute for warfarin either in ayurveda or else homeopathy?

Your mother has multiple problems. 1. Pulmonary embolism, for which she needs to take anticoagulants. There are substitute drugs available (if she is having problems with warfarin). These drugs are either in injectable form (low molecular weight heparin injections) or tablets (newer anticoagulants). The safety profile of these drugs is better than warfarin and the do not need strict monitering like warfarin does. 2. Backbone compression and pelvic bone cracks could be due to osteoporosis (weak bones, sply in females after menopause). Osteoporosis in itself needs treatment (calcium, vit D and specific drugs). So discuss with your doctor in detail about osteoporosis, and secondary prevention of thrombosis (blood clotting and embolism).

Hello lybrate-user, what is the problem with digestion needs to be diagonised by a good gastroenterologist. Regarding weight you seem to be burning calories very quickly and so your weight is only 47. Eat calorie dense food high in protein and moderate fat. Choose milkshakes with nuts and dryfruits, paneer sandwitches/ parathas, chikkis may help. Taking sound sleep of 8-10 hours for good growth. Do weight training atleast3 days a week.
