Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn spinal exercises 3. Apply volini cream before sleeping 4. Don't sit on floor 5. Wear sports shoes 6. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement 7. Use lumber spine belt.

I have anterolithesis grade 1 disc bulge at l3-4 and diffuse disc bulge at l4-5.i have no pain but my both legs get numb while standing and walking for just 2-3 minutes. C.

If you have already tried then go for surgical treatment to decompress the nerve. Do follow lifestyle modifications like this - 1)Do exercise. Strengthening the trunk muscles helps stabilize and support the spine. 2)Try to maintain good posture. Good posture reduces the pressure on your spine and disks. Keep your back straight and aligned, particularly when sitting for long periods. Lift heavy objects properly, making your legs — not your back — do most of the work. 3)Try to maintain a healthy weight. Excess weight puts more pressure on the spine and disks, making them more susceptible to herniation. Hope that helps
