Dear Lybrateuser, - She should take dietary precaution - avoid spicy, fried, sour & processed food, also restrict intake of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day - do not skip meals, have meals on time, chew your food well, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals, do not lye down for about an hour after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - take tablet Pan 40, 1 tablet half an. Hour before breakfast - do regular exercise like walking for 15-20 min, also do yoga & deep breathing for 5-10 min daily morning to keep body fit.

My daughter has stone in gallbladder. No reason has been observed in her all tests of stone. Her stone is increased by 3mm from last year. It is 6mm now. I don't want to increase that more. What should be her diet. Do I should exclude tomato. Cabbage pumpkin. Bottle Gourd. chocolate from her diet.

You need to take medicines that can help in removing them naturally such as our medicines combination of herbal and homeo that will help in removing stones via motion passage. Gall bladder gets diseased due to an unhealthy diet and lifestyle. This leads to an imbalance of the acid-alkali balance in the body which causes the cholesterol to precipitate in the gall bladder leading to stone formation. Over time, these may get infected and lead to an acute inflammation, pain, fever etc. A stone may move ahead into a narrow passage or the duct and get stuck leading to severe agony. The safest and way that should be used to remove gall stones is removing it naturally, not just remove gall stones from gall bladder but also remove the cause of gall stones and about the things you are saying to exclude tomato yes you should do that or you should exclude any fatty food from her diet.

Sir, when I'm getting washroom (latrine) just only gas is releasing that too very severely.

Sir, when I'm getting washroom (latrine) just only gas is releasing that too very severely.
Although having gas is common, it can be extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing at times. Gas is eliminated either by burping (belching) or passing it through the rectum (flatulence). Half to two liters is produced normally in adults and may pass up to 14 times a day on an average. But the condition can be really bad for some individuals -one study noted a person who expelled gas 140 times daily, with 70 passages in a period of just four hours. Although every one has gas, but why do some suffer from it more than others? The answer lies either in their biological conditions of their gastro-intestinal tract or in their eating habits. The Gas usually comes from two sources – (a) the air that is swallowed in with food while eating, (b) as a part of normal breakdown of certain undigested foods by harmless bacteria naturally present in the large intestine. Homeopathy can be a great help for those who suffer from this too much gas problem. Homeopathic medicines Carbo Veg, Lycopodium, China and Nux Vomica lead the homeopathic table in treating this problem. A constitutional homoeopathic treatment will cure you permanently You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance and permanent cure without any side effects

Hi lybtrate user, a newborn baby can pass stool for 10 to 15 times a day or sometimes it will not pass stool for altogether 5-6 days, both the conditions are normal, so don't worry about it. This happens because babies are on only milk diet. As far as gases are concerned burping after every feed will be very useful.

It means that there is no evidence for cancer but there is an evidence of oesophagitis due to GERD and hence Take tablet Pan-L before breakfast on empty stomach for three months and always to take a gap of a week before starting it again only if necessary and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2cc intramuscularly every fourth days for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional
