Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (bmi) of under 18.5 a weight 15% to 20% below that normal for their age and height group. Low weight may be due to improper diet, reduced assimilation from intestine, illness, metabolism, genetics etc. Thus first we have to rule out any such condition, with this have a healthy diet with more proteins (legumes, eggs, fish, lean meat, vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water and go for regular exercise. A homoeopathic constitutional treatment will definitely help you a lot.

Every other day, I wake up with a headache which lasts through the day. Eyesight is fine, stomach is also fine. It is usually concentrated on the left temple, not unbearable but enough to ruin my work day. What should I do?

Sleep in position with legs raised from waist and headlow making 90 degree angle for 10 mins. This will relieve your headache in 6-7 mins. And if possible also take tab dolo 650 mg. And try to sleep earlier in night and get adequate sleep.

Actually when I eat banana my stomach start paining and whenever I go to washroom that time my stomach is normal or when I drink water that time also my stomach again started paining what is this happening with me?

you may be allergic to banana which contains serotonin you may be allergic to that hence you should avoid that .you are also having hyperacidity durvto which you are having pain off and on you should strtart drinking milk at regular intervals and do not keep empty stomach for long threby increasing the risk of developing gastric ulcers. milk is a good antacid.

I am m/48 from Chennai suffering from Gastric acidity problem for the past 4 years. I have taken 2 years allopathy medicine as per the advice of senior gastro neurologist. No improvement. Now in addition to this my muscles beating all over the body and mild jerk in hand and leg. Kindly suggest me.

You change food habites. Avoid too spacy fast junk end nonveg food. Take simple veg food with green vegitabales salad. Do aerobic excersices yoga will help you take Ķeva acidrops drops 5 drops in a cup of normal water empty stomach after 30 minu ties take breakfast end evening also 5dropa on 4th day 10 drops in morning end 10 drops in night for a month than consult me for further treatment.

Dear, shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. Instead concentrate on food, if all other factors are fine. -protein rich diet, dry fruits-almonds, dates.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before and with meals.

See the standard ref. For normal values for that lab, and look if they are low or not for your daughter. But once started you have to give lifelong. If still confused, visit paediatric endocrinologist. It is worth, you are dealing with a illness for rest of life.

this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy): Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food And follow care advises given below. Dear I suppose you meant constipation as your problem. That can be because of antibiatic medicine. Was any new medicine introduced of late? also sedentary lifestyle, poor fiber intake and inadequate fluids can harden stools. Try to walk more with more water and fibrous diet along with review of prescription will help.

Hye, Wajan kam hona poshtikta ki kami ka asar hota hai.  Aap theek see waqt waqt pe khaye.  Ek waqt pe poshtik khana khaye. Thoda Thoda samay samay pe khana le. Din mein 6 se 7 baar acche se pet bhar khaye.  Bahar ki khane ki cheze kam le. Inse sirf charbi badhegi maas nahi.  Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal doodh shengdaana khajoor lassi batata le. Chai coffee soda kam le, isse poshtikta nahi milti balke pet jaldi bhar jaata hai.  Sahi samay pe Sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan acche se  badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 3 din zaroor kare. Wyaayam se maas aur wajan badhega aur bhook bhi lagegi. Sirf 2 ya 3 baar khane se kamjori hogi.  Meetha khaana ho tho ghar pe banaaya kheer sheera lassi basundi le. Sirf dawa ya protein powder ya tonic lene se wajan nahi badhega. Uske liye acche se khaana aur Wyaayam bahut zaroori hai. Nahi tho powder ka bhi asar nahi hota. Apne aap ko waqt de, wajan badhne mein waqt lag sakta hai.

Home remedy for chronic constipation n flatulence- bel's pulp (bilva, aegle marmelos)- 100 gm sonf - 100 gm isabgol - 100 gm cardamom (small) - 100 gm mix all well with sugar (300 gm)- store this granulated powder well.
