Dear, it is mainly due to infection (mainly fungal) in your scalp, as skin of scalp is very little blood supply, so take time to remove infections, it comes in from of dandruff. For control on hair fall you have to control on dandruff and infection. So if you want cure. Consult privately.

For your hairfall you need to change your shampoo into a baby shampoo. Avoid iodized salt. Massage your scalp with hot oil take olive oil+coconut oil and give heat and then massage. Use natural henna powder dipped in liquor of tea overnight. Next day add whole egg, curd,10 ml coconut oil, few drops of lemon juice. Apply it on scalp, let it be dry then rinse thoroughly. Do it once in a week. With this you need proper homeopathic treatment for complete cure of your problem. Regrowth of your hair is possible if roots are there. For your diabetes. U knw diabetes is a disease where you need to change your life style. Take 275 gm rice+atta. Take only that amount of rice and roti which will made with that. Take lots of veggies. Avoid high calorie food. Take guava every day. Whenever you feel hungry take guava and cucumber. Avoid alcohol. Stop smoking. Walk regularly briskly for 1 hr. This are the thing you need to do. Great, , thanks for your q! this not a age that you started snoring. See if you continued after your marriage too. You may be having metabolic symdrome that's why you so worried. 3-4 hrs time bet'n your dinner n retiring on bed. Exercise. Reduce water input n sour n salty food habits. Sleep on lateral positions. Consider to have authentic ayurveda opinion even after sleep study as i've benefited 90% of cases which r adviced to go for surgery.

Hello Dipro, I understand your concern because, this kind of belly growth is breeding ground for many diseases (blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, certain kind of cancers, arthritis etc), which can affect the quality of your life ahead. This is a lifestyle related issue and it can be surely treated with intensive lifestyle modification program. Major factor in your case may be stress related hormonal issue. Most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness but it may not reduce weight much. Calorie counting is useless. If you want to count, count nutritional value of food in terms of protein, fiber, good fat etc. I am sure you did not gain this much weight suddenly but over a period of time. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works (moves your weight in right direction) then continue. If you have tried this in past or if it does not work, then approach us for weightloss package of 6 months by lifestyle modification - combination of individualized nutritional plan, stress management, exercise prescription for your current fitness level and sleep improvement, (if required). 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Brisk walks for 30 minutes every day. 5. Learn relaxation techniques or meditation and do it for 15 min per day for stress regulation. My best wishes.

Your bp seems to be highly variable. The giddiness is because of the high blood pressure & also when the bp comes down. Are you on any bp tablets? are you a diabetic? check your bp every day for a week. Record it. We will be in a position to find out the average reading. Only after that we will in a position to guide you correctly.

Hello, it's important to figure out what type of headache is causing your pain. If we know your headache type, we can treat it correctly. I think you are suffering from tension headache, the most common type, feel like a constant ache or pressure around the head, especially at the temples or back of the head and neck. Take bc no. 12, 5 tabs twice daily and kali phos 6x, 5 tabs at bed time. Alpha ha, 15 drops with warm water twice daily. Revert me after 15 days.

As you feel pain in knees, follow these usefultips for pain relief: * first check out bone mineral density (bmd). In case of low bmd, your calcium level in body are low. So take take calcium rich diet daily. Take a glass (300 ml) of full cream milk daily or 100 gm of cheese or 1-2 eggs regularly. * give a gentle oil massage to knees regularly and wrap your knees with cloth dipped in hot water for atleast 10-15 minutes. * wear knee cap or wrap crape bandage during walk for knee support. * sit atleast for 5-8 minutes in sunlight in morning or evening for vitamind. *avoid heal shoe and wear only flat shoes for balanced load on knees. * check out your blood sugar level and hemoglobin level in every 6 months. * if you have any history of rheumatoid arthritis in family then checkout your ra factor. * take guggalu tablets if himalaya one tablet daily for atleast 3 months. * take a piece of garlic, crush it and boil it a glass of milk and drink daily for fast pain relief.

Hello its regarding diet for weight loss. My current diet plan is - Egg omelette/kanda poha for breakfast. For lunch - salad and wheat roti with chicken gravy/ vegetable. Hi lybrate-user When it comes to weight loss, everyone wants it quick and easy. People don’t realize that just like weight gain did not happen overnight; weight loss also cannot be expected with a blink of an eye. In the name of weight loss people follow all sorts of fad diets and funny methods which hardly show them any results. Weight loss basically is eating the right food at the right time. There is no one magic food which leads to weight loss. It is a combination of different foods. Let us discuss 10 foods which effectively help in weight loss. Oats: is extremely high in fiber, hence one portion of oats in the morning for breakfast can keep you full and energetic throughout the day, reducing your caloric intake. Greens: like spinach, methi, broccoli etc are very low in calories and high in fiber, vitamins and minerals thereby reducing water retention and bloating from your body. Beans: like kidney beans, soya beans etc are filled with resistant fiber and proteins which help release energy slowly and keeping you full for a longer time. They also feed your muscles and help them tone up. Lean chicken and fish: are good sources of protein which increase muscle and thereby metabolic rate which helps fat burning and also adds bulk to the meals. Cucumber: is very high in water content and acts as a natural diuretic which helps to reduce water retention and bloating leading to weight loss. She can eat healthy food without starving. No fats or sugars , lots of salads minus salt , fresh fruits , a glass of toned milk & curd , an egg (if she can take ) Remember dieting after a certain age is difficult because one cannot exercise as much as a young lady , secondly digestion gets weak with time , bones hollow due to less calcium. Something advised for young may not work and be practical for her , but oats as you have mentioned she is taking are good for all age groups. She may not loose weight so quickly and it is not wise to wait for heart valve surgery ,it should be done at the earliest. simultaneosly make dieting a habit for her.

You might have developed a p. Versicolor infection, it is a fungal infection, it usually remains asymptomatic, and presents only as a discoloration of skin.
