Hello lybrate-user, At this age acne are quite common, they can be due to hormonal changes or can be due to improper diet, you should eat healthy diet low in fat and drink about 2 to 3 litres of water per day. Start taking homeopathic medicines for this definitely you are going to get wonderful results without side effect.

Include lots of green leafy vegetables and sweet juicy fruits. Dairy products such as milk and fresh yogurt will also help. Fresh coconut is also considered excellent "hair food" -- sprinkle grated coconut over salads, diced fresh fruit, or rice. 1. Green Leafy Vegetables: Regular intake of Green leafy Vegetables - Spinach, Lettuce, Leafy Greens, Turnip Greens, Broccoli, Beans and Green Peppers are rich in nutrients that help and promote Hair growth. 2. Other Vegetables and Fruits: Two fresh fruits per day :- cut and eat with fruit skin, no juice. 3. Sprouts: Green gram dhal Sprout. There are so many sprouts like Mung Beans, Green gram dhal, Peas It is also very easy to prepare! Soak Green gram dhal in an air tight Box . Then in the afternoon strain the water and close the box, put the box in a dark place. In the Morning the sprouts will be ready for you to Eat. It will be very effective when taken with the morning meal. 4 Almonds/4 Walnuts on alternate day?s and 2Dates/2Figs on also alternate day?s and 2 prunes daily. 5. Good news for Fish lovers! Fish contains nutrients that will make hair shiny and strong while promoting hair growth. It contains Omega 3 fatty acids which help nourish hair very well. Those who don?t want to eat fish or are vegetarians can take Sea cod Tablets. It is extremely beneficial. 6. One glass of Milk per day if possible cow?s milk. 7. One spoon ghee per day. 8. Soya Bean: Proteins rich for hair growth is a must! If your a vegetarian and are on a hunt for that perfect source of proteins, then your search ends here. This is the best food for hair growth. Soybeans has 40% proteins and a great deal of good fats which are also much needed for hair growth. 9. 10 ? 12 glass of water per day 10. Cooking with certain spices adds flavor to your food and provides nourishment for your hair. Cumin, turmeric and black pepper are some "hair-friendly" spices. Add a healthy pinch of each to single-portion soups and stews as they are cooking. Saut� 1/8 -1/4 teaspoon each of the three spices in a teaspoon of ghee (clarified butter) or olive OIL and add to cooked veggies. Acne happens due to blockade of sebaceous glands. Acne treatment needs a combination of approach. Please follow this regimen. 1. Apply epiduo cream in night keep it for an hour and wash your face. 2. Apply dew soft moisturiser and sleep. 3. In early morning apply clindac gel. 4. After bath apply suncote gel. Carry on with this regimen for a month you will get improvement. Hello lybrate-user, first I want to congratulate. Actually third trimester of pregnancy is safe period for treatment. If it is painful for you then go for removal of your wisdom tooth. For temporary relief you can rinse with warm water by adding salt in it. But it is only for temporary relief.

Things You Must Never Do Before Exercising

Whether we are a fitness freak or a low key exerciser, we all want to get the best out of our workout routine. You have the enthusiasm, time, workout gear and are all set to hit the gym. But before you do, here are the top things you must avoid before your workout.

1. Eat too much

Don’t eat right before your workout time as this will not give enough time for the body to digest the food. Eat healthy and well ahead of your workout schedule in order to prevent acid reflux or heartburns during your workout. Also, don’t exercise with an empty stomach as your body needs its energy to engage in any kind of activity.

2. Drink too much

You may think that it is a good idea to have a couple of glasses of water before you start your workout. However in reality, it would do you more harm than help. Drinking water excessively can decrease the salt content in your blood and cause dizziness or nausea. Drink water consistently throughout the day, so that you are not left drinking too much right before your exercise.

3. Do static stretching

Isn’t stretching good before the workout? Well, recent studies have found that stretching is not all that helpful before the start of the workout. It can increase your chances of getting hurt and leave you worse-off. But, don’t forget to warm up before. You can do a simple warm up like light jogging or some jumping jacks to get you into the groove.

4. Sleep too much

Again, like drinking or eating, sleeping can also impact your exercise. A power nap can leave you energized and fresh before the workout, but sleeping too much can make you feel lethargic and sluggish. Postpone your sleep routine for after-exercise hours.

5. Painkillers

You might feel tempted to take a dose of over-the-counter painkillers for any sort of discomfort or pain that you might be facing. But popping these pills right before the workout is an absolute killer. You will feel sore and put your health at risk, if you do so.

6. Drink alcohol

Alcohol can lower your blood sugar level and cause dehydration. The combination of booze and exercise is not healthy and could lead to several hazards during your workout. So, stay away from alcohol; even a glass of wine can cause harm.

7. Overdress or underdress

Proper apparel is essential for workout. Wear what you are comfortable with and choose the right fabrics. Don’t add too many layers and let your skin breathe.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

You want to last long during sexual act. I advice you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Follow this and give feedback.

My Blood Triglyceride level very high before 3 month its 430, my doctor proscribed me Tonact TG for two months. After tw0o month TG level down at 90 and I stop to use Tonact TG. I am regular doing Yoga but after 3 month my TG level goes high again its 240. And it is increasing. Is it any other problem associated with it or it is directly affect my heart. Dear small problem. Take hot water regularly. Early morning as and when you get up take a small tumbler of water kept in a copper container last night. Before brushing. Take water after one hour of mealshould. Take plenty of water and leafy vegetables. Even after observing above if there is constipation take following. Agnithundi vati 2tabs morning and evening with hot water. Divya churna (pathanjali) 3to, 5gmsg with hot water this clears constipation. Review after one month

Hello,take homoeopathic medicines 1.Kali Brom 30 (4 drops in little amount of water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for a week. 2.Berberis Aquifolium Q (10 drops in little amount of water) thrice a day for a week and update with the feedback. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. On my face there are so much black spots and I use many creams and medicine but no effect and my skin is oily also.
Use a salicylic acid/ glycolic acid based face wash. Get your comedones extracted regularly. Use a water based moisturizer, even oily skin needs hydration. scrub your face two times in week. Use a mud mask weekly. Take salicylic acid or glycolic acid peels every fifteen days or month to improve skin texture, control acne and reduce scars and marks. Take a well balanced nutritious diet and exercise daily. Avoid face massages or application of greasy cosmetics and oils.
