I would suggest you to go for IVF. Otherwise you ovaries will loose all follicles in these treatments and then even IVF won't be possible with your own eggs.

All About Mineral Metabolic Disorders

MBBS, MD - General Medicine, DM - Nephrology, DNB (Nephrology)

All About Mineral Metabolic Disorders

Did you know that metabolism functions within a scope that goes beyond just maintaining your body weight? This chemical process is also subject to a number of complications and disorders, and can wreck your system without your knowledge. Mineral Metabolic Disorder is one such impediment that can easily corrupt your body and is characterized by an abnormal and unprecedented rise or fall of the level of minerals in the blood. This may result in a number of cardiovascular and bone diseases.

Minerals undoubtedly play an extremely vital role in the proper regulation of the body conditions and aid and abet growth and development. However, under certain (and mostly unforeseen) circumstances, the mineral levels have a propensity to differ substantially from the normal rates and may lead to several disorders.

Causes:

  1. Mineral metabolic disorders may be genetic in certain cases, being transferred from the parent to the child via genes.
  2. However, most mineral metabolic disorders are likely to arise as a result of certain clinical conditions pertaining to starvation, excess alcohol consumption, diarrhea and diet disorders.

Effects:
The most commonly observed and medically documented complications affecting metabolism as a result of sudden augment or fall in the following minerals are:

  1. Magnesium: hypomagnesaemia and hypomagnesaemia
  2. Calcium: nephrocalcinosis, hypercalcemia, osteoporosis, kidney stones, Paget's disease, osteomalacia, pseudohypoparathyroidism, rickets and hyperparathyroidism
  3. Iron:  hemochromatosis and cirrhosis
  4. Phosphorus: hypophosphatemia, osteomalacia, hyperparathyroidism, hypoparathyroidism and rickets.
  5. Sodium: hypernatremia and dilutional hyponatremia
  6. Zinc: nausea, skin rash, diarrhea, and difficulty in wound healing
  7. Copper: Menkes syndrome and Wilson's disease
  8. Potassium: Cushing's syndrome(from exposure to high levels of cortisol), Fanconi's syndrome, Bartter syndrome, Addison's disease and kidney disease

The ideal remedy to battle the majority of mineral metabolism disorders is to maintain a healthy lifestyle and follow a proper, filling, and balanced diet. In case the diseases crop as a result of genetic factors, consult your doctor immediately. However, in most cases, proper medication and a wholesome and nourishing food intake is recommended to fight most mineral metabolic diseases.

Regular ke liye ayurvedic medicenes m2 tone and ashokarishta aur aapka weight aur height kitna hai...If you and your partner are planning to conceive, you should start taking folic acid before you get pregnant. Folic acid helps to provide the best health outcomes for your baby when it is growing. Taking folic acid daily before and during pregnancy also prevents the occurrence of neural tube defects, such as spina bifida, in your baby. You're most likely to get pregnant if you have sex within a day or so of ovulation (releasing an egg from the ovary). This is usually about 14 days after the first day of your last period. An egg lives for about 12-24 hours after it?s released. For pregnancy to happen, the egg must be fertilised by a sperm within this time. If you want to get pregnant, having sex every couple of days will mean there?s always sperm waiting in the fallopian tubes to meet the egg when it?s released. any queries consult privately

hELLO, As this was the first episode, you need to watch for next 2-3 cycles, however this could be due to progesterone deficiency. So you may get serum progesterone levels done on day 16 on next cycle.

Diabetic Diet - What To Eat What Not To

MBBS, MD - General Medicine
General Physician, Chennai
Diabetic Diet - What To Eat What Not To

Eat more Healthy fats from raw nuts, olive oil, fish oils, flax seeds, whole milk dairy, or avocados fruits and vegetables ideally fresh, the more colorful the better; whole fruit rather than juices high-fiber cereals and breads made from whole grains or legumes fish and shellfish, organic, free-range chicken or turkey high-quality protein such as eggs, beans, milk, cheese, and unsweetened yogurt

Focus on high-fiber complex carbohydrates also known as slow-release carbs. They are digested more slowly, thus preventing your body from producing too much insulin.

Eat less

Trans fats from partially hydrogenated or deep-fried foods packaged and fast foods, especially those high in sugar, baked goods, sweets, chips, desserts white bread, sugary cereals, refined pastas or rice processed meat and red meat from animals fed with antibiotics, growth hormones, and GMO feed low-fat products that have replaced fat with added sugar, such as fat-free yogurt

Carbohydrates have a big impact on your blood sugar levels more so than fats and proteins so you need to be smart about what types of carbs you eat. Limit refined carbohydrates like white bread, pasta, and rice, as well as soda, candy, packaged meals, and snack foods.

Hi, I am 31 years old female. My grandfather died in 2001. Someone told that who loves them they will take with them, he loves my mom, from that time fear is started in me, whether my mom will die with my grandfather? I am not able to work .Because I too love my mom. But my mom is good still now, but I am not able to come out from that fear and this thoughts. Wile watching TV if something happened to mother character, I feel it is my mom, And also I am losing memory power. Hello, It's a sort of superstition you are talking about. Alapsing 16 years, nothing has happened, even your mom has not seen him in her dream. If, 16 years has passed without any mishap, its confirmed ,your grandpa might have forgotten your mom being out of sight, out of mind. Believe in yourself, think possitive, be possitive & do possitive. Tk, homoeopathic medicine:@ Ignatia 200-6 pills, thrice. Tk, plenty of water. Go, for meditation to reduce your stress to calm your nerves. Tk. Care.
